Claims (12)
- 비표면적이 1.50~4.00㎟/㎎ 및 중량이 100∼300㎎인, 구강 내 붕해 정제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
직경이 12㎜ 이상인, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
정제 경도(硬度)가 5N∼30N인, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수중 붕해 시간이 7초 이하이고, 구강 내 붕해 시간이 6초 이하인, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
산형(酸型) 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 이루어진 제1 붕해제 성분을 포함하는, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 제5항에 있어서,
결정 셀룰로오스를 더 포함하는, 구강 내 붕해 정제. - 붕해성 입자 조성물을 약효 성분과 혼합하고, 얻어진 혼합물을 타정(打錠)하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
붕해성 입자 조성물을 제조할 때에 습식 조립(造粒) 공정을 포함하는, 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
붕해성 입자 조성물을 제조할 때에 2단(二段) 조립 공정을 포함하는, 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법. - 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
2~20kN의 타정 압축력을 가하여 타정하는, 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법. - 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구강 내 붕해 정제의 제조 방법에 이용하는, 산형 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 이루어진 제1 붕해제 성분을 포함하는 붕해성 입자 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,
결정 셀룰로오스를 더 포함하는, 붕해성 입자 조성물.
