- 황금, 감초, 대추 및 황기 추출물의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 천연 식품보존제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황금, 감초, 대추 및 황기 추출물은 4~6:3~4.5:0.7~1.7:0.5~1.5의 중량비로 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 식품보존제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황금, 감초, 대추 및 황기 추출물의 추출용매는 물, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 식품보존제.
- 제1항의 식품보존제를 식품 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5~5 중량부로 첨가하는 식품보존방법.
- 황금, 감초, 대추 및 황기 추출물의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 천연 항균제.
