Description
The present invention relates to an inner surface polishing apparatus capable of accurately and rapidly polishing an inner surface.
In general, among tube-shaped molds, parts and products requiring precision on the inner diameter surface, the finishing process for precisely grinding the inner diameter surface must be performed to strictly manage the dimensions.
Conventionally, a method has been used in which an object to be polished is fixed to a die, and a polishing bar having an abrasive member such as sandpaper attached to the end thereof is inserted into the object to be polished, and then reciprocating back and forth while applying a constant pressure to the inner surface.
However, in the conventional polishing method which is performed manually, the working speed and the workability are extremely poor, and there is a problem that the precision varies greatly according to the skill of the operator. Recently, a method of rotating the polishing rod in the pipe A pipe inner diameter polishing machine in which the inner diameter face is polished to improve workability is mainly used.
However, such an inner diameter polishing machine has a problem that it is difficult to carry out accurate polishing because the contact pressure with the inner diameter surface of the object to be polished is lowered as the polishing rod goes deeper into the end (more deeply into the pipe) in the gravity direction.
Particularly, when the object to be polished is a metal mold, the inner diameter portion of the object to be polished is tapered in consideration of the disconnection of the molded product. However, with such a structure, it is not easy to polish the tapered inner diameter face with precision.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an inner surface polishing apparatus capable of accurately and rapidly polishing an inner surface of a material to be polished.
In order to achieve the above object, an inner diameter surface polishing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a support portion for supporting an object to be polished whose inner diameter is to be polished so as to be movable in the y axis direction and side by side along the x axis; A first fixing part detachably fixed to one end of an abrasive rod for polishing the inside diameter of the object to be polished and provided so as to be able to move along the x axis and a first fixing part for detachably fixing one end of the polishing rod, And a second fixing part provided so as to face the fixing part and detachably fixing the other end of the polishing rod passing through the object to be polished.
The supporting unit includes a horizontal base, a conveying member installed to be movable along the y-axis on the horizontal base, a rotation member coupled to the upper portion of the conveying member so as to be rotatable about the z- Member.

According to the present invention configured as described above, the polishing is performed while both ends of the polishing rod are fixed to the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion, and the straightness of the polishing rod is precisely maintained during polishing, There is an effect that polishing can be performed precisely and quickly at all times.
Further, according to the present invention, since the supporting portion for supporting the object to be polished is rotated in accordance with the taper angle of the inner diameter surface of the object to be polished, even when the inner diameter portion of the object to be polished is tapered, the inner diameter face of the object to be polished can be always precisely and quickly polished.
