Claims (13)
- 제1항에 있어서,
R1은 H, C1-12-알킬, CH2CN, CH2COO-(C1-12)-알킬에서 선택되고,
R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로 CF3, CF2H, CF2Cl에서 선택되는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
R1은 H, CH3, CH2COO-(C1-12)-알킬에서 선택되고,
R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로 CF3, CF2H, CF2Cl에서 선택되는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1은 H 또는 CH3인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2는 CF2H인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 염기가 1,10-페난트롤린, 퀴놀린 및 NMP의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 염기가 1,10-페난트롤린 및 NMP의 혼합물인 방법.
