Description
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름을 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 구리 나노 입자의 열처리 온도에 따른 소결 사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 구리 나노 입자의 광조사 시간에 따른 소결 사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 8은 일반적인 방법으로 합성된 구리 나노 입자의 표면 사진 및 XPS 분석결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 방법으로 합성된 구리 나노 입자의 표면 사진 및 XPS 분석결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 10은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 합성된 구리 나노 입자가 분산된 잉크 조성물의 장기 안정성 평가 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 절연층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 절연층 상에 표면산화가 억제된 금속 나노 입자가 분산된 잉크 조성물을 이용한 용액공정을 통해 금속 도전층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 금속 도전층 상에 전도성 접착제층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 도전층을 형성하는 단계는,
상기 표면산화가 억제된 금속 나노 입자가 분산된 잉크 조성물을 상기 절연층 상에 도포하는 단계; 및
상기 도포된 잉크 조성물을 열처리하여 상기 금속 나노 입자를 소결시킴으로써 금속막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 잉크 조성물을 상기 절연층 상에 도포하는 단계는 상기 표면산화가 억제된 금속 나노 입자가 분산된 잉크 조성물을 상온 및 대기압 하에서 상기 절연층 상에 도포하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 잉크 조성물을 상기 절연층 상에 도포하는 단계는 상기 잉크 조성물을 상기 절연층 상에 1.0 내지 3.0μm 선폭의 패턴 형태로 도포하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 금속막을 형성하는 단계는 상기 도포된 잉크 조성물을 200℃ 이하의 온도로 열처리하여 금속막을 형성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 금속막을 형성하는 단계는 상기 도포된 잉크 조성물을 비활성 가스, 하이드라진계 가스, 수소 가스 및 탄소수가 1~20인 카르복실산으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 분위기 하에서 열처리하여 금속막을 형성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 잉크 조성물을 상기 절연층 상에 도포하는 단계는,
표면산화가 억제된 구리 나노 입자를 합성하는 단계(S211); 및
합성된 구리 나노 입자를 유기 용매에 분산시켜 잉크 조성물을 제조하는 단계(S212);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법의 각 단계는 롤투롤(Roll to roll) 방식으로 연속 공정을 통해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 전자파 차폐 필름 제조방법.
