Abstract
따라서, 지금까지 보관이 곤란한 말 액상정액을 장기보존할 수 있어 혈통이 우수한 말의 품종을 보존할 수 있고, 말의 정액을 적절한 시기 및 정소에서 암말에 인공수정하여 수태율을 높일 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 말 정액 희석제로 희석한 정자의 정자 생존율을 확인한 결과이다.
도 3은 정자팽창의 유형을 나타낸 그림이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 말 정액 희석제로 희석한 정자의 정자 원형질막 온전성을 확인한 결과이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 말 정액 희석제로 희석한 정자의 미토콘드리아 막 전위변화를 확인한 결과이다.
Claims (6)
- 증류수 100ml 당 라피노오스(Raffinose)를 0.1 ~ 10 g의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 말 정액 희석제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 말 정액 희석제는 라피노오스(Raffinose) 외에 글루코스(Glucose), α-Lactose, 탈지유 및 HEPES로 구성된 기본용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 말 정액 희석제. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기본용액은 증류수 100ml 당 글루코스(Glucose) 20 ~ 45g, α-Lactose 0.1 ~ 5g, 탈지유 1 ~ 20g 및 HEPES 1 ~ 10g으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 말 정액 희석제. - 증류수 100ml 당 라피노오스(Raffinose) 0.1 ~ 10 g, 글루코스(Glucose) 20 ~ 45g, α-Lactose 0.1 ~ 5g, 탈지유 1 ~ 20g 및 HEPES 1 ~ 10g을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 말 정액 희석제.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 말 정액 희석제는 겐타마이신(gentamycin), 네오마이신(neomycin) 및 아프라마이신(apramycin)으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 항생제 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 말 정액 희석제. - 제1항의 말 정액 희석제로 말 정액을 희석시키는 것을 포함하는, 말 정액 장기 보존 방법.
