Claims (8)
상기 제1단계를 거친 유충을 메시망에 흔들어 이물질을 털어내는 제2단계;
상기 제2단계를 거친 유충을 세척하는 제3단계;
상기 제3단계를 거친 유충을 건조시키는 제4단계;
상기 제4단계를 거친 유충을 추출기에 의해 추출액을 추출하는 제5단계; 및
상기 제5단계를 거쳐서 추출된 액을 여과하는 제6단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유충으로부터의 추출액 제조방법.
상기 제1단계를 거친 유충을 메시망에 흔들어 이물질을 털어내는 제2단계;
상기 제2단계를 거친 유충을 세척하는 제3단계;
상기 제3단계를 거친 유충을 건조시키는 제4단계;
상기 제4단계를 거친 유충의 오일을 착유하는 제4-1단계;
상기 제4-1단계를 거친 유충의 오일과 유충박을 혼합하는 제4-2단계;
상기 제4-2단계를 거친 유충의 오일과 유충박 혼합한 혼합물을 추출기에 의해 추출액을 추출하는 제5단계; 및
상기 제5단계를 거쳐서 추출된 액을 여과하는 제6단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유충으로부터의 추출액 제조방법.
상기 유충은 갈색거저리(밀웜), 동애등에 유충, 장수풍뎅이 유충, 사슴벌레 유충, 굼벵이, 누에번데기, 흰점박이꽃무지 유충 또는 귀뚜라미 유충 중 선택되는 한 가지 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유충으로부터의 추출액 제조방법.
상기 제4단계는 자연건조, 진공건조, 열풍건조, 냉풍건조, 적외선건조, 중외선건조, 고주파건조, 마이크로파를 이용한 건조 또는 동결건조에서 중 선택되는 한 가지 이상의 방법으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유충으로부터의 추출액 제조방법.
상기 추출기의 추출온도는 60 내지 200℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유충으로부터의 추출액 제조방법.
상기 제5단계의 추출방법은, 알코올 추출, 미셀화 추출, 초임계 추출, 열수 추출 또는 혼합용액 추출 중 선택되는 한 가지 이상의 추출방법으로 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유충으로부터의 추출액 제조방법.
유충을 대량으로 사육할 경우, 상기 제1단계 대신 유충을 대량으로 키우는 제1-1단계가 포함되고,
상기 제1-1단계는,
복수의 산란장치가 포함된 산란배지를 포함하고, 온도 25 내지 29℃, 높이 2m 이상의 공간이 형성된 산란준비;
상기 산란준비를 거친 공간에 포함된 산란장치에서 산란이 이루어지고, 알로부터 유충이 용이하게 부화할 수 있도록 온도 25 내지 29℃, 습도 50 내지 70%를 유지하며, 산란 후 3 내지 4일 후 부화 여부를 확인하는 산란 및 부화; 및
상기 산란 및 부화가 완료된 유충에 음식물 쓰레기 또는 축분 중 선택되는 하나 이상을 급이하며 10~20일 동안 성장 시킨 후 건조한 곳으로 이동한 유충을 선별하는 유충선별;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유충으로부터의 추출액 제조방법.
