Claims (5)
- 조성이 상이한 세라믹 재료의 영역들 또는 층들을 갖는 치과용 수복재(dental restoration)를 블랭크로부터 제조하는 방법으로서,
a) 부을 수 있는 조건에서 제1 세라믹 재료의 제1 층을 몰드(mold)(310) 내에 충전하는 단계,
b1) 상기 제1 층의 표면을 가로질러 볼 때 그 높이가 영역별로 상이하게 보이는 방식으로 상기 제1 층을 구조화하고, 이어서 부을 수 있는 조건에서 상기 제1 층과는 조성이 상이한 제2 세라믹 재료를 제2 층으로서 상기 몰드 내에 충전하거나, 또는
b2) 상기 제1 층(414)을 충전한 후, 부을 수 있는 조건에서 제1 세라믹 재료와 상이한 추가의 세라믹 재료의 추가의 층(427)을 상기 몰드 내에 충전하고, 상기 제1 층의 재료를 상기 추가의 층의 재료와 혼합하여 중간층(428)을 형성하고, 이어서 제2 세라믹 재료를 상기 몰드 내에 충전하거나, 또는
b3) 상기 제1 층을 충전한 후 상기 제1 층 내에 적어도 하나의 제1 개방 캐비티(open cavity)(318)를 형성하고 이어서 상기 적어도 하나의 제1 개방 캐비티 내에 제2 세라믹 재료를 충전하는 단계로서,
상기 세라믹 재료는 산화이트륨(Y2O3), 산화칼슘(CaO), 산화마그네슘(MgO) 및/또는 산화세륨(CeO2)으로 도핑된 이산화지르코늄을 함유하고, 상기 제1 층(14)의 재료는 실온에 존재하는 안정화된 결정형의 색 및 비율의 측면에서 상기 제2 층(24)의 재료와 상이한, 단계,
c) 상기 세라믹 재료들을 가압하여 블랭크를 형성하는 단계,
d) 상기 몰드로부터 상기 블랭크를 제거하는 단계,
e) 상기 블랭크를 온도 처리하는 단계로서,
여기서, 상기 방법 단계 a) + b1), 또는 a) + b2), 또는 a) + b3)에 따라, 온도 처리 후의 층들 및/또는 영역들이 디지털 데이터 세트로서 이용 가능한 예정된 과정을 나타내는 방식으로, 상기 세라믹 재료를 상기 몰드 내에 충전하고/하거나 상기 몰드 내에서 처리하는, 단계,
f) 상기 치과용 수복재 또는 상기 치과용 수복재에 상응하는 형태를, 수축을 고려하여 가상 설계하는 단계,
g) 상기 블랭크를 가상으로 표현하고, 상기 블랭크 내의 상기 가상으로 표현된 치과용 수복재 또는 상기 형태를, 상기 층들 및/또는 영역들의 재료 특성을 고려하여 위치선정하는 단계,
h) 상기 가상으로 배열된 치과용 수복재 또는 상기 형태의 상기 블랭크 내에서의 위치에 상응하는 상기 블랭크를 위한 데이터를 결정하는 단계,
i) 상기 데이터를 기기로 전송하여, 상기 블랭크로부터 상기 치과용 수복재 또는 상기 형태를 유도하는 단계
를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 여러 개의 제1 개방 캐비티(318)가 상기 제1 세라믹 재료(314)의 층 내에 형성되고, 상기 제2 세라믹 재료가 상기 캐비티 내에 충전됨을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 상기 제1 개방 캐비티(318) 중의 적어도 일부가 상이한 내부 기하구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 제2 세라믹 재료가 그룹 Pr, Er, Tb, Fe, Co, Ni, Ti, V, Cr, Cu, Mn으로부터의 원소로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 착색 산화물, 바람직하게는 Fe2O3, Er2O3 또는 Co3O4로 착색됨을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및/또는 제2 세라믹 재료(314, 320)에 사용되는 재료가, 상기 제1 재료 중의 산화이트륨의 퍼센티지가 7.0중량% 내지 9.5중량%이고/이거나 상기 제2 및/또는 추가의 세라믹 재료 중의 산화이트륨의 퍼센티지가 4.5중량% 내지 7.0중량%인 재료이고, 상기 제1 세라믹 재료 중의 산화이트륨의 퍼센티지는 상기 제2 또는 추가의 세라믹 재료 중의 산화이트륨의 퍼센티지보다 큰 것임을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
