Abstract
본 발명에 따른 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체는 전기화학적으로 빠른 리튬 저장 및 탈리가 가능하고 고용량 소재로 활용이 가능하다.
또한, 상기 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체는 리튬 이차전지의 음극소재에 적용시킬 경우에 초기 효율과 가역 용량을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 전지의 수명 특성을 향상시키는데도 현저한 효과를 나타낸다.
Description
도 2는 PEDOT:PSS 고분자 및 실시예 1-1 내지 1-4를 적외선 분광분석법(Fourier transform infrared, FT-IR)으로 분석한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 비정질 규소 산화물(Si/SiOx) 및 실시예 1-1 내지 1-4를 라만분광분석기(Raman spctroscopy)로 분석한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4는 실시예 2-1 내지 2-4 및 비교예 1을 리튬 메탈, 폴리올레핀계 분리막을 이용하여 coin cell(2032 size)을 조립하고 전지 평가를 수행하였으며, 첫 번째 싸이클의 충방전 곡선을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 비교예 2의 PEDOT:PSS 고분자만으로 제조된 전극의 전지 평가를 수행하여 첫 번째 충방전 곡선을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 실시예 2를 전지 평가를 수행하여 싸이클 전, 첫 번째 싸이클의 리튬 삽입 후, 첫 번째 싸이클의 리튬 탈리 후, 그리고 65 번째 싸이클 이후의 사후 TEM 분석 결과를 나타낸 이미지이다.
도 7은 실시예 2-1 내지 2-4 및 비교예 1을 전지 평가를 수행하여 1C의 전류 밀도에서 측정한 250회 충방전 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 비정질 규소 산화물, 및
상기 비정질 규소 산화물의 표면에 코팅된 전도성 고분자를 포함하며,
상기 비정질 규소 산화물은 SiOx(0<x<2)로 표시되고,
상기 전도성 고분자는 poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulfonate), polyaniline 및 polypyrrole 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체의 입자 크기는 50 내지 300 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체는,
비정질 규소 산화물 코어, 및 상기 코어를 감싸는 전도성 고분자 쉘로 이루어진 코어-쉘 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체.
- (a) 비정질 규소 산화물을 제조하는 단계,
(b) 상기 비정질 규소 산화물과 전도성 고분자를 혼합하는 단계, 및
(c) 상기 반응물을 여과 및 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자는 poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulfonate), polyaniline 및 polypyrrole 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자의 함량은 상기 비정질 규소 산화물의 중량을 기준으로 0.2 내지 20 wt%가 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자는 poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulfonate)이며,
상기 전도성 고분자의 함량은 상기 비정질 규소 산화물의 중량을 기준으로 0.2 내지 10 wt%가 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제7항에 따라 제조된 비정질 규소 산화물-전도성 고분자 복합체를 포함하는 전극.
- 제8항에 따른 전극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 전극은 음극인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
