Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dryer and a control method of a dryer, and more particularly, to a dryer and a control method of a dryer capable of adjusting a range of air discharged to the outside.
The dryer for drying the human body should not be damaged by the drying air when used, and the temperature of the drying air should be maintained to the extent that the user feels comfortable, whereas drying should be completed as quickly as possible. In addition, noise caused by air flow should be reduced, and it should be designed so that the user can easily use the dryer.
Therefore, it is necessary to design the dryer in consideration of the overall size and shape of the dry ear, the heating temperature of the drying air, the discharge amount and discharge speed, and the size of the discharge port, as well as the constitution characteristics of the object to be dried. .
On the other hand, if the object to be dried is an infant or a companion animal, communication with the infant or companion animal is difficult even when pain is caused, so the drying air is dried so that drying suitable for each constitutional characteristic can be carried out. It is preferable that the temperature and the discharge rate are automatically adjusted and designed to allow the infant or companion animal to enjoy the drying process while being curious while drying is performed.
Republic of Korea Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1837811 (2018.03.13.) (Hereinafter referred to as' prior art '), a flap, and a flap driving motor for rotating the flap, installed in the nozzle' automatic automatic wind direction adjustment device Separated Hair Dryer Nozzle '.
In the prior art, the flap driving motor is driven to adjust the angle of the flap, thereby controlling the direction of air discharged to the outside through the nozzle.
In the prior art, when a user operates a switch and power is applied to the flap driving motor, the flap driving motor is driven to change the angle of the flap to change the wind direction discharged to the outside of the nozzle, and the user switches the switch. When the power is not applied to the flap driving motor by operating the method, the flap driving motor is immediately stopped, and the angle of the flap is fixed to fix the wind direction discharged to the outside of the nozzle. There was a hassle of adjusting the direction of the air discharged to the outside of the nozzle to a desired position by adjusting the angle of.
In addition, since the prior art requires the user to determine how much hair should be dried, the dryer may not sufficiently dry the hair, and the dryer may dry one point of the hair for an excessively long time. There was a problem of getting lacerated.

The second problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a dryer and a control method of a dryer capable of rapidly drying the dried part by discharging concentrated air toward the dried part when the dried part is wet. .
The third problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a dryer and a control method of a dryer that can prevent a thermal image of a site to be dried by discharging a diffused air toward the site to be dried when the site to be dried is sufficiently dried.
The fourth problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a dryer and a control method of a dryer capable of controlling the speed at which the diffusion wind passes through the dried part according to the wetness level of the dried part.
The problems of the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
In the dryer according to the present invention, a discharge tube is rotatably installed in front of a hollow casing in which a blower fan and a heater are embedded. The discharge tube is formed with an air inlet through which air blown by the blowing fan flows in, and an air outlet through which the inflowed air is discharged to the outside.
A motor for rotating the discharge tube is installed in the casing. In addition, an external temperature sensor is installed in the casing to sense the temperature of a portion dried by air discharged forward through the air outlet.
A grip protruding to one side is formed in the casing, and a control unit for controlling the operation of the dryer is installed in the grip.
The control unit determines the degree of wetness (dryness) of the area to be dried using the temperature sensed by the external temperature sensor.
The control unit stops the rotation of the discharge tube by stopping the motor so that the air discharge port is located at the center of the front end of the casing and faces the front when the temperature sensed by the external temperature sensor is lower than the first set temperature, When the temperature sensed by the external temperature sensor is greater than or equal to the first set temperature, the motor is driven to rotate the discharge tube so that the position and direction of the air outlet are changed.
When the air discharge port is located at the center of the front end of the casing and faces the front, and the motor is stopped and the discharge tube is not rotated, air discharged forward through the air discharge port is concentrated in the dried part, The area to be dried dries quickly.
In addition, when the motor is driven, the discharge tube is rotated, and the position and direction of the air discharge port are changed a plurality of times during one rotation of the discharge tube. Therefore, the air discharged forward through the air discharge port is discharged in a wide range toward the area to be dried, so that a thermal image of the area to be dried is prevented.
When the temperature detected by the external temperature sensor is higher than the first set temperature and lower than a second set temperature higher than the first set temperature, the controller drives the motor to operate the discharge tube at a first rotational speed. Can be rotated.
When the temperature detected by the external temperature sensor is higher than the second set temperature and lower than a third set temperature higher than the second set temperature, the controller drives the motor to drive the discharge tube to the first rotational speed. It can be rotated at a faster second rotation speed.
The controller may rotate the discharge tube at a third rotational speed faster than the second rotational speed by driving the motor when the temperature sensed by the external temperature sensor is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature.
A protrusion protruding in the radial direction may be formed outside the discharge tube, and a groove may be formed in the casing so that the protrusion is movable.
The groove may be formed in a cylindrical guider installed in the casing.
The cylindrical guider may be formed by combining a plurality of guider pieces.
The groove may form a closed curve such that when the discharge tube is rotated, the protrusion is rotated along the groove.
The groove may be formed by alternating forward and reverse waveforms.
The groove may be formed of a sinusoidal wave.
The protrusion may include a pair of protrusions spaced 180 degrees apart in the rotation direction of the discharge tube.
The wave formed by the groove may be a wave formed symmetrically to each other in the forward and reverse directions based on the center reference line at a region where the phase angle is spaced apart by 180 degrees.
The motor may further include a connector that is orthogonally connected to the rotation axis of the motor, and at least one end of the connector may be connected to the discharge tube.
A pair of recess portions spaced apart at 180 degree intervals in the rotation direction of the discharge tube may be formed in the discharge tube, and both ends of the connector may be inserted into the groove portion.
The virtual straight line connecting the pair of protrusions and the virtual straight line connecting the pair of recesses may be orthogonal to each other.
A stopper covering at least a portion of the groove portion is fastened to the discharge tube, and the stopper can prevent both ends of the connector from being separated from the groove portion.
The control method of the dryer according to the present invention includes a hollow casing in which a blower fan and a heater are built in, and an air inlet and an inlet air through which the air blown by the blower fan is rotatably installed in front of the casing. Of a dryer comprising an discharge tube having an air discharge port for discharging to the outside, a motor for rotating the discharge tube, and an external temperature sensor for sensing a temperature of a part dried by air discharged forward through the air discharge port In the control method, the external temperature sensing step in which the external temperature sensing sensor senses the temperature of the dried part, and when the temperature sensed by the external temperature sensing sensor is lower than the first set temperature, the air outlet is the casing of the casing. It is located at the center of the front end to stop the motor to face the front to stop the rotation of the discharge tube and Group if the external temperature sensor that detects a temperature more than the first set temperature by driving the motor and a discharge tube control rotating the discharge tube to change the position and direction of the air discharge opening.
The control method of the dryer and the dryer according to the present invention has an effect of automatically determining and discharging the concentrated or diffused air toward the dried part according to the degree of wetness of the part dried by the air discharged through the air outlet. .
In addition, if the part to be dried is wet, the air outlet is located at the center of the front end of the casing, and the motor is stopped to face the front, so that the discharge tube is not rotated. It also has the effect of quickly drying the site.
In addition, when the part to be dried is sufficiently dried, the discharge tube is rotated so that the motor is driven to change the position and direction of the air outlet, so that a diffused air is discharged to the part to be dried to generate a thermal image of the part to be dried. There is also an effect that can be prevented.
In addition, since the motor is driven according to the degree of wetness of the site to be dried to control the rotational speed of the discharge tube, the speed at which the diffused wind passes the site to be dried can be adjusted according to the degree of wetness of the site to be dried. It also works.

In particular, in the dry apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the circumference of the

Hereinafter, the components of the dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail.
2, 3, 4A and 4C, the
In the embodiment of the present invention, the
Combination' described above or later means that the two components are integrally combined or assembled by a known bonding method such as fusion, adhesion, forced insertion, screwing, bolting, or keying.
4C, 6 and 7, the blowing
The blowing
The
Hereinafter, a portion in which the
Since the
The air flow sent by the
In the present invention, since the circumferential speed component decreases as the air flow from the
Meanwhile, the
The hub radius of the
As the number of blades increases, it seems that more wind can be blown, but the air volume tends to decrease because the drag force and friction force that air receives from the blades also increases. However, if the number of blades is large, soft air is discharged because air is blown out finely by the blades. Conversely, when the number of blades is small, stronger wind can be generated under the same conditions.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the
That is, in the embodiment, the
For example, the

Meanwhile, depending on the embodiment, it is also possible that the

When the

In the above, the term “rectangular” means not only a rectangle but also a shape including tracks, ovals, and the like having different sizes of orthogonal widths.

The pair of
The power transmission device that transmits the rotational force of the

Both ends 441 of the
Both ends 441 of the
Meanwhile, both ends 441 of the
After both ends 441 of the
The
This will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12.
11 is a view in which the inner surface of the
When the
Therefore, when the
On the other hand, when the
On the other hand, referring to Figure 12, when the phase angle of the
That is, the
Here, the original position of the
As described above, when the

Referring to FIG. 13, the external temperature sensor S1 may sense the temperature of a portion dried by air discharged through the
When the drying site is wet, the temperature of the drying site may be low, and when the drying site is less wet, the temperature of the drying site may be higher than when the drying site is wet. . Therefore, the
When the temperature sensed by the external temperature sensor S1 is lower than the first set temperature, the

The second rotational speed may be faster than the first rotational speed, and the third rotational speed may be faster than the second rotational speed. The first rotational speed may be a set minimum rotational speed, and the third rotational speed may be a set maximum rotational speed.
If the temperature detected by the external temperature sensor S1 is higher than the first set temperature and lower than the second set temperature, the
In addition, when the temperature sensed by the external temperature sensor S1 is greater than or equal to the second set temperature and lower than the third set temperature, the

That is, the
