Description
Claims (5)
- 極低温冷凍機の起動方法であって、極低温冷凍機は、圧縮機と、コールドヘッドと、圧縮機からコールドヘッドに冷媒ガスを供給する高圧ラインと、コールドヘッドから圧縮機に冷媒ガスを回収する低圧ラインと、を備え、前記方法は、
前記コールドヘッドが室温にあるとき、前記高圧ラインの容積を増加させることと、
前記高圧ラインの容積を増加させた後、前記高圧ラインの圧力または前記高圧ラインと前記低圧ラインの差圧に基づいて前記圧縮機の運転周波数を制御しながら、前記コールドヘッドを室温から極低温に冷却することと、
前記コールドヘッドを前記極低温に冷却した後、前記高圧ラインの容積を減少させることと、
前記高圧ラインの容積を減少させた後、前記コールドヘッドを前記極低温に維持することと、を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記コールドヘッドを室温から極低温に冷却することは、前記高圧ラインの圧力を圧力目標値に追従させるように前記圧縮機の運転周波数を制御することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コールドヘッドを極低温に維持することは、前記高圧ラインと前記低圧ラインの差圧を差圧目標値に追従させるように前記圧縮機の運転周波数を制御することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記高圧ラインの容積を増加させることは、第1高圧配管で前記圧縮機を前記コールドヘッドに接続することを含み、
前記高圧ラインの容積を減少させることは、第2高圧配管で前記圧縮機を前記コールドヘッドに接続することを含み、
第1高圧配管の容積が第2高圧配管の容積より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記高圧ラインの容積を増加させることは、前記高圧ラインにバッファ容積を接続することを含み、
前記高圧ラインの容積を減少させることは、前記高圧ラインから前記バッファ容積を切り離すことを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
