Claims (11)
- 배터리 모듈로서:
하우징;
제1 핀 표면 및 제2 핀 표면을 갖는 하우징 내에 배치되고, 상기 제1 핀 표면 및 상기 제2 핀 표면이 상기 하우징 내에 각각의 제1 하우징 공동 및 제2 하우징 공동을 형성하는 열-전도 핀;
상기 제1 하우징 공동 내에 배치되고, 또한 상기 제1 핀 표면과 결합하는 제1 배터리 셀; 및
상기 제2 하우징 공동에 배치되고, 또한 상기 제2 핀 표면과 결합하는 제2 배터리 셀을 포함하며,
상기 열-전도 핀은 상기 제1 및 제2 배터리 셀로부터의 열을 상기 하우징으로부터 외측으로 전도하는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 하우징 외면을 포함하고, 상기 열-전도 핀은 상기 하우징 외면의 일부를 형성하는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 하우징 외면을 포함하며, 상기 열-전도 핀은 상기 하우징 외면의 일부와 열 결합하는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 배터리 셀은 각형 배터리 셀을 포함하는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 배터리 셀은 적층된 각형 배터리 셀을 포함하는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 배터리 셀은 래핑된 각형 배터리 셀을 포함하는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
과도한 국부 가열을 최소화하기 위해 각형의 상기 배터리 셀은 등급화된 코트-중량을 갖는 전극들을 포함하는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
다수의 하우징 공동 중 각각의 플러스 원(plus one)을 형성하는 복수의 열-전도 핀; 및
복수의 배터리 셀을 포함하며,
상기 다수의 배터리 셀들 중 하나는 상기 복수의 하우징 공동의 하나 내에 각각 배치되고, 인접한 핀 표면과 결합하는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 열-전도 핀은 알루미늄인, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 열-전도 핀은 단일 압출로 형성되는, 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 열-전도 핀은 스테인리스 스틸인, 배터리 모듈.
