Claims (15)
- 합성 섬유 로프이며,
코어로서, 상기 코어는 레이드(laid) 또는 편조된 합성 섬유 스트랜드인 것인, 코어,
폴리머층으로서, 상기 폴리머층은 상기 코어를 피복하는 것인, 폴리머층,
제1 층으로서, 상기 제1 층은 제1 방향으로 레이드되어 상기 폴리머층을 둘러싸는 적어도 6개의 제1 합성 섬유 스트랜드를 갖는 것인, 제1 층, 및
제2 층으로서, 상기 제2 층은 제2 방향으로 레이드되어 상기 제1 층을 둘러싸는 적어도 12개의 제2 합성 섬유 스트랜드를 갖는 것인, 제2 층
을 포함하는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어는 합성 섬유 로프의 전체 순 폴리머 단면적의 5 내지 10% 범위의 면적을 갖는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 층 또는 상기 제2 층은 합성 섬유 로프의 총 단면적의 40 내지 60% 범위의 면적을 갖는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코어, 상기 제1 층 및 상기 제2 층 각각은 3 내지 15, 바람직하게는 5 내지 8, 보다 바람직하게는 5.5 내지 6.5 범위의 레이 계수를 갖는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코어는 최저 레이 계수를 가지며, 상기 제1 층은 상기 제2 층보다 낮은 레이 계수를 갖는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 방향은 "S" 방향이고 상기 제2 방향은 "Z" 방향이고, 또는 상기 제1 방향은 "Z" 방향이고 상기 제2 방향은 "S" 방향인, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 층 및/또는 상기 제2 층은 보호층으로 피복되어 있는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 보호층은 편조 및/또는 압출되는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 합성 섬유 스트랜드 및 상기 제2 합성 섬유 스트랜드는 개별적으로 층으로 피복되어 있는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 합성 섬유 스트랜드 및 상기 제2 합성 섬유 스트랜드는 개별적으로 층으로 피복되어 있지 않은, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 합성 섬유 스트랜드 및 상기 제2 합성 섬유 스트랜드 중 적어도 하나는 얀 레이드 스트랜드이고 로프 얀의 2개 또는 3개 또는 그 이상의 층을 포함하는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제11항에 있어서,
레이드 얀의 상기 2개 또는 3개의 층은 상이한 방향, 예를 들어 "SZ", "ZS", "SZS" 또는 "ZSZ"방향으로 레이드되는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 합성 섬유 로프는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMwPE 또는 UHMPE), 고분자량 폴리에틸렌(HMwPE 또는 HMPE), 아라미드, 액정 폴리머(LCP), 및 폴리(p-페닐렌-2,6-벤조비스옥사졸)(PBO)로부터 선택된 고탄성 합성 섬유 또는 혼합된 고탄성 합성 섬유를 포함하는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코어, 상기 제1 층 또는 상기 제2 층 중 적어도 하나는 2개의 상이한 고탄성 합성 섬유를 포함하는, 합성 섬유 로프. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코어, 상기 제1 층 및 상기 제2 층은 상이한 고탄성 합성 섬유로 제조되는, 합성 섬유 로프.
