Claims (5)
- 컬러필터기판과, 티에프티(TFT)기판을 포함하는 기성품의 디스플레이패널을 원하는 크기로 절단하여 스트레치드 디스플레이패널을 제조하기 위한 스트레치드 디스플레이패널의 제조방법으로서,
상기 티에프티기판을 원하는 크기로 절단하는 단계,
상기 티에프티기판에서 하나 이상의 수평픽셀라인이 노출되는 픽셀노출부가 형성되도록 상기 티에프티기판보다 상기 컬러필터기판을 더 짧은 길이로 절단하는 단계,
상기 픽셀노출부에서 노출되는 상기 티에프티기판의 끝단에 수평픽셀라인에 의한 전기적인 노이즈의 유입을 차단하기 위해 상기 티에프티기판의 끝단에 위치된 수평픽셀라인과 인접한 수평픽셀라인의 사이를 단선시키는 단선라인을 형성하는 단계,
상기 픽셀노출부를 보강재로 덮어 상기 수평픽셀라인의 사이에 이물질의 유입에 의한 쇼트를 방지하는 동시에 상기 픽셀노출부의 강성을 보강하는 보강씰을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 보강씰을 형성하는 단계는
상기 픽셀노출부의 이물질이 도포되는 상기 보강재에 의해 밀려나 제거되도록 상기 보강재를 도포하는 도포노즐이 상기 컬러필터기판의 끝단에서 상기 티에프티기판의 끝단을 향해 경사지도록 배치되어 보강재를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트레치드 디스플레이패널의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컬러필터기판을 더 짧은 길이로 절단하는 단계와, 상기 단선라인을 형성하는 단계의 사이에
상기 단선라인을 형성 시 상기 컬러필터기판과 상기 티에프티기판의 사이로 이물질의 유입을 방지하기 위해 밀봉재를 도포하여 밀봉씰을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트레치드 디스플레이패널의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단선라인을 형성하는 단계와 상기 보강씰을 형성하는 단계의 사이에 이산화탄소를 분사하여 세정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트레치드 디스플레이패널의 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 이산화탄소를 분사하여 세정하는 단계는
상기 이산화탄소를 분사하는 분사노즐이 상기 컬러필터기판의 끝단에서 상기 티에프티기판의 끝단을 향해 경사지도록 배치되어 세정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트레치드 디스플레이패널의 제조방법. - 제1항에 기재된 스트레치드 디스플레이패널의 제조방법으로 제조된 스트레치드 디스플레이패널.
