Abstract
Description
도 2는 기상 반응기 내에서 가스 체류시간 변화에 따른 일산화질소(NO), 이산화질소(NO2), 이산화황(SO2) 농도변화를 나타낸 그래프이고;
도 3은 기상 반응기 내에서 일산화질소에 대한 오존의 몰 비율 변화에 따른 일산화질소와 이산화황의 산화 효율 변화를 나타낸 그래프이고;
도 4는 과산화수소(H2O2) 몰 유량 변화에 따른 질소산화물과 이산화황의 제거 효율 변화를 나타낸 그래프이고;
도 5는 기상 반응기와 습식 스크러버 반응기 후단에서의 간섭형분광기에 의한 적외선분광법(FT-IR)에 의한 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (5)
- 과산화수소 액적을 공급하는 초음파 가습기, 오존공급기, 기상반응기 및 습식 스크러버를 포함하는 가스 제거장치를 이용하여 질소산화물 및 황산화물을 제거하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 기상반응기로 질소산화물 및 황산화물의 혼합가스와 오존을 공급하여 상기 질소산화물 및 황산화물을 산화시키는 단계(단계 1); 및
상기 습식 스크러버를 통해 단계 1에서 산화된 혼합가스를 0.1 내지 5.0 mol/L 농도의 과산화수소 60 내지 90μm 크기의 액적으로 흡수, 제거하는 단계(단계 2)를 포함하는 질소산화물 및 황산화물 가스 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 질소산화물 및 황산화물의 혼합가스는 질소가스에 희석하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 및 황산화물 가스 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 기상반응기에서의 가스체류시간은 0.05 내지 0.1 초인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 및 황산화물 가스 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 기상반응기에서 질소산화물에 대한 오존의 몰비율이 1.0 내지 1.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 및 황산화물 가스 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2의 과산화수소는 5 내지 35 mmol/min의 몰유량으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 및 황산화물 가스 제거방법.
