Description

[0001] Apparatus for recycling food waste [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus, and more particularly, to a food waste disposal apparatus capable of removing water from a collected large amount of food waste to facilitate post treatment.

Generally, methods of treating food wastes or animal wastes include incineration, landfilling, or purification and discharging the wastewater into a river, or fermenting it with a fermentation apparatus to recycle it as compost or animal feed.

However, the incineration method has a disadvantage in that the food waste contains too much water and therefore consumes too much fuel and is inefficient.

In addition, the method of discharging to landfill or river has a problem of causing water pollution due to the eutrophication of the river due to the contamination of groundwater by the leachate and the lack of purification facilities or the lack of treatment ability.

On the other hand, the method of fermentation and treatment is more effective because it can be used as feed for livestock such as compost or chicken.

In the past, most of the food waste has been abandoned as it is, and only a part of the food waste is used as a livestock feed such as pigs. Such food waste is greatly increased in emissions due to the improvement of the eating habits due to economic growth, and a great deal of time and expense is consumed in the treatment. In addition, since food waste contains a large amount of water, when left in a garbage dump for a long time, a bad odor is generated and leachate is generated, thereby polluting the surrounding environment and providing various habitats such as flies and mosquitoes.

In recent years, various treatment processes and devices have been developed to recycle food waste, which is becoming a serious social problem.

For example, there is disclosed a method and apparatus for grinding food waste, drying it, and decomposing it using microorganisms into livestock feed or fertilizer. Korean Utility Model Registration Laid-Open No. 1997-54738 discloses an apparatus for decomposing food waste by using microorganisms at a food waste disposal site such as a general household or a restaurant to produce compost or to dry the food waste if necessary.

Korean Patent Publication No. 1996-10894 discloses a feed manufacturing apparatus for collecting food waste in a refrigerated state and pulverizing the same by means of washing, compressing and crushing, and mixing additives to make livestock and aquaculture feed have.

However, such conventional food waste disposal apparatuses are disadvantageous in that their productivity is lowered because they are small in scale and can not handle a large amount of food waste. In addition, the quality of livestock feed or compost made from recycled food waste was far less than that of commercially available animal feed or fertilizer produced by the factory, and its utility value was not found.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a food garbage disposing device capable of effectively processing a large amount of food waste generated to solve the above problems and producing high quality livestock feed or fertilizer suitable for use in livestock .

The revolving frame may be pivoted upward through the hinge to the base frame.

The support frame may be hinged to the front end of the revolving frame, and the supporting frame may be provided with a pressurizing portion connected to the pressurizing plate.

The pressing portion may include a rod connected to the pressing plate by a hinge and a cylinder for moving the rod back and forth.

The supporting frame may be detached from the rotating frame when the supporting frame is pivoted downward from the revolving frame.

A gear portion may be formed in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft, and a drive gear may be coupled to the gear portion.

And a guide portion for supporting an outer circumferential surface of the tip end of the rotary shaft.

The guide portion may include a support post provided on the revolving frame and at least one guide roller provided on the support post.

The charging unit may be formed on an outer circumferential surface of the housing, and the charging unit may include a lid for opening and closing the upper part, and a corrugated tube communicating from the housing to the rotation unit.

According to the present invention, it is possible to remove the moisture of the food waste contained in the spinneret by rotating the spinneret, to separate and discharge the moisture, and to remove moisture from the large amount of food waste, thereby effectively treating the food waste, It is possible to produce livestock feed or fertilizer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to FIG. 1, the food waste disposal apparatus of the present invention includes a housing 10, a rotator 20, a lid 30, a pressing unit 40, a base frame 50, a revolving frame 60, An inlet portion 70, an inlet portion 80, and a lifting cylinder 90. [

In the above configuration, the rotator 20 is housed in the housing 10 so as to be turned in one direction. To this end, a plurality of guide bearings 50b or 51 are installed in the housing 10 and a guide surface 52 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor 20. Referring to FIG. 6, a plurality of guide bearings 51a, 51b, and 51c are disposed in the housing 10 so that the rotator 20 can be rotated within the housing 10.

In addition, a plurality of drain holes 26 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor 20 at regular intervals. Accordingly, the water and the leachate contained in the food waste can be separated from the food by the rotation of the rotator 20, and can be stored in the reservoir W (see FIG. 7) through the drain 11.

A lid portion (30) is mounted at the tip of the rotary body (20). The lid portion 30 is provided for discharging the food waste from which moisture has been removed. A gear portion 21 is formed in a circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the end portion of the rotor 20 and a driving gear 25 of the driving motor M is connected to the gear portion 21, Rotation of the rotor 20 is possible (see Fig. 8).

And the pressure plate 45 is mounted on the other end side of the rotator 20. The pressing plate 45 can be moved into the inside of the rotator 20 through the pressing portion 40 (that is, gradually moved toward the lid 30 side in Fig. 1). Accordingly, the food waste injected from the rotary kiln 20 is pressurized to one side to separate moisture contained in the food waste.

The pressing portion 40 is fixed to the revolving frame 60 via a hinge 62 to a supporting frame 65 mounted on the supporting frame 65. The pressing portion 40 includes a cylinder 41 for pressurization and a pressurizing plate 45 via a hinge (43).

3 and 4, the support frame 65 is turned counterclockwise in the revolving frame 60, and the support plate 65 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. In this case, Can be completely deviated from the tradition (20).

In addition, the housing 10 is supported by the support frame 65 and the guide portion 70 in the revolving frame 60. At this time, the support frame 65 is formed in a half-circular shape formed concavely along the outer peripheral surface of the housing 10 ≪ / RTI >

In addition, the guide portion 70 has a structure in which a plurality of guide rollers 72 are provided on the support posts 71 so as not to interfere with rotation while supporting the tip of the rotating trolley 20.

The revolving frame 60 can also be pivoted upwardly with respect to the turn hinge in the base frame 50. [ Specifically, the lifting and lowering cylinder 90 is provided at the tip of the base frame 50. The lifting and lowering cylinder 90 is provided with an upper fixing part 92 formed at a lower portion of the revolving frame 60 and a cylinder 91 And a lower fixing part 93 connected to the bottom part of the base frame 50. [

2, when the up-and-down cylinder 90 is operated, the revolving frame 60 is pushed up, and the revolving frame 60 is lifted up with respect to the revolving hinge 61, Thereby forming a tilted state. As a result, the food waste contained in the rotatable body 20 is rotated to one side (the lid) during the rotation of the rotator 20, thereby making it easier to remove moisture from the food waste. In addition, the leachate falling down to the lower portion of the housing 10 can also be guided to the drain port 11.

A guide portion 70 provided with a guide roller 72 for supporting the rotator 20 when the rotator 20 rotates in a state in which the rotator 20 is inclined as described above is provided at the tip of the rotator 20, The posture of the rotator 20 can be stably maintained in the inclined state without interfering with the rotation of the rotator 20 by supporting the leading end.

Referring to FIG. 5, a housing 80 is formed in the housing 10, and a lid 81 and a corrugated tube 82 are formed in the housing 80. The lid 81 determines whether or not the food waste is put into the lid by opening and closing the lid 81. The corrugated pipe 82 connects between the housing 10 and the rotor 20 and the supply line L is introduced, So that it can be input.

As described above, the food garbage disposal apparatus of the present invention is capable of separating and discharging the water contained in the food waste by turning the rotator 20 by feeding a large amount of food waste into the rotator 20, The removed food waste can be collected and recycled as feed for livestock, which can greatly improve the waste disposal efficiency.

Further, the swivel frame 60 is rotated in the base frame 50 so as to be able to perform mass processing, and the swivel 20 is inclined so that moisture can be removed more quickly and efficiently from the food waste.
