Claims (10)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
R1은 -COOH를 나타내고,
R2는 -OR5를 나타내고,
R5는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기를 나타내고,
Ar1 및 Ar2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴기를 나타내고,
R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴기를 나타내며,
n은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
R1은 -COOH를 나타내고,
R2는 -OH 또는 -OCH3을 나타내고,
Ar1 및 Ar2는 각각 독립적으로 페닐렌, 나프틸렌 또는 퓨라닐렌을 나타내고,
R3 및 R4는 페닐기, 퓨라닐기 또는 나프틸기를 나타내며,
n은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물을 포함하는 전극.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
전극은 기판 및 금속 산화물층을 포함하고,
화합물은 상기 금속 산화물층에 흡착되어 있는 전극.
- 음극계 전극, 양극계 전극 및 전해질을 포함하며,
음극계 전극은 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
음극계 전극은 기판 및 금속 산화물층을 포함하고,
화합물은 상기 금속 산화물층에 흡착되어 있는 전극 태양전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
태양전지의 광전변환효율이 4% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
