Claims (20)
- 배터리 팩으로서,
베어 셀 스택(bare cell stack) 및 전해질; 및
전자 디바이스의 디바이스 인클로저 내에 적어도 부분적으로 형성되는 셀 격실(cell compartment) - 상기 베어 셀 스택 및 전해질은 상기 셀 격실 내에 배치됨 - ; 및
상기 셀 격실 내에서 상기 베어 셀 스택과 상기 전해질을 봉해 넣기 위해 상기 셀 격실에 접착되는 밀봉 메커니즘
을 포함하는 배터리 인클로저
를 포함하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베어 셀 스택은 비직사각형 또는 비대칭형인, 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밀봉 메커니즘은 가요성 시트(flexible sheet)를 포함하는, 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 인클로저는 내전해질층(electrolyte resistant layer)을 포함하는, 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,

활성 코팅을 가진 캐소드, 분리막(separator), 및 활성 코팅을 가진 애노드를 포함하는 한 세트의 층들;
상기 캐소드에 결합되는 제1 도전성 탭; 및
상기 애노드에 결합되는 제2 도전성 탭
을 포함하고,
상기 제1 도전성 탭 및 제2 도전성 탭은 상기 셀 격실을 통해 연장되는, 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀 격실은 상기 디바이스 인클로저의 하단 케이스의 적어도 일부를 포함하는, 배터리 팩. - 배터리 팩을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
전자 디바이스를 위한 디바이스 인클로저를 취득하는 단계 -상기 디바이스 인클로저는 베어 셀 스택을 홀딩하도록 구성되는 셀 격실을 포함함- ;
상기 셀 격실 내에 상기 배어 셀 스택을 배치하는 단계; 및
상기 셀 격실에 밀봉 메커니즘을 접착하여, 상기 셀 격실 내에 상기 베어 셀 스택과 전해질을 밀봉하고 배터리 인클로저를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 배터리 팩 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 밀봉 메커니즘은 가요성 시트를 포함하는, 배터리 팩 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 인클로저는 상기 셀 격실과 밀봉 메커니즘 사이의 밀봉을 포함하고, 상기 밀봉은 열 밀봉(heat seal), 레이저 밀봉(laser seal), 테이프, 경화성 접착제, 및 용접 중에서 선택되는, 배터리 팩 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 셀 격실 내에 상기 베어 셀 스택을 배치하기 전에 내전해질층을 상기 셀 격실을 따라 늘어서게 하는 단계
