Claims (8)
- 복수의 튜브 단부가 결합되는 열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법으로서,
구조판재의 일면 또는 양면에 내식판재를 적층하는 적층단계;
상기 내식판재에 상기 튜브의 수에 상응하는 수 만큼의 홀용접비드를 각각 형성하고, 상기 홀용접비드가 형성되는 과정에서 상기 구조판재 및 상기 내식판재의 서로 접촉된 부분 중 상기 홀용접비드가 배치된 부분은 서로 용접되도록 하는 홀용접단계;
상기 내식판재의 외주연이 상기 구조판재에 용접되도록 경계용접비드를 형성하는 경계용접단계; 및
복수의 상기 홀용접비드로 둘러싸인 부분을 각각 삭제하여 복수의 상기 튜브의 단부가 각각 삽입되는 복수의 튜브홀을 형성하는 가공단계;를 포함하는
열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브홀의 내주면은 상기 구조판재 및 상기 내식판재가 서로 용접된 부분의 범위 내에 배치된
열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용접은 레이저용접, 전자빔용접 및 마찰교반용접 중 어느 하나를 포함하는
열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 홀용접단계에서 상기 용접이 상기 마찰교반용접일 경우,
상기 용접팁의 이송이 종료되는 지점은 상기 홀용접비드에 의해 둘러싸인 부분의 내측에 배치된
열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 용접팁의 이송이 시작되는 지점은 상기 홀용접비드에 의해 둘러싸인 부분의 내측에 배치된
열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가공단계에서는 상기 구조판재의 가장자리 부분에 방사상으로 배치된 복수의 체결홀이 형성되는
열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홀용접단계에서는
상기 홀용접비드가 등간격으로 나란하게 배치된 복수의 직선 형상을 갖는 비드그룹을 형성하고,
상기 비드그룹은 서로 다른 각도로 복수 개 배치되어,
복수의 상기 홀용접비드가 복수의 격자 형상을 이루는
열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법.
- 상기 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열교환기용 튜브시트의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 열교환기용 튜브시트로서,
상기 구조판재는 알루미늄 또는 철을 포함하고,
상기 내식판재는 구리, 니켈 또는 티타늄을 포함하는
열교환기용 튜브시트.
