Abstract

본 고안은 두 가지 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기에 관한 것으로서, 특히 화장품용기 상부에 마련된 혼합배출부재가 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성되어 있어 화장품 내용물이 배출될 때 함몰된 중앙으로 화장품 내용물이 모아질 수 있게함과 아울러 에어리스펌프 작용에 의해 높은 압력으로 상승하는 화장품 내용물이 혼합배출부재의 배출구멍에 결합된 압력차단수단에 의해 낮은 압력으로 화장품 내용물이 배출할 수 있도록 하는 두가지 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기에 관한 것이다.
이를 실현하기 위한 본 고안은 화장품 용기(100) 하부에는 하부캡(201)과 결합되면서 화장품 내용물이 충진된 제1, 2용기(202)(203)를 수용하는 하부용기몸체(200); 상기 제1, 2용기(202)(203) 개구부에 구비된 피스톤부(301)와, 피스톤부(301) 외주연부에 마련되어 가압돌기(302)를 갖는 피스톤하우징(303)이 포함된 에어리스펌프(300); 상기 가압돌기(302)를 가압하면서 슬라이드 되는 측면버튼(500)을 수용하는 버튼하우징(400); 상기 버튼하우징(400)의 상부에 결합되어 화장품 내용물이 배출되며, 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성된 혼합배출부재(700); 상기 혼합배출부재(700)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 화장품 내용물이 배출되는 배출구멍(701)이 마련되되, 상기 배출구멍(701)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력으로 배출되는 화장품 내용물을 낮은 압력으로 배출될 수 있도록 하는 개폐노즐수단(702)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

두 가지 내용물을 보관, 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기{A cosmetic container for sotoraging and discharging two contents}
본 고안은 두 가지 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기에 관한 것으로서, 특히 화장품용기 상부에 마련된 혼합배출부재가 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성되어 있어 화장품 내용물이 배출될 때 함몰된 중앙으로 화장품 내용물이 모아질 수 있게함과 아울러 에어리스펌프 작용에 의해 토출 압력으로 상승하는 화장품 내용물이 혼합배출부재의 배출구멍에 결합된 개폐노즐수단에 의해 낮은 압력으로 배출될 수 있도록 하는 두가지 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기에 관한 것이다.
화장품류 중 로션 류ㆍ크림 류ㆍ젤 류ㆍ샴프ㆍ린스 등과 같이 액상 또는 점성이 낮은 겔 상태의 화장품류일 경우에는 내용물을 용이하게 분출시켜 사용할 수 있도록 에어리스 펌프가 화장품용기에 수용되어 사용된다.
이러한, 점성도(粘性度, coefficient of viscosity)를 갖는 화장품류를 수용하는 화장품용기는 수용된 내용물을 소량씩 배출 후 사용토록 설계되며, 특히 기능성 화장품이 수용된 용기에 많이 적용되고 있다.
또한, 화장품 용기에 적용된 에어리스 펌프는 서로 다른 성분의 두가지 내용물을 혼합 배출하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기에도 사용된다. 다시 말해, 기능성 화장품의 한 종류로써 서로 다른 성분의 내용물을 혼합사용 시 그 효과가 증진되는 제품들이 있으며, 이러한 기능성 화장품의 용기에 에어리스 펌프를 장착하여 내용물을 배출시킬 수 있다.
종래 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기는 대한민국특허등록제1037361호에 의해 개시되어 있으며, 첨부된 도1 내지 도3에는 성분이 다른 두 내용물을 혼합 배출하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기를 도시한 것으로서, 화장품용기 하측에 마련된 외용기(300) 내부에는 화장품 내용물이 수용된 한 쌍의 보관용기(400, 400')가 각각 구비되며, 상기 보관용기(400, 400')의 하부에는 화장품 내용물이 소모될 때마다 상승하는 하부피스톤(411, 411')이 마련되고 보관용기(400, 400') 개구부에는 화장품 내용물을 배출시킬 수 있는 상부피스톤을 마련하되 상기 상부피스톤에는 한 쌍의 버튼(200, 200')의 가압에 의해 하강하는 피스톤로드(430, 430')가 구비되고, 상기 피스톤로드(430, 430')의 승하강작용에 의해 펌핑된 내용물이 토출되는 화장품 토출부(120, 120')와 상기 화장품 토출부(120, 120')는 경사진 혼합부(110)에 결합된 러버팁(140)과 결합되어 있다.
상기에서 버튼(200, 200')을 가압하게 되면 버튼과 일체로 된 연결편은 피스톤로드(430, 430')를 하강시키게 되고, 피스톤로드(430, 430')의 하강으로 체크밸브(451, 451')가 개방되면서 보관용기(400, 400')에 있던 화장품 내용물이 화장품 토출부(120, 120')을 통해 혼합부(110)로 토출된다.
그러나 상기에 있어 화장품 토출부(120, 120')의 경로를 따라 이송된 화장품 내용물이 혼합부(110)로 배출되어 두 가지 화장품 내용물을 혼합하여 사용하게 되는데, 화장품 토출부(120, 120')가 수직으로 관통되어 있어 배출되는 화장품 내용물의 높은 압력으로 분수처럼 치솟아 화장품용기 주변으로 낙하되어 낭비되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 화장품 토출부(120, 120')로 배출되어 혼합부(110)에서 혼합되어 화장품 내용물을 사용한 후 에는 복수의 혼합부(110) 경계면에 있는 틈새로 화장품 내용물 찌꺼기가 남게되어 피부에 트러블을 가져올 우려가 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 그 목적으로는 화장품용기 상부에 마련된 혼합배출부재가 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성되어 있어 화장품 내용물이 중앙으로 모아질 수 있도록 하는 것을 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 고안은 에어리스펌프 작용에 의해 토출 압력으로 상승하는 화장품 내용물이 혼합배출부재의 배출구멍에 결합된 개폐노즐수단에 의해 낮은 압력으로 배출될 수 있도록 하는 것을 제공함에 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 화장품 용기(100) 하부에는 하부캡(201)과 결합되면서 화장품 내용물이 충진된 제1, 2용기(202)(203)를 수용하는 하부용기몸체(200); 상기 제1, 2용기(202)(203) 개구부에 구비된 피스톤부(301)와, 피스톤부(301) 외주연부에 마련되어 가압돌기(302)를 갖는 피스톤하우징(303)이 포함된 에어리스펌프(300); 상기 가압돌기(302)를 가압하면서 슬라이드 되는 측면버튼(400)을 수용하는 버튼하우징(500); 상기 버튼하우징(500)의 상부에 결합되어 화장품 내용물이 배출되며, 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성된 혼합배출부재(600); 상기 혼합배출부재(700)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 화장품 내용물이 배출되는 배출구멍(701)이 마련되되, 상기 배출구멍(701)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력으로 배출되는 화장품 내용물을 낮은 압력으로 배출될 수 있도록 하는 개폐노즐수단(602)이 마련된 것으로 달성된다.
본 고안은 화장품 내용물이 화장품용기로부터 배출할 때 상부에 마련된 혼합배출부재로 배출하되 에어리스펌프에 의해 토출 압력으로 상승하는 화장품 내용물이 개폐노즐수단에 의해 낮은 압력으로 배출구멍으로 유도하여 배출될 수 있게 함으로서, 기존과 같이 화장품 내용물이 높은 압력으로 분수처럼 치솟아 내용물이 바닥에 떨어지는 것을 방지하게 되고, 그에 따라 화장하는 주변 환경이 청결하게 되며, 또한, 두 가지 화장품내용물을 배출한 후에는 별도의 혼합용기를 사용하지 않고서도 혼합배출부재에서 배출된 두 가지 화장품내용물을 혼합하여 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 고안을 첨부된 도면을 참고로 하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 첨부도면 도 4 내지 5에 도시된 바와 같이 화장품 용기(100) 하부에는 하부캡(201)과 결합되면서 화장품 내용물이 충진된 제1, 2용기(202)(203)를 수용하는 하부용기몸체(200)가 마련되고 상기 제1, 2용기(202)(203) 개구부에 구비된 피스톤부(301)와, 피스톤부(301) 외주연부에 마련되어 가압돌기(302)를 갖는 피스톤하우징(303)이 포함된 에어리스펌프(300)가 구비되며, 상기 하부용기몸체(200) 상측에는 상기 피스톤하우징(303)을 수용하는 피스톤구멍(204)이 형성되고, 그 가장자리는 하측에 언더컷으로 마련된 버튼하우징(400)이 결합되며, 상기 버튼하우징(400) 외주연부 양측에 마련된 버튼수용홀(401)에는 상기 가압돌기(302)를 가압하면서 슬라이드 되는 측면버튼(500)을 수용하고, 버튼하우징(400) 상측에는 상기 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출되는 화장품 내용물이 배출될 수 있도록 하는 배출밸브(600)를 수용하는 밸브홀(402)과 결합하고, 버튼하우징(400) 가장자리에는 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성된 혼합배출부재(700)와 언더컷으로 결합되며, 상기 혼합배출부재(700)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 화장품 내용물이 배출되는 배출구멍(701)이 마련되되, 상기 배출구멍(701)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력으로 배출되는 화장품 내용물을 낮은 압력으로 변환되어 배출될 수 있도록 하는 개폐노즐수단(702)으로 구성된다.
그리고, 상기 배출구멍(701) 내주연부에는 배출리브(701')이 형성되어 있다.
여기서 배출리브(701')는 화장품 내용물이 배출되는 양에 따라 수량을 설정하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 개폐노즐수단(702)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력을 직접 받는 차단편(702a)과 상기 차단편(702a)에 의해 양측으로 분산되어 이동하는 화장품 내용물을 안내하는 이동공(702b)과 상기 이동공(702b)의 안내에 의해 상측으로 이동된 화장품 내용물이 소량으로 배출할 수 있도록 개폐날개편(702c)으로 구성된다.
여기서 개폐노즐수단(702)은 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 배출되는 화장품 내용물의 토출 압력을 낮은 압력으로 형성시키되 낮은 압력으로도 화장품 내용물을 배출구멍(701)으로 배출할 수 있도록 탄성체로 형성될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용은 다음과 같다.
먼저, 제1, 2저장용기(202)(203)중에 어느 하나를 선택하여 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 첨부도면 도 6a에서와 같이 일측의 측면버튼(500)을 버튼하우징(400)내부로 밀게 되면 버튼하우징(400) 내부로 측면버튼(500)이 슬라이딩되면서 측면버튼(500) 하측에 형성된 경사면은 에어리스펌프(300) 상측에 돌출된 가압돌기(302)를 하측으로 가압시킨다.
따라서, 에어리스펌프(300)가 하강하면서 에어리스펌프(300)내의 내용물 이송로가 개방되면서 임시저장실(S)에 있던 화장품 내용물이 피스톤부(301)의 이송통로를 따라 상승하여 혼합배출부재(700)에 마련된 배출구멍(701)으로 이송된다. 이때 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력으로 상승된 화장품 내용물은 개폐노즐수단(702)에 마련된 차단편(702a)의 저항에 의해 화장품 내용물이 낮은 압력으로 변환된 상태에서 차단편(702a) 양측으로 분산 이동공(702b)을 따라 상승하게 된다.
상기와 같이 화장품 내용물이 이동공(702b)을 따라 상승한 다음 첨부도면 도8에서와 같이 개폐날개편(702c)으로 화장품 내용물이 도달되면 개폐날개편(702c) 끝단은 낮은 압력으로 변환된 화장품 내용물에 의해 소정의 거리만큼 상승하면서 소량의 화장품 내용물을 혼합배출부재(700)의 일측의 배출구멍(701)으로 토출하게 된다.
상기와 같이 혼합배출부재(700)로 화장품 내용물을 배출한 다음 측면버튼(500)을 눌렀던 힘을 제거하면 에어리스펌프(300)내의 마련된 탄성부재에 의해 에어리스펌프(300)가 상승함과 동시에 가압돌기(302)는 측면버튼(500)의 경사면을 밀어 측면버튼(500)이 제자리로 복귀함과 아울러 에어리스펌프(300) 내의 피스톤부(301)가 상승하면서 내용물의 이송로가 폐쇄되고 첨부도면 도9에서와 같이 에어리스펌프(300)의 진공압력이 발생하여 체크밸브(CV)가 개방되면서 제1저장용기(202)에 있던 화장품 내용물이 상승하여 임시저장실(S)로 채워지게 된다.
한편, 제1, 2저장용기(202)(203)에 저장된 화장품 내용물 두 가지를 모두 동시에 배출시켜 혼합하여 사용할 때에는 양측의 측면버튼(500)을 동시에 누르게 되는바, 이에 대한 측면버튼(500)과 에어리스펌프(300)의 작용은 다음과 같다.
즉, 첨부도면 도6b에서와 같이 양측의 측면버튼(500)을 버튼하우징(400)내부로 밀게 되면 버튼하우징(400) 내부로 양측의 측면버튼(500)이 슬라이딩되면서 측면버튼(500) 하측에 형성된 경사면은 에어리스펌프(300) 상측에 돌출된 양측의 가압돌기(302)를 하측으로 가압시킨다.
따라서, 에어리스펌프(300)가 하강하면서 에어리스펌프(300)내의 내용물 이송로가 개방되고 임시저장실(S)에 있던 화장품 내용물이 피스톤부(301)의 이송통로를 따라 상승하여 혼합배출부재(700)에 마련된 배출구멍(701)으로 이송된다. 이때 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력으로 상승된 화장품 내용물은 개폐노즐수단(702)에 마련된 차단편(702a)의 저항에 의해 화장품 내용물이 낮은 압력으로 변환된 상태에서 차단편(702a) 양측으로 분산 이동공(702b)을 따라 상승하게 된다.
상기와 같이 화장품 내용물이 이동공(702b)을 따라 상승한 다음 개폐날개편(702c)으로 화장품 내용물이 도달되면 개폐날개편(702c) 끝단은 낮은 압력으로 변환된 화장품 내용물에 의해 소정의 거리만큼 상승하면서 소량의 화장품 내용물을 혼합배출부재(700)의 양측의 배출구멍(701)으로 토출하게 된다.
상기와 같이 혼합배출부재(700)로 화장품 내용물이 배출한 다음 양측의 측면버튼(500)을 눌렀던 힘을 제거하면 양측의 에어리스펌프(300)내의 마련된 탄성부재에 의해 에어리스펌프(300)가 상승함과 동시에 양측의 가압돌기(302)는 양측의 측면버튼(400)의 경사면을 밀어 양측의 측면버튼(500)이 제자리로 복귀함과 아울러 양측의 에어리스펌프(300) 내의 피스톤부(301)가 상승하면서 내용물의 이송로가 폐쇄되고 첨부도면 도9에서와 같이 에어리스펌프(300)의 진공압력이 발생하여 양측의 체크밸브(CV)가 개방되면서 제1, 2저장용기(202)(203)에 있던 화장품 내용물이 상승하여 양측의 임시저장실(S)로 채워지게 된다.
이상, 본 고안은 상술한 실시예로서만 한정되는 것이 아니라 본 고안의 요지를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 수정 및 변형하여 실시할 수 있고, 그러한 수정 및 변형이 가해진 것도 본 고안의 기술적 사상에 속하는 것으로 보아야 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 화장품 용기(100) 하부에는 하부캡(201)과 결합되면서 화장품 내용물이 충진된 제1, 2용기(202)(203)를 수용하는 하부용기몸체(200);
    상기 제1, 2용기(202)(203) 개구부에 구비된 피스톤부(301)와, 피스톤부(301) 외주연부에 마련되어 가압돌기(302)를 갖는 피스톤하우징(303)이 포함된 에어리스펌프(300);
    상기 가압돌기(302)를 가압하면서 슬라이드 되는 측면버튼(500)을 수용하는 버튼하우징(400);
    상기 버튼하우징(400)의 상부에 결합되어 화장품 내용물이 배출되며, 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성된 혼합배출부재(700);
    상기 혼합배출부재(700)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 화장품 내용물이 배출되는 배출구멍(701)이 마련되되, 상기 배출구멍(701)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력으로 배출되는 화장품 내용물을 낮은 압력으로 배출될 수 있도록 하는 개폐노즐수단(702)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 두 가지 내용물을 보관, 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 배출구멍(701) 내주연부에는 배출리브(701')이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 두 가지 내용물을 보관, 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    그리고, 상기 개폐노즐수단(702)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력을 직접 받는 차단편(702a);
    상기 차단편(702a)에 의해 양측으로 분산되어 이동하는 화장품 내용물을 안내하는 이동공(702b);
    상기 이동공(702b)의 안내에 의해 상측으로 이동된 화장품 내용물이 소량으로 배출할 수 있도록 개폐날개편(702c)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 두 가지 내용물을 보관, 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 개폐노즐수단(702)은
    에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 배출되는 화장품 내용물의 토출 압력을 낮은 압력으로 형성시키되 낮은 압력으로도 화장품 내용물을 배출구멍(701)으로 소량으로 배출할 수 있도록 탄성체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 두 가지 내용물을 보관, 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기.
