The tray 2 has a placement part 201 for the object a to be washed in a comb shape, a lattice plate, a perforated plate, etc., and has a water-permeable structure for better drainage, and also allows the chips of the object to be washed to fall and be discharged. This makes it possible to perform preliminary cleaning and cut out unnecessary parts of the object to be cleaned on the conveyance path toward the cleaning brush row 1. Tray 2
is rotatable by pivoting the corner part in parallel to a chain, wire rope, or other endless cable 202 so that the mounting part 201 can be opened and closed downward in a double-door shape, with two sheets as a set. The cables are arranged around the cleaning brush row 1 on the object receiving section side (left side in FIG. 1), and the tray 2 is arranged around the cleaning brush row 1 on the object receiving section side (left side in FIG. Configure it so that it can be rotated. The tray 2 is not limited to the double-opening configuration as shown in the illustrated example, but is made of a water-permeable member having a cross-sectional shape with a shallow upper surface and a downward curve, and both corners of one straight edge are connected to endless cables 202 as shafts. Support,
It is possible to construct the tray 2 so that it can be rotated in the vertical direction around the pivot support. The trays 2 are not limited to being arranged in one row as shown in the illustrated example, but the direction in which the cleaning brush row 1 transports the cleaning materials may be determined depending on the number of cleaning brush rows 1, the means for supplying the cleaning materials to the tray 2, etc. It is possible to arrange multiple rows. When a plurality of trays 2 are arranged in a plurality of rows as described above, the supply area for each cleaning brush row 1 is determined for each tray by the rotation timing, so that the object to be washed a is evenly supplied to each of the cleaning brush rows. Configure it so that The tray 2 can be connected to an electrical system (sensor, limit switch, time switch, etc.) based on a signal, a drive mechanism system (gear, cam, rod, etc.), or installed on the inner side of the machine frame (not shown) in the direction in which the tray 2 rotates. When the object to be washed a is conveyed to the object receiving section of the cleaning brush row 1 by an appropriate opening/closing means such as a guide means that engages the corner portions of the tray 2 with guide sections of different lengths, the process automatically starts. It opens downward in a double-door shape and supplies the object to be washed a. When the tray 2 has finished supplying the items to be washed, the tray 2 is automatically returned to a substantially horizontal position from the open state by the electric system, drive mechanism system, guide means, and other appropriate opening/closing means while rotating. It closes to allow the next time the item to be washed a to be transported.
The guide means of the opening/closing means is the cable 202.
The rotation shaft 203 for supporting the tray 2 is attached to the cable 2
02 to the machine frame side, and the rotation shaft 203
A roller (not shown) is eccentrically provided at the tip of the rotating shaft 203, and the roller of the rotation shaft 203 is engaged with guide portions of different lengths provided on the inner surface of the machine frame, so that the tray 2 is connected to the cleaning brush row 1. The roller is configured to open when the roller is disengaged from the guide portion by rotating around the side of the object receiving portion to be washed. Tray 2 in the illustrated example
exemplifies the case where the material to be washed a is root vegetables (for example, Japanese yam, carrot, burdock, radish, etc.) and corn, so the opening and closing movement is performed in the direction in which the tray 2 rotates. However, depending on the type and shape of the object a to be washed, the opening/closing movement can be arranged in a direction perpendicular to the rotating direction of the tray 2 (the direction in which the object to be washed is transferred by the row of washing brushes). The pre-washing means 3 for pre-washing the object to be washed a is configured to cut out unnecessary parts of the object to be washed a with a cutter 4, and after the cuttings are discharged from the tray 2, the pre-washing means 3 is used to pre-wash the object to be washed a, from both the upper and lower sides of the tray 2 on the conveyance path after cutting off unnecessary parts of the object to be washed a. This is done by spraying washing water onto the object to be washed.
The cleaning water is directed from an appropriate number of cleaning water injection nozzles 301 (one each in the illustrated example, but not limited to this) installed above and below the tray 2 to the object a being washed. The object to be washed is pre-washed thoroughly from both the top and bottom. Pre-washing is performed by directly spraying the washing water from the washing jet nozzle 3 toward the object to be washed, but a washing water diffusion plate (not shown) is installed in the direction in which the washing water is sprayed, and the cleaning water is sprayed toward the washing water diffusion plate. It is optional to spray the washing water, change the direction of the washing water spray, spread the washing water onto the object to be washed, and shower while softening the spray force. If the object to be washed a is preliminarily washed as described above, main washing can be efficiently carried out by the washing brush row 1 and the washing means 5 that cooperate with this brush row. To explain one example of the cleaning means 5, as shown in FIG. pieces (the illustrated example is one piece, but is not limited to this)
It consists of a contouring cleaning brush 502 and a movable stopper 503 provided near the injection nozzle 501 at an appropriate position for locally cleaning the object to be cleaned.
The contouring cleaning brush 502 of the cleaning means 5 is a cleaning brush that moves along the surface of the object to be cleaned according to the difference in thickness or shape of the object to be washed, and the illustrated example is on the side of the object to be washed a receiving section. (left side in the figure) is held at a constant height position, and the delivery side (right side in the figure) can be moved up and down. Clean by moving up and down while rotating. The stopper 503 is used to temporarily stop the transfer of the object to be washed for local cleaning, and depending on the degree of contamination of the object to be washed, it can be used in heavily contaminated areas such as recesses and thin parts. When the object a to be washed approaches the cleaning brush row 1, a sensor (not shown) automatically approaches the gap between the adjacent cleaning brush rows 1, and the object a to be washed approaches the object a which has been pre-washed. The transfer is stopped, and while the object to be washed is rotated around the axis of the object to be washed in a fixed position, washing water is sprayed from the spray nozzle 501 to wash the local area for a certain period of time, and when the washing is finished, the washing brush row is automatically removed. 1 and transfer the object to be washed a again. Therefore, the movable stopper 503 can be kept at a stop position away from the cleaning brush row 1. Vegetables that need to be washed locally using this stopper 503 include Japanese yam, carrots, etc.
Vegetables are difficult to clean, such as those with many uneven surfaces, complex shapes, and tapered shapes. However, even with tapered vegetables such as daikon radish and corn, it is relatively easy to wash them, so it seems unnecessary to use the stopper 503 for local washing. The water pressure sprayed from the washing water injection nozzle 501 is applied to the object to be washed a.
The appropriate pressure is selected from among high pressure, medium pressure, and low pressure depending on the period of time that has passed since harvesting (the longer the period of time has passed, the more difficult it is to clean), the degree of contamination, the type of material to be washed, etc.

Next, how to use it is to turn the endless cable 202 around the object receiving section of the cleaning brush row 1 (the direction in which the cable is turned is in the direction above the object receiving section of the cleaning brush row 1). ), thereby rotating the tray 2 around the receiving section side, spraying washing water from the washing water injection nozzle 301 of the preliminary washing means 3, and supplying the object a to be washed onto the tray 2. The object to be washed a is
While being conveyed on a tray 2, unnecessary parts are cut off by a cutter 4, and then pre-washed with cleaning water sprayed from a cleaning water injection nozzle 301, and conveyed to above the object-to-be-washed receiving section of the cleaning brush row 1. When the object to be washed a reaches the object to be cleaned receiving part of the washing brush row 1, the tray 2 automatically rotates downward and opens, and the object to be washed a is transferred to the object to be washed in the washing brush row 1. Supply it by letting it fall gently onto the surface. The object to be cleaned a supplied to the cleaning brush row 1 is transferred to the cleaning means 5.
The object to be washed is washed while being transported by the washing machine, and is then conveyed out by being transferred to a soft conveyance roller 6 constructed so as not to damage the object to be washed.
