Description
The present invention relates to a window glass forming method and a window glass forming method for a mobile and an IT apparatus in which a UV pattern is formed. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a window glass for a mobile and an IT apparatus (mobile phone, PDA, PMP, UV patterns that can be used to display patterns, designs, and textures (such as SUS) that are totally different from the materials used, as well as effects of 3D (intaglio and concave) by forming UV patterns during the manufacturing process of window glass (UV) molding method for window and glass for mobile and IT devices, and a window glass.
Mobile and IT devices (cell phones, PDA, PMP, notebooks, etc.) are used.
Such mobile and IT devices are provided with a display window. In recent years, a touch screen (TSP: Touch Screen Pad) is generally provided to input information directly to the screen using a hand or a pen on the display window.
On the other hand, a window glass (or an icon sheet or the like, hereinafter referred to as "window glass ") is provided on the exterior of the mobile and IT device display window in order to provide various designs or protect the touch pad.
That is, the window glass constitutes the appearance of the mobile and IT device display windows, and is essential.
Hereinafter, a process of manufacturing a window glass for mobile and IT devices in which a conventional V pattern is formed will be described.
1. Place the processed glass cloth on the jig.
2. Apply UV solution to the glass using a dispensing dispenser.
3. Place the UV mold on which the pattern is formed on the jig using a fixing pin in a state of being separated from the glass.
4. Place the masking film (masking film) on the upper side of the engraved mold with the fixing pin.
In this case, the work area is masked in the UV mold in some cases, so that a separate making film may not be necessary.
5. Pass the jig on which the glass (glass) is seated and the engraved mold film and masking film are fixed to the roller.
6. Through the roller, the irregularities of the mold are contacted with the UV surface applied to the glass, and the mold shape is transferred to the UV surface.
7. UV light is irradiated on the glass with UV mold and masking film to cure.
8. Remove the mold and masking film from the cured glass.
9. Place the glass in a washer to remove any uncured parts.
10. Coating is done to improve reflection or pattern effect on UV-cured glass.
11. Print the ink on the coated glass in the same or slightly smaller size as the glass.
12. The printed and dried glass is put into the etching solution to remove the exposed part from the outside
13. Finish the product by printing afterwards.
Even in the conventional method, the UV liquid can be discharged in a specific amount and shape in order to prevent overflow when rolling, but it can not be discharged in a form similar to a glass shape because it is discharged by a dispenser.
In addition, there is a problem that a process of removing unnecessary UV (e.g., a window portion) and a process of removing a coating portion have to be separately processed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems of the conventional art and it is an object of the present invention to provide a window glass which is attached to a window of a mobile and IT device (mobile phone, PDA, PMP, UV molding of window glass for mobile and IT devices with UV patterns that can display 3D patterns (intaglio, concave and convex), as well as patterns, designs, and textures (SUS) Method and a window glass.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing UV glass molding for window and IT devices,
Placing a processed glass on a printing jig;
Printing UV on a glass by screen printing;
Placing a glass on which UV is printed on a jig for UV shape production;
Fixing an UV mold having a pattern shape to a jig using a position fixing pin;
Joining a glass and an UV mold using a roller to form a pattern;
Irradiating the UV mold with UV light onto the glass to cure the UV mold;
Removing the UV mold from the cured glass;
Multi-coating a UV-cured glass for decorative effect;
Printing and drying the surface of the coated glass with common ink, which is the same as or slightly smaller than the window shape;
Performing an etching process to remove the UV liquid and the multi-coating portion remaining in an unnecessary portion;
And completing the product by performing post-printing.
The range of UV printing is the same as or smaller than the shape of the glass, preventing the UV resin from overflowing to the outside of the glass and the window during rolling;
And a method of forming a UV printing thickness by a thick film of 1um to 10um or 10um to 20um or 20um to 30um or 30um or more is selected according to characteristics of a mobile device.
And curing the UV of the entire area printed during the curing process so that the post-process (deposition, printing, etc.) can be performed without a cleaning process for the uncured UV region.
In addition, the UV mold may be formed by a transparent film process during the curing process so that UV curing may be performed while the mold and the window are bonded.
According to the present invention, a window glass forming method and a window glass for a mobile and IT device in which the UV pattern of the present invention is formed are attached to windows of mobile and IT devices (mobile phone, PDA, PMP, notebook, etc.) (UV) pattern is formed during the manufacturing process of the window glass, and it has an effect of displaying a completely different pattern, design, texture (SUS, etc.) from the used material as well as 3D effect (intaglio and concave).
In addition, by printing UV on only the portion where UV pattern is formed by screen printing, it is possible to reduce material loss due to UV over work and further process for removing UV liquid.
In the case of the present invention, it is possible to perform the operation simultaneously with the removal of the cutting portion when the unnecessary UV is removed, and the process can be shortened.

2 to 8 are views showing a manufacturing process of a window glass according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The terms and words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed to be limited to ordinary or dictionary meanings, but the inventor may appropriately define the concept of the term to describe its invention in the best way Can be interpreted as meaning and concept consistent with the technical idea of the present invention.
It should be noted that the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations shown in the drawings are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all the technical ideas of the present invention, It should be understood that various equivalents and modifications may be present.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 8, a method of manufacturing a window glass for mobile and IT devices, in which a UV pattern is formed according to an embodiment of the present invention,
1. Place the processed glass on the printing jig.
2. Print UV on glass by screen printing.
At this time, the printing range is the same as or smaller than the shape of the glass, thereby preventing the UV resin from overflowing to the outside of the glass and the window portion during rolling.
The UV printing thickness can be selected from 1 μm to 10 μm or 10 μm to 20 μm, or 20 μm to 30 μm or 30 μm thick, depending on the characteristics of the mobile device.
3. Place the UV-printed glass on a UV shape production jig.
4. Fix the UV mold with the pattern shape to the jig using the position fixing pin.
5. Attach glass and UV mold using rollers.
At this time, the mold is rolled while the end of the mold is separated, so that the mold sequentially touches the surface of the window glass.
When the rollers are passed, the irregularities of the mold come into contact with the surface of the UV resin printed on the glass, and the mold shape is transferred to the UV resin surface.
6. UV light is irradiated with UV mold on glass to cure.
At this time, it is also possible to perform the post-process (deposition, printing, etc.) without the cleaning process for the uncured UV region by curing the UV of the entire printed area.
In addition, the UV mold may be manufactured by a transparent film method, and UV curing may be performed while the mold and the window are bonded.
7. Remove the UV mold from the cured glass.
8. Apply multi-coating for decorative effect to UV-cured window glass.
9. Print on a coated glass with the same or slightly smaller size as the glass, and dry.
10. Proceed with the etching process to remove the remaining UV solution and the multi-coating part from unnecessary parts.
11. Finish the product by printing afterwards.
