Claims (10)
- 강판의 양면의 표층에 Fe-Ni 확산층을 갖고,
상기 강판의 Nb 함유량이, 0.010질량% 이상 0.050질량% 이하이고,
상기 Fe-Ni 확산층은, 상기 강판의 편면당의 Ni 환산의 부착량이, 50㎎/㎡ 이상 500㎎/㎡ 이하인, 전지 외통캔용 강판. - 제1항에 있어서.
상기 Fe-Ni 확산층의 최표면에 있어서의 Ni 비율이, 1.0% 이상 20.0% 미만인, 전지 외통캔용 강판.
단, 상기 Ni 비율은, 상기 Fe-Ni 확산층의 최표면에 있어서의, Fe량과 Ni량의 합계에 대한 상기 Ni량의 비율이고, 상기 Fe량 및 상기 Ni량의 단위는, 원자%이다. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 Fe-Ni 확산층의 두께가, 0.010㎛ 이상 0.500㎛ 미만인, 전지 외통캔용 강판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강판은, 질량%로, C: 0.010% 이하, Si: 0.02% 이하, Mn: 0.60% 이하, P: 0.020% 이하, S: 0.020% 이하, Ni: 0.05% 이하, N: 0.0050% 이하, Nb: 0.010% 이상 0.050% 이하, Cr: 1.0% 이하를 포함하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 조성을 갖는, 전지 외통캔용 강판. - 전지 외통캔 형상의 강판의 내면 및 외면의 표층에 Fe-Ni 확산층을 갖고,
상기 강판의 외면측의 상기 Fe-Ni 확산층 상에, 추가로, Ni층을 갖고,
상기 강판의 Nb 함유량이, 0.010질량% 이상 0.050질량% 이하이고,
상기 강판의 외면측의 상기 Fe-Ni 확산층의 일부가, 상기 강판의 편면당의 Ni 환산의 부착량이 50㎎/㎡ 이상 500㎎/㎡ 이하의 Fe-Ni 확산층 A인, 전지 외통캔. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 Fe-Ni 확산층 A의 최표면에 있어서의 Ni 비율이, 1.0% 이상 20.0% 미만인, 전지 외통캔.
단, 상기 Ni 비율은, 상기 Fe-Ni 확산층의 최표면에 있어서의, Fe량과 Ni량의 합계에 대한 상기 Ni량의 비율이고, 상기 Fe량 및 상기 Ni량의 단위는, 원자%이다. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 Fe-Ni 확산층 A의 두께가, 0.010㎛ 이상 0.500㎛ 미만인, 전지 외통캔. - 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Ni층의 두께가, 1㎛ 이상인, 전지 외통캔. - 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강판은, 질량%로, C: 0.010% 이하, Si: 0.02% 이하, Mn: 0.60% 이하, P: 0.020% 이하, S: 0.020% 이하, Ni: 0.05% 이하, N: 0.0050% 이하, Nb: 0.010% 이상 0.050% 이하, Cr: 1.0% 이하를 포함하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 조성을 갖는, 전지 외통캔. - 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전지 외통캔과,
상기 전지 외통캔의 내부에 배치된 전해액, 전극 및 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 전지.
