Abstract

본 발명은 음극판을 연마하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 이러한 음극판 연마 장치는 사각형 모양이고 복수의 지지대에 의하여 설치되는 지지프레임과; 연마할 음극판을 거치하여 상기 지지프레임에서 상하로 승강시키는 승강부재; 및 상기 승강부재에 의하여 상승되는 상기 음극판의 양면을 협착하여서 연마하는 연마부재로 구성되고, 상기 연마부재는 모터와; 상기 모터에 연동되어 회전하는 유니버설조인트; 및 상기 유니버설조인트에 의하여 구동되는 브러시로 구성된다.
이와 같은 구성에 따라, 상기 브러시에 의하여 음극판의 표면을 연마할 뿐만 아니라 비세한 흡집이 형성되므로, 전착되어 박리되는 금속판의 품질이 양호하고, 상기 음극판을 협착하는 한 쌍의 상기 브러시에도 유니버설조인트에 의하여 구동력이 원할하게 전달되어서 그 구성이 간단하며, 분해와 조립이 용이하므로 수리보수가 용이하게 이루어진다는 효과가 발생하게 된다.
