도 4는, 상기 보일오프 가스 공급 장치에 있어서의 제2 압축 기구에 의한 복귀 제어를 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 5는, 본 발명의 기타 실시 형태에 관한 보일오프 가스 공급 장치의 구성을 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (17)
- 액화가스를 저류하는 저장 탱크와,
상기 저장 탱크에 저류된 액화가스의 보일오프 가스를 흡인하여 압축하는 제1 압축 기구와,
상기 제1 압축 기구에 의해 압축된 후의 보일오프 가스를 압축하는 제2 압축 기구와,
상기 제2 압축 기구로부터 토출된 보일오프 가스가 흐르는 토출로와,
상기 제1 압축 기구를 구동하는 제1 구동원과,
상기 제1 구동원과는 별개의 구동원이며, 상기 제2 압축 기구를 구동하는 제2 구동원을 구비하고 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 토출로에는, 보일오프 가스의 제1 공급구가 설치되고,
상기 제1 압축 기구와 상기 제2 압축 기구를 접속하는 접속로로부터 분기된 분기로에는, 보일오프 가스의 제2 공급구가 설치되고,
상기 토출로 및 상기 분기로에는, 각각 개폐 기구가 설치되어 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 압축 기구는, 복수 단의 압축기를 갖고,
상기 제1 구동원은, 상기 복수 단의 압축기를 일괄하여 구동하도록 구성되어 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2 압축 기구는, 복수 단의 압축기를 갖고,
상기 제2 구동원은, 상기 복수 단의 압축기를 일괄하여 구동하도록 구성되어 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 압축 기구로부터 토출된 보일오프 가스를 재액화하여 상기 저장 탱크로 되돌리는 복귀부를 구비하고 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 복귀부는, 상기 저장 탱크를 향해 흐르는 복귀로 내의 보일오프 가스를 냉각하는 냉각부를 갖는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 냉각부는, 상기 복귀로 내의 보일오프 가스와, 상기 제1 압축 기구에 흡입되기 전의 보일오프 가스를 열교환시키는 열교환기를 갖는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 압축 기구로부터 토출된 보일오프 가스가 수요측에 공급되도록 구성되어 있으며,
상기 제1 압축 기구의 토출측에서의 보일오프 가스의 압력을 검출하는 압력 검출부와,
상기 압력 검출부에 의한 검출 압력이, 보일오프 가스의 수요량에 따라 설정되는 목표 압력이 되도록 상기 제1 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하는 용량 제어부를 구비하고 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 압축 기구로부터 토출된 보일오프 가스가 수요측에 공급되도록 구성되어 있으며,
보일오프 가스를 상기 제1 압축 기구의 토출측으로부터 흡입측으로 되돌리는 스필백 기구와,
상기 제1 압축 기구의 토출측에서의 보일오프 가스의 압력을 검출하는 압력 검출부와,
상기 압력 검출부의 검출값이, 보일오프 가스의 수요량에 따라 설정되는 목표 압력이 되도록 상기 스필백 기구를 제어하는 용량 제어부를 구비하고 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 용량 제어부는, 상기 압력 검출부의 검출값이, 보일오프 가스의 수요량에 따라 설정되는 목표 압력이 되도록 상기 스필백 기구를 제어함과 함께, 상기 제1 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하도록 구성되어 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 압축 기구의 흡입측에서의 보일오프 가스의 압력을 검출하는 흡입측 압력 검출부와,
상기 흡입측 압력 검출부에 의해 검출된 가스 압력과, 미리 설정된 역치와의 비교 결과에 따라서, 상기 제2 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하는 복귀 제어부를 구비하는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 용량 제어부는, 상기 흡입측 압력 검출부에 의해 검출된 가스 압력이, 상기 역치와 동일한 값으로 설정되거나 혹은 상기 역치보다도 낮게 설정된 제2 역치보다도 낮을 때, 상기 제1 압축 기구에 의한 가스 압축량이 적어지도록 상기 제1 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하도록 구성되어 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 압축 기구의 흡입측에서의 보일오프 가스의 압력을 검출하는 흡입측 압력 검출부와,
상기 제1 압축 기구의 토출측에서의 보일오프 가스의 압력을 검출하는 제1 토출측 압력 검출부와,
상기 제2 압축 기구의 토출측에서의 보일오프 가스의 압력을 검출하는 제2 토출측 압력 검출부와,
상기 제1 토출측 압력 검출부에 의한 검출값이, 미리 설정된 제1 목표 압력이 되도록 상기 제1 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하는 용량 제어부를 구비하고,
상기 제2 압축 기구로부터 토출된 보일오프 가스가 수요측에 공급되도록 구성되어 있으며,
상기 제2 토출측 압력 검출부에 의해 검출된 가스 압력이 제2 목표 압력보다도 높은 경우에는, 상기 흡입측 압력 검출부에 의한 검출 압력이 미리 설정된 역치보다도 낮다는 것을 조건으로 하여, 상기 제2 압축 기구에 의한 가스 압축량이 적어지도록 상기 제2 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하는 복귀 제어부를 더 구비하고 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 복귀부는, 유량 제어 밸브를 갖고 있으며,
상기 복귀 제어부는, 상기 제2 토출측 압력 검출부에 의해 검출된 가스 압력이 제2 목표 압력보다도 높은 경우에 있어서, 상기 흡입측 압력 검출부에 의한 검출 압력이 상기 역치보다도 높을 때에는, 상기 유량 제어 밸브의 개방도를 크게 함과 함께 상기 제2 압축 기구에 의한 가스 압축량이 많아지도록 상기 제2 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하도록 구성되어 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,
상기 복귀 제어부는, 상기 제2 토출측 가스 압력 검출부에 의해 검출된 가스 압력이 상기 제2 목표 압력보다도 낮은 경우에는, 상기 흡입측 가스 압력 검출부에 의해 검출된 가스 압력이 상기 역치보다도 높다는 것을 조건으로 하여, 상기 제2 압축 기구에 의한 가스 압축량이 많아지도록 상기 제2 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 복귀부는, 유량 제어 밸브를 갖고 있으며,
상기 복귀 제어부는, 상기 제2 토출측 가스 압력 검출부에 의해 검출된 가스 압력이 상기 제2 목표 압력보다도 낮은 경우에 있어서, 상기 흡입측 가스 압력 검출부에 의해 검출된 가스 압력이 상기 역치보다도 낮을 때에는, 상기 유량 제어 밸브의 개방도를 작게 함과 함께 상기 제2 압축 기구에 의한 가스 압축량이 적어지도록 상기 제2 압축 기구의 용량을 제어하도록 구성되어 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저장 탱크 내의 압력이 너무 높을 때 보일오프 가스를 배출하는 배출 기구를 구비하고 있는, 보일오프 가스 공급 장치.
