Claims (25)
- 시약 가스를 저장 및 분배하기 위한 저장 및 분배 용기로서,
내부 부피,
상기 내부 부피 내의 흡착제,
상기 내부 부피 내의 시약 가스로서, 흡착된 시약 가스로서 흡착제 상에 흡착된 부분 및 상기 흡착된 시약 가스와 평형을 이루어 가스상 시약 가스로서 존재하는 부분을 포함하는 시약 가스,
외부 표면, 및
상기 외부 표면과 열 접촉하는 가역적 열변색성 인디케이터(reversible thermochromic indicator)로서, 상기 용기의 내부 압력이 전이 온도와 관련된 원하는 최대 압력 초과인지를 가역적으로 나타내는 열변색성 인디케이터
를 포함하는 용기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 인디케이터는 전이 온도보다 낮은 하나 이상의 온도에서 외관을 가지며, 상기 인디케이터는 전이 온도보다 높은 온도에서 상이한 외관을 갖는, 용기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전이 온도는 1 기압의 용기 압력에 해당하는, 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 인디케이터는 활성화 온도 아래에서 제 1 외관을 갖고 활성화 온도 위에서 제 2 외관을 갖는 온도-지시성 물질을 포함하고, 상기 활성화 온도는 전이 온도이거나 또는 활성화 온도보다 약간 낮은 온도인, 용기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용기의 내부 압력이 0.5 내지 1.5 기압 범위인, 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전이 온도가 약 20 내지 29℃ 범위의 온도인, 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제가 탄소, 활성탄, 제올라이트 및 금속-유기 골격(metal-organic framework)을 포함하는 물질로부터 선택되는, 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시약 가스는 실란, 디보란, 포스핀, 염소, 삼염화 붕소, 삼불화 붕소, B2D6, 6불화 텅스텐, 트리메틸 스티빈(stibin), 불화수소, 염화수소, 요오드화수소, 브롬화수소, 저메인(germane), 암모니아, 스티빈, 황화수소, 셀렌화 수소, 텔루르화 수소, GeF4, SiF4 및 NF3, 실란, 메틸 실란, 트리메틸 실란, 수소, 메탄, 질소, 일산화탄소, 아르신, 브롬, 요오드 및 불소 유기 금속 화합물, AsF5, 탄화수소, 유기 금속 화합물, 및 이들의 모든 동위 원소 포함 화합물로부터 선택되는, 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

상기 인디케이터는 류코 염료 및 액정 열변색성 물질로부터 선택된 온도-지시성 물질을 포함하는, 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항의 용기를 취급하는 방법으로서,
인디케이터가 전이 온도보다 높은 내부 압력을 나타내는지 여부를 결정하기 위해 상기 인디케이터를 관찰하고, 그러한 경우, 용기의 온도를 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

를 포함하는 용기. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 인디케이터는 상기 내부 압력이 1 기압 미만일 때의 하나 이상의 온도에서 외관을 가질 수 있고, 상기 인디케이터는 상기 내부 압력이 1 기압 초과일 때의 하나 이상의 온도에서 상이한 외관을 가질 수 있는, 용기. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 인디케이터는, 활성화 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 제 1 외관을 가질 수 있고 활성화 온도보다 높은 온도에서 제 2 외관을 가질 수 있는 온도-지시성 물질을 포함하고, 상기 활성화 온도는 내부 압력이 1 기압일 때의 온도이거나 내부 압력이 1 기압일 때의 온도보다 약간 낮은, 용기. - 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 인디케이터는 류코 염료 및 액정 열변색성 물질로부터 선택된 온도-지시성 물질을 포함하는, 용기. - 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제는 탄소, 활성탄, 제올라이트 및 금속-유기 골격을 포함하는 물질로부터 선택되는, 용기. - 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제는, 실란, 디보란, 포스핀, 염소, 삼염화 붕소, 삼불화 붕소, B2D6, 6불화 텅스텐, 트리메틸 스티빈, 불화수소, 염화수소, 요오드화수소, 브롬화수소, 저메인, 암모니아, 스티빈, 황화수소, 셀렌화 수소, 텔루르화 수소, GeF4, SiF4 및 NF3, 실란, 메틸 실란, 트리메틸 실란, 수소, 메탄, 질소, 일산화탄소, 아르신, 브롬, 요오드 및 불소 유기 금속 화합물, AsF5, 탄화수소, 유기 금속 화합물, 및 이들의 모든 동위 원소 포함 화합물로부터 선택되는 시약 가스를 흡착할 수 있는 것인, 용기. - 제 14 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
