Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising ginseng powder, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition comprising ginseng powder comprising 0.1 wt% to 10 wt% of ginseng powder, 0.01 to 10 wt% of hyaluronic acid, 1 to 30 wt% of panthenol, ≪ / RTI >
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising ginseng powder, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition containing fine powder of ginseng as an active ingredient to provide improved skin elasticity and wrinkle of skin.
All life is born from the path of aging. The process of aging takes place in the entire body of the body, and the skin also ages as it ages. Skin wrinkles are the most common and common symptom of aging skin and are often the standard skin pattern when measuring the degree of aging. In recent years, interest in skin aging has increased as living standards have improved and interest in skin care has increased. Although it is impossible to prevent skin aging, various attempts have been made to suppress and slow down skin wrinkles, which are representative symptoms of skin aging.
The most fundamental substance that causes skin aging is the free radical (ree radical) generated in the cell. When a free radical is produced in a cell, such a free radical acts on various enzymes in the cell to induce a collagenase activity or induce apoptosis process.
Antioxidants have the effect of inhibiting skin aging by inhibiting the generation of free radicals that occur during the physiological metabolism of UV or cells. Antioxidants have the effect of preventing damage to the cytoplasmic level caused by oxygen. That is, it acts to stop the chain reaction of cells that are autoxidized by oxygen, which is a major factor of aging. It is therefore effective to use it before the onset of aging, and is less effective when exposed to sunlight at high temperatures where chain reactions are particularly active. It also prevents inflammation caused by consuming collagen, and also has the effect of preventing skin damage and skin cancer caused by light stimulation.
However, although these chemical components may exhibit direct effects on the skin, chemical components may be contained in the preparation thereof, and it is disadvantageous in that it is difficult to obtain continuous skin elasticity or wrinkle-improving effect.
On the other hand, recently, cosmetics using ginseng extract have attracted attention. Studies on the efficacy of Panax ginseng CA Meyer on skin have mainly focused on extracts extracted from saponin or ginseng leaves, and Korean Patent Registration No. 144130 (Korean Patent Application No. 1993-28166) However, this ginseng polysaccharide has only been proved to have immunoenhancing effect, anticancer effect, cancer prevention effect and radiation protection effect, but no mention has been made about the cosmetic efficacy. Further, the ginseng polysaccharide There is a problem that some active ingredients in ginseng may be lost during the process.
Therefore, when a cosmetic composition capable of maximizing the potency of ginseng is provided, it is expected that it can be widely applied in related fields.
Accordingly, one aspect of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition having maximized potency of ginseng.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cosmetic composition comprising ginseng powder.
According to the cosmetic composition comprising the ginseng powder of the present invention, it is possible to achieve recovery of skin elasticity by improving the damaged skin recovery effect, moisturizing effect, wrinkle improving effect, and skin texture, A cosmetic composition having a complex function can be obtained.
Fig. 1 shows the results of comparing the moisturizing effect of the cosmetic composition of Example 1 with that of the cosmetic composition of Comparative Example 1. Fig.
Fig. 2 shows the results of experiments for confirming the effect of improving the moisture (moisturizing) level of the combined plant extracts.
Fig. 3 shows the results of experiments confirming the effect of improving the skin texture uniformity of the combined plant extracts.
Fig. 4 shows the results of experiments confirming the effect of improving the size of the pores of the combined plant extracts.
Fig. 5 shows the results of experiments confirming the effect of improving the degree of deposition of pigment in the combined plant extracts.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the embodiments of the present invention can be modified into various other forms, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.
According to the present invention, there is provided a cosmetic composition having a combined function of maximizing the efficacy of ginseng, lowering the risk of adverse effects on the skin by using natural materials, improving skin elasticity and improving skin wrinkles.
More specifically, the cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises 0.1 to 10% by weight of ginseng powder, 0.01 to 10% by weight of hyaluronic acid, 1 to 30% by weight of panthenol, and the balance water.
At this time, the ginseng powder is obtained by spherical particle powder and drawn (rolled extruded), and includes all rod-shaped wire-type powders, and the form thereof is not particularly limited. For example, when the powder is spherical, the average particle diameter of the powder is preferably 100 to 300 占 퐉, and when the powder is wire, the maximum length is 1 to 3 mm and the average diameter of the cross section is 10 to 500 占 퐉 .
When the ginseng powder particles have a size less than the above-mentioned range, it is difficult to produce powder particles, the intergranular agglomeration phenomenon becomes serious, there is a problem of powder recovery, When the composition is applied to the skin, an excessive foreign body sensation may be felt.
Meanwhile, the ginseng powder may be prepared by drawing the raw material of ginseng through a drawer having an exit size of nano size or micron size, or by pulverizing the raw material of ginseng through high energy ball milling. It is possible to prevent loss of some active ingredients of the ginseng ingredient compared to the case of using the ginseng extract and to prevent the loss of some active ingredients of the ginseng ingredient due to the presence of the particles, Thereby providing skin exfoliation effect and helping to obtain skin elasticity effect.
Meanwhile, the cosmetic composition of the present invention contains hyaluronic acid and a panthenol component, wherein hyaluronic acid is contained in an amount of 0.01 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, more preferably 0.1 to 10% 1% by weight. If the content of hyaluronic acid is less than 0.01% by weight, the hyaluronic acid can not exhibit the effect of imparting elasticity due to moisture. If the content of hyaluronic acid is more than 10% by weight, the degree of increase of the effect is insignificant.
The panthenol component is contained in an amount of 1 to 30% by weight, more preferably 3 to 15% by weight, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition. When the content of the panthenol component is less than 1% by weight, there is a problem in that the moisturizing effect of the panthenol component is insignificant. When the content of the panthenol component is more than 30% by weight, There is a tendency to fall.
Further, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can be used as a cosmetic composition for a cosmetic composition, which comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of Edelweiss extract, lotus extract, brown algae extract, pseudomonas exanthemum extract, cinnabar extract, bamboo extract, peony extract, flocculant extract, lime tree extract, willow extract, pineapple extract, And a noni extract may be further included as an effective ingredient.
The edulis extract of the complex plant extract component contains flavonoids to inhibit the oxidation reaction of antioxidant vitamins, thereby enabling an effective skin moisturizing effect and elimination of waste materials. The moisturizing effect of the final cosmetic composition And in case of brown algae extract, skin elasticity can be increased by potassium, calcium and fiber. On the other hand, sorghum extract contains glutamic acid, aspartic acid, arginic acid and the like, thereby reducing skin troubles and enhancing skin elasticity. In the case of extract of cinnabar extract, the skin elasticity can be increased by the effect of tannin, , It is possible to impart skin elasticity, moisturizing effect and skin gloss effect by fiber and protein component. In addition, the peanut extract has an anti-inflammatory effect by the polyhydric phenol contained therein, thereby reducing skin troubles. In the case of mullet extracts, the skin cleansing effect can be increased by the thymol ingredient, and the skin elasticity and anti-aging effect can be expected by the vitamins effect of the bioflavonoid in the lime tree extract. Pineapple extract has a skin regeneration effect by vitamin B and vitamin C of Bromelin enzyme, and glycyrrhizin, polyphenol and gabridine components of licorice extract increase the whitening effect . Furthermore, the skin soothing effect can be obtained by the antioxidative action of the mung bean extract, and the regenerating effect can be obtained by the polyphenol component of the noni extract.
The combined plant extract of the present invention can further provide a complex function including whitening, anti-aging, moisturizing, skin texture improvement and skin soothing by combining the above-mentioned components.
The brown algae include, but are not limited to, seaweed, kelp, tortoise, horsetail, and dahlia, and seaweed is preferably used.
Particularly, the complex plant extract of the present invention is useful as a plant extract of Edelweiss flower and leaf extract, lotus leaf extract, seaweed extract, pseudomonas spp., Stem extract, bamboo bamboo shoot extract, peony flower extract, Flower and leaf extract, willow leaf extract, pineapple juice extract, licorice root extract, mung bean fruit extract, and noni fruit extract are preferably used.
On the other hand, each of the plant extracts contained in the complex plant extract is preferably mixed at the same weight ratio. In this case, the effect of each ingredient can be harmonized with the cosmetic composition.
Preferably, each of the plant extract ingredients contained in the complex plant extract is contained in an amount of 0.05 wt% or more to 0.2 wt% or less based on the weight of the entire cosmetic composition.
In addition, the components of the complex plant extract are preferably contained in an amount of 0.5 wt% to 2.8 wt%, more preferably 0.7 wt% to 1.2 wt%, and still more preferably 0.8 wt% To 2.1% by weight.
Each of the plant extracts contained 0.05 wt% , The effect of each plant extract is insignificantly expressed. When the content of the combined plant extract exceeds 2.8% by weight based on the weight of the whole cosmetic composition There is a problem in the process that it is difficult to implement various cosmetic composition formulations by the combined plant extracts.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention may further comprise at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of, for example, silicone oil, polyhydric alcohol, skin active ingredient and other additives.
Wherein the silicone oil is selected from the group consisting of cyclopentasiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane, cycloheptasiloxane, cyclomethicone, cyclophenylmethicone, cyclotetrasiloxane, cyclotrisiloxane, dimethicone, caprylimethicone, caprylyl trimethicone, But are not limited to, lilecicone, cetearylmethicone, hexadecylmethicone, hexylmethicone, laurylmethicone, myristylmethicone, phenylmethicone, stearylmethicone, scalaryl dimethicone, trifluoropropylmethicone, But is not limited to, at least one selected from the group consisting of chicone, dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, methyltrimethicone, and phenyltrimethicone. 1) Wrinkle improvement effect
In relation to the wrinkle-reducing effect of the ginseng powder contained in the cosmetic composition of the present invention, skin cell proliferation effect was compared with yeast glucan.
More specifically, human fibroblasts were cultured in DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium) medium containing 2.5% fetal bovine serum, and 5,000 cells per well were cultured in 96 -Well microtiter plate. 0.1 g each of ginseng powder and yeast glucan Added to each well, and then stored at 37 DEG C for 4 days. After the incubation, 0.2% 3- (4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl) -2,5-diphenyltetrazolium (3- (4,5- ; MTT) was added at 50 [mu] l / well. Each plate was kept at 37 占 폚 for 4 days to obtain formazan. This formazan is an indicator of cell density or survival rate.
The formazan was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and absorbance at 570 nm was measured using a microplate reader. The proliferative effect of fibroblasts containing ginseng powder was compared with that of control group using yeast glucan. Yeast glucan showed 7% cell proliferation at the concentration of 0.04% and 62% cell proliferation at the concentration of 0.04% for the ginseng powder.
2) Damaged skin recovery effect
Experiments were conducted using a solar simulator to confirm the recovery effect of damaged skin after UV irradiation.
First, ultraviolet rays (UV) were examined by FDA method on both arms of 10 testers in order to induce erythema. After 8, 16, 24 and 48 hours of ultraviolet irradiation, 1 g of ginseng powder was applied to one arm of each tester and only the same amount of distilled water was applied to the other arm.
The skin color was measured before and after the UV irradiation, and the skin color was adjusted to 100 before UV irradiation and the relative erythema index was measured. Anova test statistical significance was p <0.05. The results are shown in Table 1 below (n = 10) when the ginseng powder was irradiated with ultraviolet rays as compared with distilled water.
(2) Confirmation of effect of compound plant extract
In order to verify the skin-cosmetic improvement effect of the combined plant extracts obtained in the process of manufacturing the cosmetic composition of Example 1, 50 women were recruited to confirm the possibility of the cosmetic as an active ingredient, The subjects who were excluded by the exclusion criteria were excluded from the subjects and the remaining 13 persons were selected.
The criteria for selecting the subjects are as follows.
(1) A person who voluntarily wrote and signed a written consent with sufficient explanation of the purpose, outline, research method,
(2) Healthy person who does not have grade or chronic physical disease including skin disease
(3) Those who can follow-up during the test period
The criteria for exclusion of the subjects are as follows.
(1) A person who uses a skin external preparation containing steroid for one month or more for the treatment of skin disease
(2) Persons with sensitive and / or irritable skin
(3) A person with skin abnormalities such as dots, erythema and capillary dilatation on the test site
(4) Those who have been treated at the test site within 6 months before the start of the study
Before the experiment, all subjects were asked to wash with the same cleanser, and after the cleansing was stabilized for 30 minutes, the skin condition was checked by measuring the device and set as the reference value.
The degree of moisture (moisturizing), skin texture uniformity, pore size, and degree of deposition of pigment were measured in each subject. In this experiment, the right eye of each subject, that is, the area where the snowball and the nostril meet, was measured three times a week, and then the average value was calculated, and the average value of the results of each subject was calculated.
Particularly, the intensive exercise or alcohol consumption was avoided within 12 hours before measurement, and the same temperature (22 ~ 26 ℃) and humidity (50 ~ 60%) were maintained.
At this time, ARAMO-TS (ARAMO UHVIS Co. Ltd. Korea) is used to measure skin condition, and it is possible to compare and analyze skin diagnosis according to age and season.
The control group was the value measured in the non-coated state, and the experimental group was the value measured in the state in which the compound plant extract in Example 1 was applied as described above.
The degree of moisture (moisturizing), skin texture uniformity, pore size, and degree of deposition of pigment are shown in Table 2 below.
In Table 2, the higher the degree of moisture (moisturizing) is, the better the skin texture uniformity is, and the lower the skin texture uniformity is, the higher the texture uniformity of the skin is. The smaller the pore size and the degree of deposition of pigment, , And a typical standard value means a steady state without skin irritation.
On the other hand, the evaluation results are shown in the graphs of Figs. 2 to 5. In FIGS. 2 to 5, one experiment was performed three times a week, and thus, each experiment took three weeks.
As can be seen from Figs. 2 to 5, in the experimental group using a combination plant extract, the moisture of the skin was increased to improve moisturization, skin roughness was reduced, skin texture became uniform, and pore size decreased , And the degree of melanin pigment deposition was decreased, thereby showing a whitening effect.
