Abstract
더욱 구체적으로는, 콘크리트블록 내부에 재활용 PET재질의 병을 내설시킨 뒤, 상기 병 내부에 헬륨가스를 충진하고, 상기 콘크리트블록 내부에 몰탈을 충진함으로써 중량이 더욱 저하될 수 있는, 경량콘크리트 패널에 관한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 위와 같이 구성되는 콘크리트블록을 와이어로프를 통해 횡보(Beam)와 연결할 수 있는, 경량콘크리트 패널에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
상기 횡보(10)에 연결되는 다수 개의 콘크리트블록(20);을 포함하되,
상기 횡보(10)는,
상기 콘크리트블록(20)에 대응되는 위치에 복수 개의 파이프(11)가 상기 콘크리트블록(20)의 길이방향과 동일한 방향으로 내설되고,
상기 파이프(11)를 통해 상기 콘크리트블록(20) 내부에 몰탈이 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경량 콘크리트 패널.
상기 파이프(11)에 삽입되어 몰탈 충진을 수행하는 몰탈 주입관(40);을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경량콘크리트 패널.
상기 파이프(11)를 통해 횡보-콘크리트패널-횡보의 순서대로 통과되어 상기횡보(10)와 콘크리트패널(20)의 연결을 견고하게 하는 와이어로프(30);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경량콘크리트 패널.
상기 콘크리트블록(20)은,
보정철재 몸체(21);
상기 보정철재 몸체(21)의 내부에 보정철재 몸체(21)의 높이방향으로 가로지리는 복수의 격벽(22); 및
상기 격벽(22)에 의해 다수 공간이 형성된 콘크리트블록(20) 내부에 다수 개 배열되는 경량소재(23);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경량콘크리트 패널.
상기 콘크리트블록(20)은,
상기 격벽(22)의 높이가 상기 보정철재 몸체(21)의 높이보다 낮게 구성되고,
배열된 경량소재(23)를 결속하는 결속수단(24);을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경량콘크리트 패널.
상기 경량소재(23)는 재활용 PET병으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경량콘크리트 패널.
상기 경량소재(23) 내부에는 헬륨가스가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경량콘크리트 패널.
