Abstract

본 고안은 지진 피해 예방용 블럭의 형태에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 지진으로 인해 발생하는 횡압력 및 종압력을 기존의 직육면체 형태의 블럭보다 효과적으로 견딜 수 있도록 하여 담벼락이나 벽 등의 건축물의 붕괴를 예방하도록 하는 블럭의 형태에 관한 것이다.

Description

지진 피해 예방용 블럭 {Block for earthquake damage prevention}
본 고안은 지진 피해 예방용 블럭의 형태에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 지진으로 인해 발생하는 횡압력 및 종압력을 기존의 직육면체 형태의 블럭보다 효과적으로 견딜 수 있도록 하여 담벼락이나 벽 등의 건축물의 붕괴를 예방하도록 하는 블럭의 형태에 관한 것이다.
지진이 발생하게 되면 곧 횡진동과 종진동을 수반하여 건축물에 피해를 입힌다. 때문에 건축물을 건축할 때는 횡진동과 종진동을 견딜 수 있도록 설계를 하여야 한다.
상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 고안의 제 1 목적은, 사다리꼴 형태의 블럭을 제안하여 지진으로 인해 발생하는 횡압력 및 종압력을 기존의 직육면체 형태의 블럭보다 효과적으로 견딜 수 있도록 하여 담벼락이나 벽 등의 건축물의 붕괴를 예방하도록 하는 데 있다. 제 2 목적은, 양측 말단부에 돌출부와 함몰부를 만들어 여러 벽돌을 번갈아 적층할 시 서로 맞물리게 하여 시공이 용이하게 하는 데 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 해결수단을 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 긴 사각형 단면을 갖는 사각기둥 형태의 몸체부와; 몸체부의 윗면에 60도의 각도를 가지고 비스듬히 있는 전면 말단부와; 몸체부의 윗면에 각도과 동일한 크기의 각인 각도을 가지고 비스듬히 있는 후면 말단부와; 전면 말단부의 중앙에 있는 전면 돌출부와; 후면 말단부의 중앙에 있는 후면 함몰부를 포함하여 제공함으로써, 본 고안의 과제를 해결할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
본 고안은 다음과 같은 효과를 발휘한다. 측면에서 보았을 때 사다리꼴 형태를 가지는 블럭의 형태가 횡압력 또는 종압력이 가해졌을 시 충격을 기울어진 각 말단부를 통해 분산하며, 이는 건축물에 가해지는 충격을 국소적인 위치에 집중되지 않도록 하여 보다 충격에 잘 견딜 수 있게 된다. 또한, 전면 말단부와 후면 말단부에 있는 전면 돌출부와 후면 함몰부가 서로 맞물리게끔 하여 블럭 적층시에 용이하게 된다.

본 고안의 실시예에 따른 지진 피해 예방용 블럭은 긴 사각형 단면을 갖는 사각기둥 형태의 몸체부(100)와; 몸체부의 윗면(110)에 60도의 각도(210)를 가지고 비스듬히 있는 전면 말단부(310)와; 몸체부의 윗면(110)에 각도(210)과 동일한 크기의 각인 각도(220)을 가지고 비스듬히 있는 후면 말단부 (320)와;
전면 말단부(310)의 중앙에 있는 전면 돌출부(410)와; 후면 말단부(320)의 중앙에 있는 후면 함몰부(420);를 포함하는 형태를 가지는 삼차원 도면 파일을 삼차원 프린터를 통해 인쇄함으로써 제작한다.
윗면(110)이 연직윗방향과 연직아래방향을 번갈아 향하게 놓은 후 접착제의 역할을 할 수 있는 물질로 블록간 접촉부위를 채워서 벽을 구성하게 된다. 이때 후면 함몰부(420)와 전면 돌출부(410)가 결합하여 적재하게 된다. 벽은 짧은 폭의 방향으로 2중으로 적재할 수도 있으며 이 때에는 전면에서 보았을 때 엇갈리게 적재하여 지진에 더욱 잘 견딜 수 있다.

  1. 지진 피해 예방용 블럭의 형태에 있어서, 긴 사각형 단면을 갖는 사각기둥 형태의 몸체부(100)와; 몸체부의 윗면(110)에 60도의 각도(210)를 가지고 비스듬히 있는 전면 말단부(310)와; 몸체부의 윗면(110)에 각도(210)과 동일한 크기의 각인 각도(220)을 가지고 비스듬히 있는 후면 말단부 (320)와; 전면 말단부(310)의 중앙에 있는 전면 돌출부(410)와; 후면 말단부(320)의 중앙에 있는 후면 함몰부(420); 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징 으로 하는 지진 피해 예방용 블럭.
