Claims (3)
- 정제 우유 분말; 결정 과당; 바닐린; 녹차 추출물; 글리세리드 및 구아검 성분을 포함하고, 수분 함량이 전체 중량의 2 wt% 이하가 되면서 가용성이 되면서 분말 형태로 액상 음식물에 첨가되는 우유 유래 분말 형태의 첨가 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 피로인산나트륨 및 야자 경화유를 더 포함하는 우유 유래 분말 형태의 첨가 조성물.
- 분말 우유를 준비하는 단계;
결정 분말을 상기 분말 우유에 첨가하는 단계;
녹차 및 향미제를 첨가하여 균질 처리를 하는 단계;
상기 균질 처리 성분을 여과시켜 분말로 성형하는 단계;
바닐린 또는 소금 분말을 첨가하여 분말 혼합물을 성형하는 단계; 및
상기 분말 혼합물을 혼합하면서 가용 처리를 하는 단계를 포함하는 우유 유래 분말 형태의 첨가 조성물의 제조 방법.
