Abstract
Description
도 1은 리튬 이온 이차 전지를 도시하는 단면도이고;
도 2는 당해 리튬 이온 이차 전지에 내장되는 전극체를 도시하는 도면이고;
도 3은 필러(F)를 바인더를 통해 접착함으로써 얻어진 다공막이 형성된 세퍼레이터를 모식적으로 도시하는 단면도이고;
도 4는 각각의 평가용 셀의 평가 결과를 나타내는 표이고;
도 5는 각각의 평가용 셀의 평가 결과를 나타내는 표이고;
도 6은 각각의 평가용 셀의 평가 결과를 나타내는 표이고;
도 7은 각각의 평가용 셀의 평가 결과를 나타내는 표이고;
도 8은 각각의 평가용 셀의 평가 결과를 나타내는 표이고;
도 9는 평가용 셀을 도시하는 사시도이다.
Claims (9)
- 전지 케이스;
상기 전지 케이스에 수용된 전극체; 및
상기 전지 케이스에 수용된 전해액
을 구비하고,
상기 전극체는
정극 집전박,
정극 활물질 입자를 함유하고, 상기 정극 집전박에 의해 보유 지지된 정극 활물질 층,
부극 집전박,
부극 활물질 입자를 함유하고, 상기 부극 집전박에 의해 보유 지지된 부극 활물질 층,
상기 정극 활물질 층과 상기 부극 활물질 층 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터, 및
상기 부극 활물질 층 및 상기 세퍼레이터 중 적어도 한쪽의 표면에, 절연성 세라믹의 입자를 바인더를 통해 접착한 다공막
을 구비하고,
상기 절연성 세라믹은 Fe 및 Ni 중 적어도 한쪽을 함유하는, 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 세라믹은 Fe를 20 ppm 내지 6000 ppm의 중량 비율로 함유하는, 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 세라믹은 Ni를 20 ppm 내지 6000 ppm의 중량 비율로 함유하는, 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 세라믹은 Fe 및 Ni 양쪽을 함유하는, 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 세라믹은 Ni보다 큰 중량 비율로 Fe를 함유하는, 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 세라믹은 중앙 직경 (D50)이 0.2 μm 내지 2.0 μm인, 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 세라믹은 α-알루미나, 베마이트, 티타니아, 지르코니아 및 마그네시아로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인, 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공막의 두께가 3 μm 내지 10 μm인, 비수 전해질 이차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 정극 활물질 층 또는 부극 활물질 층의 표면 상에 LiBOB 유래의 피막이 형성되는, 비수 전해질 이차 전지.
