Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus to polish a cathode plate, comprising: a support frame having a rectangular shape and installed by a plurality of supports; an elevation member to support and vertically elevate a cathode plate to be polished; and a polishing member to constrict and polish both surfaces of the cathode plate elevated by the elevation member. The polishing member comprises a motor, a universal joint interlocked with the motor to be rotated, and a brush operated by the universal joint. As such configuration, not only the surface of the cathode plate is polished, but also a fine scratch is formed by the brush, so the quality of a metal plate electrodeposited to be delaminated is good and driving force is smoothly transferred to a pair of brushes constricting the cathode plate by the universal joint, such that the configuration is simple and disassembly/assembly is easy, thereby providing an effect of facilitating maintenance.
