COSMETIC COMPOSITON CONTAINING COMPLEX EXTRACTS FROM SALMON <br> <br> <br> Patents - stay tuned to the technology COSMETIC COMPOSITON CONTAINING COMPLEX EXTRACTS FROM SALMON

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a salmon-derived complex extract, and more particularly to a cosmetic composition comprising a complex extract comprising salmon roe extract, salmon roe extract and salmon nasal cartilage extract as an active ingredient.

As the industry develops, environmental pollution becomes serious, and there is a growing interest in skin aging prevention and whitening. In particular, human skin constantly undergoes changes, the most representative of which is degradation of the skin caused by aging and a reduction in visual beauty. The final appearance of skin appearance as a result of skin aging is wrinkle formation, skin elasticity degradation, senile spots formation, and wrinkle formation is considered to be the most typical phenomenon.

Skin aging can be divided into two types: intrinsic (chronological aging) and phtoaging (Gilchrest BA: J. Am. Acad. Dermatol ., 21, 610-613 (1989)]. The endogenous aging means the aging phenomenon naturally caused by the decrease in the physiological function of the living body as the age increases, and the photoaging means that the appearance or function of the skin is changed due to repeated exposure of the skin to light.

Skin aging can be caused by active oxygen species activated by ultraviolet rays, stress, disease state, environmental factors, wounds and aging, which destroys the antioxidant defense network in vivo, damages cells and tissues, . &Lt; / RTI &gt;

Lipids, proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acids, which are major components of the skin, can be oxidized to destroy skin cells and tissues, and the skin may eventually age. Particularly, oxidation of proteins can cause collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin, proteoglycan, fibronectin, etc., which are connective tissues of the skin, to be cleaved and hyperinflammation reaction. In the case of further deepening, mutation due to DNA mutation, Cancer induction can be promoted.

Therefore, it is necessary to protect the cell membrane by eradicating reactive oxygen species which are mediated by reactive oxygen species, ultraviolet ray irradiation, and inflammation reaction occurring during the metabolism of the body, regenerate damaged cells through active metabolism, and restore skin health desirable.

Skin aging involves an enzyme called MMP (matrix metalloproteinase) as well as the active oxygen species. Although the synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix such as collagen in vivo is appropriately controlled, as the aging process progresses, the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP), an enzyme that degrades collagen, is promoted, And wrinkles are formed. In addition, such a degrading enzyme can be further activated by ultraviolet rays, and it is necessary to develop a substance capable of regulating the activation of MMP induced by ultraviolet light or inhibiting its activity. However, the raw materials conventionally used as cosmetic materials have simply suppressed the activity of degrading enzyme (MMP).

On the other hand, melanin is converted from tyrosine to dopa and dopaquinone by the action of tyrosinase existing in the pigment cells, and is produced through dopachrome and the like. Melanin protects the body from harmful factors such as ultraviolet rays and regulates hormone secretion in the body.

However, since melanin is overproduced, it can promote the formation of spots, freckles, and aging of the skin, and it can participate in the induction of skin cancer, so research and development for inhibiting the excessive production of melanin is actively performed.

(Japanese Patent Laid-open No. 4-9320), hydroquinone (Japanese Patent Laid-open No. 6-192062), kojic acid (Japanese Patent Laid-open No. 56-7710), arbutin Rosinase inhibitory activity and was used as a whitening cosmetic. However, these ingredients are poor in stability among cosmetic formulations, may be decomposed to cause coloration or odor, and their safety or efficacy in vivo is unclear and their use is limited.

Meanwhile, the cosmetics industry is actively developing products using natural materials to reduce skin irritation caused by chemical substances. Particularly, the cosmetics industry in recent years has made a lot of efforts to develop cosmetics using natural materials having not only adverse effects on the skin but also excellent skin improving effect. Natural materials have not only superior biostability to the skin, but also have increased their value as a raw material for cosmetics due to the recent popularity of cosmetics using natural materials.

Accordingly, there is a growing demand for cosmetics using natural materials with fewer side effects and a high level of consumer acceptance, and various researches on the development of multi-functional cosmetics having excellent biosafety and skin improving effect have been actively carried out have.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition which is excellent in skin whitening, wrinkle improvement, etc. while benefiting skin health by containing a new raw material derived from natural origin as an effective ingredient.

In order to achieve the above object, one aspect of the present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising as an active ingredient, a complex extract comprising salmon roe extract, salmon roe extract, and salmon nasal cartilage extract.

In one embodiment, the combined extract may comprise 400 to 600 parts by weight of the salmon roe extract, 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of the salmon roe extract, and 0.01 to 30 parts by weight of the salmon nasal cartilage extract.

In one embodiment, the complex extract may be low molecular weight by hydrolytic enzymes.

In one embodiment, the cosmetic composition may further comprise one or more plant extracts.

In one embodiment, the plant extract may be selected from the group consisting of Salvia Sclarea extract, Hyacinthus orientalis extract, Matricaria recutica extract, and Borago officinalis extract.

In one embodiment, the cosmetic composition may be for skin whitening or wrinkle improvement.

In one embodiment, the cosmetic composition comprises an eye cream, a softening longevity, a convergent lotion, a nutritional lotion, a lotion, a nutritional cream, a massage cream, an ampoule, a pack, a gel, a mask sheet, a powder, a cleansing foam, &Lt; / RTI &gt;

The cosmetic composition according to one aspect of the present invention interacts with the active ingredients contained in the complex extract derived from salmon, so that not only the biostability is excellent but also the whitening effect and the wrinkle reducing effect can be maximized.

It should be understood that the effects of the present invention are not limited to the above effects and include all effects that can be deduced from the detailed description of the present invention or the configuration of the invention described in the claims.

All numerical limitations given throughout this specification will include any better numerical range within a broader numerical range, as narrower numerical limitations are explicitly stated.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail, but it should be apparent that the present invention is not limited by the following examples.

One aspect of the present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising as an active ingredient a complex extract comprising salmon roe extract, salmon roe extract, and salmon nasal cartilage extract.

According to one embodiment, the combined extract may comprise salmon roe extract, salmon roe extract, and salmon nasal cartilage extract. The complex extract may have an excellent skin improving effect due to the synergistic action of the active ingredient derived from each extract. In particular, since the complex extract interacts with lipid components contained in the salmon roe extract, the skin absorption rate is remarkably increased, and thus the skin improvement effect can be maximized.

The &quot; extract &quot; refers to a solvent in which an effective ingredient contained in an extraction material is transferred by bringing a solvent and an extraction material into contact under specific conditions. If the substance is obtained by extracting a component contained in a raw material from a natural product, Regardless of the type. That is, the extract may include a component obtained by extracting a component dissolved in a solvent from a natural product using water or an organic solvent, a specific component of a natural product such as a product obtained by extracting only a specific component such as oil, and the like.

The above-mentioned "salmon roe extract" is an extract derived from the salmon roe of salmon roe, and contains a large amount of active ingredients such as protein, nucleic acid, vitamin, mineral, etc. and has excellent antioxidant and anti- Etc., can exhibit beneficial effects on the skin such as skin elasticity, moisturizing enhancement and the like. Particularly, since some fatty acids contained in the salmon roe extract are used to improve the penetration ability to the skin, the penetration efficiency of the skin can be remarkably increased due to the interaction of the active ingredients in the salmon roe extract, It is possible to have an excellent skin improving effect.

The above-mentioned &quot; salmonid extract &quot; means an extract derived from a testis of salmon, preferably an extract containing a large amount of nucleic acid and protein by removing moisture from salmon testis. In particular, the salmon roe extract may contain 15 to 40% by weight of nucleic acid and 20 to 50% by weight of protein based on the total weight. The nucleic acid includes both DNA and RNA, and the protein is a basic protein containing a large amount of a basic amino acid such as arginine, preferably protamine.

The above-mentioned &quot; salmon nasal cartilage extract &quot; is an extract derived from cartilage of the salmon nose and may include type 2 collagen, proteoglycan, hyaluronic acid and the like. The salmon nasal cartilage extract can inhibit degradation of extracellular matrix, such as collagen, elastin, proteoglycan, and fibronectin, which constitute skin connective tissue, by proteolytic enzymes activated by ultraviolet rays and the like, can do. In particular, the salmon nasal cartilage extract not only inhibits the activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9, which are protein hydrolytic enzymes, but also strengthens the dermal-epidermal junction membrane to enhance skin elasticity and inhibit skin sagging and fine wrinkle formation The generation of wrinkles can be minimized.

At this time, the complex extract can be converted into a low molecular weight by a hydrolytic enzyme. That is, the salmon roe extract, salmon roe extract, and salmon nasal cartilage extract can exhibit water-soluble properties by nucleic acids and proteins contained in the extract due to hydrolytic enzymes such as nuclease and protease . Since the complex extract contains a large amount of the nucleic acid and the protein of the polymer, the solubility in water may be low, but the use thereof may be increased due to low molecular weight. That is, the combined use of the low-molecular-weight complex extract can increase the applicability of medicines or foodstuffs as well as the solubility in cosmetic compositions, thereby improving usability and skin permeability. However, it is preferable to control the molecular weight of the nucleic acid and the protein so that the molecular weight of the nucleic acid and the protein is not excessively lowered, because the skin improving effect may be lowered when the polymer component in the complex extract is excessively degraded.

On the other hand, the cosmetic composition may contain 1.0 to 70.0% by weight of the combined extract as an active ingredient based on the total weight of the composition. If the content of the complex extract is less than 1.0% by weight, skin whitening and wrinkle-reducing effects may not be sufficiently realized. If the content is more than 70.0% by weight, the skin improvement effect is not exhibited depending on the added amount, The specific gravity is lowered and the quality of the product may not be realized.

In one embodiment, the combined extract may comprise 400 to 600 parts by weight of the salmon roe extract, 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of the salmon roe extract, and 0.01 to 30 parts by weight of the salmon nasal cartilage extract.

When the variation in the mixing ratio of the complex extract is large, the skin improvement effect derived from the active ingredient of each extract may not be suitably implemented, so that the mixing ratio can be appropriately controlled in consideration of the working environment and the quality of the final product . The salmon roe extract, salmon roe extract and salmon nasal cartilage extract are preferably mixed at a weight ratio of 500: 10: 5, and the optimal skin whitening and wrinkle reducing effect .

On the other hand, the cosmetic composition may further include one or more plant extracts.

In one embodiment, the plant extract may be selected from the group consisting of Salvia Sclarea extract, Hyacinthus orientalis extract, Matricaria recutica extract, and Borago officinalis extract. In particular, the plant extract may be a complex extract consisting of a Clarie extract, a hyacinth extract, a chamomile extract, and a Borage extract. The complex extract can remarkably enhance the skin improving effect due to the interactions between the active ingredients derived from each plant material, and can maximize the whitening effect and the wrinkle reducing effect by interacting with the complex extract derived from the salmon.

According to one embodiment, the plant extract may comprise 5 to 10 parts by weight of a clary extract, 5 to 10 parts by weight of a hyacinth extract, 10 to 20 parts by weight of a chamomile extract, and 10 to 20 parts by weight of a borage extract.

At this time, when the deviation of the mixing ratio of the plant extract is remarkably different or when the extract is added excessively or excessively as compared with the complex extract derived from the salmon, the skin improvement effect may not be properly realized. The kinds of active ingredients contained in the plant extracts are very diverse and the skin improving effect may vary depending on the mixing ratio of the plant extracts. Therefore, in order to maximize the additive effect of simultaneous application of the respective extracts, And can be properly controlled.

The kind of the solvent used for preparing the plant extract is not particularly limited. The plant extract may be extracted with at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of water, a lower alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, acetone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, and 1,3-butylene glycol, Can be extracted with ethanol at a concentration of 90% (v / v). The extraction ratio of the active ingredient contained in the plant raw material may be different depending on the polarity of the solvent. Since ethanol is excellent in selectivity for extraction of a physiologically active substance of a natural raw material, Can be implemented.

Specifically, Each extract is washed with water, dried and pulverized, and then subjected to extraction with a solvent having a volume of 8 to 12 times the weight of each raw material for about 1 to 24 hours by a conventional method such as circulation extraction, pressure extraction or ultrasonic extraction Extraction and filtration, and can be obtained in powder form by an additional process such as vacuum distillation or freeze-drying.

In addition, the plant extract may include an extract obtained through a conventional purification process. For example, the plant extract can be purified by various purification methods such as separation using an ultrafiltration membrane having a constant molecular weight cut-off value, separation by various chromatography (manufactured for separation according to size, charge, hydrophobicity or affinity) Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 &gt; fractions. &Lt; / RTI &gt;

In one embodiment, the cosmetic composition may be for skin whitening or wrinkle improvement. That is, the cosmetic composition of the present invention is remarkably superior in skin whitening and wrinkle reducing effects due to the synergistic action of proteins, nucleic acids, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals contained in the complex extract derived from salmon, The effect can be further improved.

In one embodiment, the cosmetic composition comprises an eye cream, a softening longevity, a convergent lotion, a nutritional lotion, a lotion, a nutritional cream, a massage cream, an ampoule, a pack, a gel, a mask sheet, a powder, a cleansing foam, &Lt; / RTI &gt;

The cosmetic composition may be appropriately blended with other ingredients within the range of not hindering the object of the present invention depending on the type of the active ingredient, the purpose of use, and the like in each formulation.

Also, depending on the quality or function of the final product, there may be used various additives such as a fatty substance, an organic solvent, a solubilizing agent, a thickening agent, a gelling agent, a softening agent, an antioxidant, a suspending agent, a stabilizer, a foaming agent, A surfactant, a stabilizer, a stabilizer, an antioxidant, an antioxidant, an antioxidant, a preservative, a barrier agent, a wetting agent, an essential oil, a dye, a pigment, a hydrophilic or lipophilic active agent, And may further comprise adjuvants commonly used in cosmetics or dermatology, such as any of the other ingredients.

However, it is preferable that the adjuvant and the mixing ratio thereof are appropriately selected so as not to affect the preferable properties of the cosmetic composition according to the present invention.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, but it should be apparent that the present invention is not limited by the following examples.

Production Example 1: Preparation of salmon roe extract

10 g of Alaskan salmon eggs were crushed and homogenized using a homogenizer and treated with nuclease and protease for 30 minutes at room temperature. The homogenized salmon roe liquor was centrifuged and filtered to separate into a liquid extract. The separated liquid phase extract was stored at -80 DEG C to prevent DNA and RNA from decomposing.

Production Example 2: Preparation of salmon ginseng extract

The skin, blood and blood vessels of 10 g of the ginseng isolated from the Alaskan salmon were removed, and then washed with purified water to remove impurities. The salmon loins were finely pulverized in a pulverizer together with water, and treated with nuclease and protease for 30 minutes at room temperature. After the enzyme treatment, the pulverized liquid was subjected to centrifugation and filtration and separated into a liquid salmonid extract. The separated liquid phase extract was stored at -80 DEG C to prevent DNA and RNA from decomposing.

Preparation Example 3: Preparation of salmon nasal cartilage extract

10 g of cartilage of salmon nose was dried and pulverized to obtain a dry powder. 2.5 mL of nuclease and protease and 0.05 M sodium carbonate buffer (pH 7.0) were added to the dried powder to a final volume of 50 mL, and the mixture was stirred at 58 rpm for 6 hours at 10 rpm for enzyme reaction To allow protein and nucleic acid to be degraded. After the reaction was completed, the enzyme activity was removed by heating for 10 minutes, followed by cooling.

The cooled reaction mixture was centrifuged at 4 ° C. for 30 minutes to recover the supernatant. Trichloroacetic acid (Sigma) was added to the final 5%, and the mixture was allowed to stand at 4 ° C. for 1 hour. Min for another minute to obtain a supernatant. Subsequently, 3 volumes of ethanol was added to the filtrate, and the mixture was allowed to stand at 4 DEG C for 12 hours and then centrifuged at 4 DEG C for 30 minutes to obtain a precipitate. The precipitate was dried at room temperature and salmon nasal cartilage extract was obtained.

Production Example 4: Preparation of plant extract

Clarified, hyacinth, chamomile, and borage were washed with water, completely dried at room temperature and pulverized to obtain 50 g of pulverized products, respectively.

50 g of each of the pulverized products was immersed in a 10-fold volume of an aqueous ethanol solution (60% mass concentration) and reflux-extracted at a temperature of 50 ° C for 12 hours. Each of the extracts was filtered by a filter, and the extracts obtained by repeatedly extracting the remaining raw materials three times in the same manner were mixed to complete a complex extract. The extract was filtered with a fine filter and repeatedly extracted three times in the same manner for the remaining raw materials and then cooled at room temperature. Each of the extracts was concentrated under reduced pressure at 30 ° C and lyophilized to obtain a solid.

As shown in Table 4, it was confirmed that the cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 and 2 had significantly improved skin barrier properties as compared with Comparative Examples 1 to 6. In particular, the cosmetic composition of Example 2, which further contained a plant extract, showed that the skin barrier improvement effect was further improved.

Experimental Example 4: Evaluation of skin elasticity improvement effect

The skin elasticity improving effects of the cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 were evaluated through the following experiment.

Eighty healthy women aged 20 years or older (mean age 37 years) were divided into 8 groups and skin elasticity was measured under the conditions of temperature 24-26 ° C and humidity 75%.

From 1 to 8 groups, the cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 were respectively applied. The cosmetic composition was applied twice a day (morning and evening) around the eyes for 12 weeks, and skin elasticity of the subject was measured using a skin elasticity meter (Cutometer MPA580, Conrage + Khazaka, Germany).

The test results are reported as R8 (R8 (12 weeks) -R8 (0 weeks)) value of the cutometer MPA580. The value of R8 indicates the property of skin viscoelasticity (Vicoelasticity), and the results are shown in Table 5 below.

division Skin elasticity effect Example 1 0.91 Example 2 0.96 Comparative Example 1 0.75 Comparative Example 2 0.71 Comparative Example 3 0.72 Comparative Example 4 0.61 Comparative Example 5 0.65 Comparative Example 6 0.76

As shown in Table 5, it was confirmed that the skin elasticity improving effects of the cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 and 2 were remarkably superior to those of Comparative Examples 2 to 4.

Experimental Example 5: Evaluation of wrinkle improving effect

The effect of improving the skin wrinkles of the cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 was evaluated through the following experiment.

The subjects were 20 adult women over 30 years of age. The subjects were allowed to absorb the cosmetic composition evenly on the face after morning and evening cleansing for 4 weeks.

The wrinkle improvement was evaluated using ANTERA 3D (Miravex, Ireland). Instrumentation was performed before the test material was used, after 2 weeks, and after 4 weeks.

The same test person measured the left part of the left eye of each subject and the same area was measured by overlapping with the image measured before the test material for the reproducibility of the measurement. The captured images were matched using ANTERA pro software, which is dedicated to ANTERA 3D, and the matched measurement sites were used for analysis.

The measured values were analyzed using the Indentation index, which is a measurement variable. Table 6 shows changes in the Wrinkles small value of the subject after 4 weeks according to the use of the cosmetic materials of Examples 1, 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4. That is, the better the wrinkle improvement effect is, the larger the variation of the wrinkles small value is.
