Abstract
(해결 수단) 석탄과 철광석의 혼합물을 성형하여 건류시켜 페로코크스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 석탄이, 복수의 석탄의 배합탄 혹은 단미탄으로 이루어지고, 그 석탄의 회분의 하중 평균값이 10.7 % 이상, 또한, 평균 최대 반사율의 하중 평균값이 0.81 % 이상의 비미점결성의 석탄을 사용한다.

도 2 는, 석탄의 충전 밀도와 코크스 강도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3 은, 석탄 유동성과 융착률의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4 는, 각 석탄 품목의 Ro 와 페로코크스 강도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5 는, 배합탄 품목의 Ro 와 페로코크스 강도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 6 은, 수형 (竪型) 건류로의 개략도이다.
도 7 은, 페로코크스 강도의 시간 경과적 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (2)
- 석탄과 철광석의 혼합물을 성형하여 건류시켜 페로코크스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 석탄이, 복수의 석탄의 배합탄 혹은 단미탄으로 이루어지고, 그 석탄의 회분의 하중 평균값이 10.7 % 이상, 또한, 평균 최대 반사율의 하중 평균값이 0.81 % 이상인 비미점결성의 석탄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페로코크스의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 석탄과 철광석의 혼합물의 성형에 있어서, 밀도 1400 ㎏/㎥ 이상이 되도록 압축 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페로코크스의 제조 방법.
