Claims (9)
- 하나 이상의 헥소스를 포함하는 수용액으로부터 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 산소가 감소된 환경 내에서 산에 대한 노출을 통해 헥소스 수용액을 탈수하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄의 에스테르 또는 에테르 유도체가, 각각 알코올 또는 카르복실산의 존재 하에서 탈수를 수행함으로써 형성되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 또 다른 불활성 가스 내에서 스파징(sparging)함으로써, 탈수가 일어나는 반응기의 헤드스페이스(headspace)로부터 산소가 대체되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 질소 또는 이산화탄소를 반응기 내로 스파징하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄 또는 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄 유도체의 분해 저항성을 개선하기 위한 방법으로서, 하나 이상의 산화방지제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부틸화 하이드록시아니솔이 하나 이상의 산화방지제에 포함되는 방법.
- 하나 이상의 산화방지제와 함께 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄을 포함하는, 안정성이 개선된 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄 및 부틸화 하이드록시아니솔을 포함하는 조성물.
- 저장된 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄의 사용 전에 이의 분해 저항성을 개선하기 위한 방법으로서, 하이드록시메틸푸르푸랄을 산소가 감소된 환경 내에서 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
