Abstract

Description
하기는 발명의 명칭이 "디젤 엔진의 배기가스 내부에 있는 오염물질을 냉각시키고 포집하기에 적합한 특정 액체 용액"의 산업적 발명의 설명이다.
도 1에 도시된 표에 따라 포뮬레이션된, 본 발명의 주제인 특정 액체 용액은 디젤 엔진의 배기가스 내부에 존재하는 모든 유해 물질(NOx 및 S02)의 중화를 가능하게 한다. 특정 액체 용액은 배기가스와 블렌딩되고, 동시에, 이러한 것을 주변 온도보다 약간 더 높은, 35℃ 내지 55℃ 범위의 온도까지 냉각시킨다. 이러한 조건은 배기가스 내부에 또한 존재하는 미립자 물질 PM10의 포집을 용이하게 하며, 그 결과, 이러한 것은 배기가스 스트림에 의해 끌려다니지 않는다. 냉각 및 배기가스와의 혼합의 최적의 작업 모드는 특정 액체 용액이 이의 기능을 수행하는 특정 촉매층을 필요로 한다.

미립자 물질 PM10뿐만 아니라 다양한 크기의 탄소 클러스터의 포집 및 이후 분산을 용이하게 하기 위하여, 특정 액체 용액은 상이한 타입의 효율적인 계면활성제를 필요로 한다.
특정 액체 용액 중에 칼륨 하이드록사이드 KOH와 함께 칼륨 카르보네이트 K2CO3의 존재는 NOx 및 SO2의 산성 화합물의 선택적 중화를 가능하게 한다.
강한 산화 화합물인 칼륨 퍼망가네이트 KMn04의 존재는 이산화질소 NO2가 되도록 산화질소 NO의 산화를 용이하게 하며, 후자는 칼륨 하이드록사이드 KOH에 의해 더욱 용이하게 중화된다.
이러한 특정 액체 용액의 조성물은, 용액 중에 존재하는 이온이 본래 조성물의 재조합(recombination)을 가능하게 하기 때문에, 적절한 전해 반응기에서 일어나는 공정인, 유해 물질로부터의 이의 정제 및 재생을 가능하게 만들며, 이에 따라, 여러 작업 사이클 동안 용질의 첨가를 필요로 하지 않으면서 이의 기능적 특징을 유지한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 특정 액체 용액 대상의 상이한 성분들의, 범위로서 및 최상으로 제시된 바와 같은 부피 백분율에 관한 다이아그램을 나타낸 것이다.
최상으로 제시된 조성물은 93%의 증류수, 3.8%의 계면활성제 혼합물, 2.3%의 칼륨 카르보네이트 K2CO3, 0.65%의 칼륨 퍼망가네이트 KMn04, 0.25%의 칼륨 하이드록사이드 KOH이다.
Claims (3)
- 디젤 엔진의 배기가스 내부에 존재하는 오염물질을 냉각시키고 포집하기에 적합한 계면활성제 혼합물이 첨가된 수성 기반의 특정 액체 용액으로서,
부피 백분율을 기준으로 하여,
- 90 부피% 초과(최상으로 제시된 백분율 93%)의 증류수 H2O,
- 나트륨 도데실벤젠설포네이트 C18H29NaO3S; 나트륨 알킬 설포네이트; 벤즈이미다졸의 설폰화된 유도체; 지방산으로부터의 에탄올아민을 포함하는 계면활성제 혼합물로서, 이의 부피 백분율이 0.6% 내지 5.4%(최상의 제시로서 3.8%)인 계면활성제 혼합물,
- 0.7 부피% 내지 3.6 부피%(최상의 제시로서 2.3%)의 칼륨 카르보네이트 K2CO3,
- 0.06 부피% 내지 1.35 부피%(최상의 제시로서 0.65%)의 칼륨 퍼망가네이트 KMn04, 및
- 0.07 부피% 내지 1.25 부피%(최상의 제시로서 0.25%)의 칼륨 하이드록사이드 KOH
로 구성된 특정 액체 용액. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분들이 45% 내지 85%(최상의 제시로서 60%)의 나트륨 도데실벤젠설포네이트 C18H29NaO3S; 12% 내지 30%(최상의 제시로서 20%)의 나트륨 알킬 설포네이트; 8% 내지 25%(최상의 제시로서 15%)의 벤즈이미다졸의 설폰화된 유도체; 2% 내지 7%(최상의 제시로서 5%)의 지방산으로부터의 에탄올아민을 갖는 계면활성제 혼합물에 의해 특징되는 특정 액체 용액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단지 상기 명시된 특정 조성물에 따라, 디젤 엔진의 배기가스 내부에 존재하는 오염물질을 냉각시키고 포집할 수 있는, 특정 액체 용액.
