本发明涉及一种打磨装置,尤其涉及一种滚珠圈内圈打磨装置。
背景技术
滚珠圈在粗加工完成,其内面是非常毛糙的,必须通过再次打磨才能装配部件,现有的打磨工序是通过人工打磨,打磨效率低下,经常出现工人打磨不全面,造成后期装配不成功的次品。

本发明针对上述不足提供了一种滚珠圈内圈打磨装置。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明所述的一种滚珠圈内圈打磨装置,包括机壳,内杆,放料板,卡扣,电机,打磨辊;所述的机壳内壁侧布置内杆,机壳内布置放料板,放料板在机壳内上下滑动;放料板两端设有卡扣,机壳底端中心处设有电机,电机上设有打磨辊。
本发明所述的滚珠圈内圈打磨装置,所述的机壳与内杆之间布置螺杆,螺杆的底端设有电机一,内杆的两端设有通孔,内杆通过通孔套置在螺杆上,沿螺杆在机壳内上下滑动。
本发明所述的滚珠圈内圈打磨装置,所述的卡扣的背面与内杆相接触。
本发明所述的滚珠圈内圈打磨装置,所述的机壳的底面设有通孔,机壳的底端设有漏槽,漏槽内布置漏斗。
本发明所述的滚珠圈内圈打磨装置,所述的卡扣上设有卡钩,卡扣成倒L形,卡扣的背面设有凸块。
有益效果
本发明提供滚珠圈内圈打磨装置,能快速有效的打磨滚珠圈内面,且提供稳定的加持,使得在打磨过程中稳定均匀。本装置可根据滚准的直径给更换打磨辊的直径,方便快捷。

如图所示:一种滚珠圈内圈打磨装置,包括机壳1,内杆2,放料板3,卡扣4,电机5,打磨辊6;所述的机壳1内壁侧布置内杆2,机壳1内布置放料板3,放料板3在机壳1内上下滑动;放料板3两端设有卡扣4,机壳1底端中心处设有电机5,电机5上设有打磨辊6。
机壳1与内杆2之间布置螺杆8,螺杆8的底端设有电机一7,内杆2的两端设有通孔,内杆2通过通孔套置在螺杆8上,沿螺杆8在机壳1内上下滑动。卡扣4的背面与内杆2相接触。机壳1的底面设有通孔,机壳1的底端设有漏槽9,漏槽9内布置漏斗10。
卡扣4上设有卡钩41,卡扣4成倒L形,卡扣4的背面设有凸块42。

1.一种滚珠圈内圈打磨装置,其特征在于:包括机壳(1),内杆(2),放料板(3),卡扣(4),电机(5),打磨辊(6);所述的机壳(1)内壁侧布置内杆(2),机壳(1)内布置放料板(3),放料板(3)在机壳(1)内上下滑动;放料板(3)两端设有卡扣(4),机壳(1)底端中心处设有电机(5),电机(5)上设有打磨辊(6);所述的机壳(1)与内杆(2)之间布置螺杆(8),螺杆(8)的底端设有电机一(7),内杆(2)的两端设有通孔,内杆(2)通过通孔套置在螺杆(8)上,沿螺杆(8)在机壳(1)内上下滑动;所述的卡扣(4)的背面与内杆(2)相接触;所述的机壳(1)的底面设有通孔,机壳(1)的底端设有漏槽(9),漏槽(9)内布置漏斗(10);所述的卡扣(4)上设有卡钩(41),卡扣(4)成倒L形,卡扣(4)的背面设有凸块(42)。
