Abstract

본 발명은 복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체에 관한 것으로, 이의 목적은 복수의 용기에 담겨있는 각각의 내용물을 단일의 펌핑동작을 통해 동시에 배출시켜 혼합 사용할 수 있으며, 각각의 용기에 장착된 펌프디스펜서들을 보다 가볍게 눌러서도 동시에 펌핑/동작시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 특히, 지렛대 원리를 이용한 누름버튼의 후단부를 가볍게 누르는 것으로 화장품용기들의 펌프디스펜서를 동시에 펌핑 동작시킴으로써 사용편리성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 단일의 펌핑동작으로 화장품용기들의 내용물이 동일하게 배출되어 잔량이 남지 않게 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Description

복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체
본 발명은 화장품용기 조립체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 복수의 용기에 담겨있는 각각의 내용물을 단일의 펌핑동작을 통해 동시에 배출시켜 혼합 사용할 수 있도록 하는 『복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체』에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 액상 또는 페이스트상의 화장품(이하, 액체 내용물이라 칭함)은 펌프디스펜서가 부설된 화장품용기에 담겨진다. 그리고 펌프디스펜서의 푸시헤드를 반복적으로 누름으로써, 화장품용기에 담긴 액체 내용물을 일정량씩 배출시켜 사용한다.
한편, 최근에는 한가지 제품으로 두 가지 효과를 구현할 수 있는 듀얼 방식의 화장품들이 출시되고 있다. 예를 들면, 페이스트 상태의 베이스 성분에 미백 등의 특정효과를 얻을 수 있는 파우더 또는 액상 성분을 혼합 사용하는 제품들이 있다. 이러한 듀얼 방식의 화장품은 베이스 성분과 파우더 또는 액상 성분을 미리 혼합하여 두면 각 성분들이 쉽게 변질될 우려가 있으므로 사용시에 직접 혼합하여 사용하도록 구성된다. 따라서 토출과 동시에 복수의 화장품을 혼합되어 사용할 수 있도록 한 듀얼 화장품용기가 요구되며, 이러한 듀얼 방식의 화장품용기가 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1446612호에 개시되어 있다.
대한민국 등록특허 제10-1446612호의 화장품용기는 2가지 내용물을 각각 수용하고 토출시킬 수 있는 화장품용기를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 하며; 이를 위해 제1조성물을 포함하는 제1용기와, 제2조성물을 포함하는 제2용기를 포함하고 상기 제1용기와 상기 제2용기가 원통체로 결합되어 이루어지는 용기부와; 상기 제1용기에 장착되는 제1에어리스 펌프모듈과; 상기 제2용기에 장착되는 제2에어리스 펌프모듈과; 제1에어리스 펌프모듈에 장착되며 제1토출홀을 구비하는 제1누름캡과, 제2에어리스 펌프모듈에 장착되며 제2토출홀을 구비하는 제2누름캡으로 이루어진 누름부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 사용자는 제1누름캡 또는 제2누름캡만을 눌러 각각에 담겨진 조성물을 개별로 토출시켜 사용할 수도 있고, 제1누름캡과 제2누름캡을 동시에 눌러 각각에 담겨진 조성물을 동시에 토출시켜 사용할 수 있다.
그러나 상기와 같은 듀얼 방식의 화장품용기에서는 각각의 누름캡을 눌러 개별로 사용할 경우 어느 하나의 것만 빨리 소진되고 나머지는 잔량으로 남아 버려질 수 있는 단점이 있다. 그리고 제1용기와 제2용기에 담긴 조성물을 동시에 토출시키고자 제1누름캡과 제2누름캡을 동시에 누르는데, 이러한 경우에는 사용자가 엄지손가락을 통해 제1,제2누름캡을 상당한 힘으로 눌러야만 하는 사용상의 불편함이 있다.
본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로; 본 발명의 목적은 복수의 화장품용기에 담겨있는 각각의 내용물을 단일의 펌핑동작을 통해 동시에 배출시켜 혼합 사용할 수 있으며, 화장품용기들에 장착된 펌프디스펜서들을 보다 가볍게 눌러서도 동시에 펌핑/동작시킬 수 있는 『복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체』를 제공하는 것이다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은; 단일의 펌핑동작으로 복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체에 있어서;
상기 화장품용기 조립체가; 내용물이 담기며 상부가 개방된 용기와, 상기 용기의 개방부를 통해 장착되며 내부가 중공된 피스톤로드의 반복적인 누름동작을 통해 상기 용기에 담긴 내용물을 펌핑하여 상기 피스톤로드를 통해 상측으로 배출시킬수 있는 펌프디스펜서를 구비하는 복수개의 화장품용기와; 상기 화장품용기들의 상부에 가로방향으로 배치되며, 하면에는 상기 펌프디스펜서들의 피스톤로드 상단부가 각각 끼워져 결합되도록 연통구들이 일정한 간격으로 형성되며, 가장자리측에는 내용물을 배출시키기 위한 배출구가 마련되고, 내부에는 상기 배출구와 상기 연통구들을 연통시키기 위한 배출유로가 이루어져 있으며, 상면 중앙부에는 받침축이 상측으로 돌출되게 마련된 가압판과; 베이스에는 상기 복수개의 화장품용기가 일정한 간격으로 세워져 배치되고, 상기 화장품용기들과 상기 가압판을 외곽에서 감싸며 상부가 개방된 통 형상으로 이루어진 용기하우징과; 상기 화장품용기들과 상기 가압판이 수용된 상기 용기하우징의 상부를 덮도록 결합되며 중앙부에는 상기 가압판의 받침축이 상측으로 관통하도록 축홀이 천공되며 상기 축홀의 전방측에 버튼-지지축이 마련된 하우징캡과; 선단부에는 상기 버튼-지지축의 상단에 회전 가능하게 축 결합되면서 상기 가압판의 받침축을 누르기 위한 가압부가 마련되고, 후단부 누름동작으로 상기 가압판을 하강시켜 상기 화장품용기들의 펌프디스펜서를 동시에 눌러 펌핑동작시킬 수 있는 지렛대 누름버튼을; 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은; 상기 배출구가 상기 가압판의 가장자리에서 상기 하우징캡을 관통하여 상측으로 연장되게 마련되며; 상기 배출구의 상단에 내용물을 전방측으로 배출시키기 위한 노즐팁이 마련된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명에 따른 『복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체』에 의하면; 지렛대 누름버튼의 후단부 누름동작으로 가압판이 하강되어 화장품용기들의 펌프디스펜서를 동시에 눌러 각각의 내용물을 동시에 배출시켜 혼합 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히, 지렛대 원리를 적용한 누름버튼의 후단부를 가볍게 누르는 것으로 화장품용기들의 펌프디스펜서를 동시에 펌핑 동작시킴으로써 사용편리성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 단일의 펌핑동작으로 화장품용기들의 내용물이 동일하게 배출되어 잔량이 남지 않게 사용할 수 있는 작용효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 『복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체』에 의하면; 배출구(230)에 배치된 노즐팁(240)을 통해 혼합된 내용물이 분출됨으로써 사용을 보다 용이하게 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

이하, 본 발명에 따른 하나의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 첨부도면을 간략히 설명하면, 도 1 내지 도 6은 본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체의 구성을 설명하기 위한 것이고, 도 7은 본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체의 동작 상태를 설명하기 위한 것이다.
<본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체의 구성 설명>
먼저, 본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체의 구성을 설명한다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체는 단일의 펌핑동작으로 복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출시키기 위한 것으로; 도 1과 도 2에 도시한 바와 같이, 내용물이 담긴 용기(110)에 펌프디스펜서(120)가 장착된 복수개의 화장품용기(100)와, 화장품용기들(100)의 상부에 가로방향으로 배치되면서 화장품용기(100)들의 펌프디스펜서(120)를 동시에 가압하면서 내용물을 외부로 배출시키기 위한 가압판(200)과, 화장품용기(100)들과 가압판(200)이 수용 배치되는 용기하우징(300)과, 용기하우징(300)의 상부를 덮도록 결합되는 하우징캡(400)과, 하우징캡(400) 상부에 배치되며 지렛대 원리를 이용하여 가압판(200)을 가볍게 눌러 조작할 수 있는 지렛대 누름버튼(500)을; 구비하고 있다. {도 2에서는 화장품용기(100)들 중 하나를 단면도로 표현하여 이해를 돕도록 하였다.}
도 2와 도 3을 참조하면; 복수개의 화장품용기(100)는 내용물이 담기며 상부가 개방된 용기(110)와, 용기(110)의 개방부를 통해 장착되며 내부가 중공된 피스톤로드(125)의 반복적인 누름동작을 통해 용기(110)에 담긴 내용물을 펌핑하여 피스톤로드(125)를 통해 상측으로 배출시킬수 있는 펌프디스펜서(120)를 갖추고 있다. 펌프디스펜서(120)는 용기(110)의 개방부에 장착되는 캡(121)과, 이 캡(121)의 내측 중앙부에 배치되며 내부에는 흡입튜브(124)를 통해 내용물을 흡입하여 일시 저장되도록 압력실(123)이 형성된 실린더(122)와, 실린더(122) 내부에 하단이 상하 이동 가능하게 수용되며 상단은 캡(121)의 중앙부위를 관통하여 상측으로 연장된 중공의 피스톤로드(125)와, 실린더(122) 내부에서 피스톤로드(125)를 상측으로 탄성 지지하는 코일스프링(126)과, 실린더(122) 하단의 흡입구(127)를 압력실(123) 압력변화에 따라 개폐하는 볼 형태의 체크밸브(128) 등을 갖추고 있다. 이러한 펌프디스펜서(120)에서는 외력에 의해 피스톤로드(125)가 하강하면 압력실(123) 압력이 높아지면서 이에 일시 저장된 내용물이 피스톤로드(125) 내부를 통해 상측으로 분출되며, 피스톤로드(125)를 누르는 외력이 제거되면 코일스프링(126)의 탄성 지지력에 의해 피스톤로드(125)가 다시 올라가면서 체크밸브(128)가 개방되어 용기(110)에 저장된 내용물이 흡입튜브(124)를 통해 다시 흡입되게 된다.
가압판(200)은 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 화장품용기(100)들의 상부에 가로 방향으로 배치된다. 이러한 가압판(200)은 소정의 두께를 갖는 원판형으로 이루어져 있으며, 이의 하면에는 펌프디스펜서(120)들의 피스톤로드(125) 상단부가 끼워져 결합되도록 연통구(210)들이 일정한 간격(90도 간격)으로 형성되며, 이의 가장자리측에는 내용물들을 혼합하면서 배출시키기 위한 배출구(230)가 마련되어 있다. 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 가압판(200)의 내부에는 배출구(230)와 연통구(210)들을 연통시키기 위한 배출유로(220)가 이루어져 있다. 그리고 가압판(200)의 상면 중심에는 받침축(250)이 상측으로 돌출되게 마련되는데, 이것은 지렛대 누름버튼(500)을 통해 눌려지면 가압판(200)이 그대로 하강하여 펌프디스펜서(120)들의 피스톤로드(125)를 동시에 누르기 위함이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에서 배출구(230)는 하우징캡(400)을 관통하여 상측으로 연장되게 마련되며, 여기에는 내용물을 전방측으로 배출시키기 위한 노즐팁(240)이 결합되어 있다(도 4참조). 따라서 사용자는 노즐팁(240)을 통해 배출되는 내용물을 용이하게 받아 사용할 수 있다.
용기하우징(300)은 복수개의 화장품용기(100)들과 가압판(200)을 외곽에서 감싸도록 상부가 개방된 원통 형상으로 이루어 진 것으로, 도 2와 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이, 이의 베이스(310)에는 복수개의 화장품용기(100)가 일정한 간격으로 세워져 배치된다. 이를 위해 베이스(310)에는 화장품용기(100)들의 용기(110) 하부가 안착될 수 있도록 복수개의 안착홈(311)이 일정한 간격으로 형성되어 있다. 본 발명의 실시 예에서는 베이스(310) 상부에 4개의 화장품용기(100)를 90도 간격으로 배치할 수 있도록 구성하였다.
하우징캡(400)은 화장품용기(100)들과 가압판(200)이 수용된 용기하우징(300)의 상부를 덮도록 결합되는 것으로, 도 2 내지 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 이의 중앙부에는 가압판(200)의 받침축(250)이 상측으로 관통하도록 축홀(410)이 천공되어 있다. 그리고 축홀(410)의 전방측에는 버튼-지지축(420)이 마련되는데, 이것은 지렛대 누름버튼(500)을 배치하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 하우징캡(400)은 용기하우징(300)의 개방된 상부에 억지끼움 방식으로 결합될 수 있다.
지렛대 누름버튼(500)은 도 2 내지 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 선단부가 버튼-지지축(420)의 상단에 회전 가능하게 축(510) 결합되어 있다. 그리고 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 선단부에는 가압판(200)의 받침축(250)과 당접하면서 이를 누르기 위한 가압부(520)가 마련되어 있다. 이러한 지렛대 누름버튼(500)은 지렛대 원리를 적용한 것으로, 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 후단부를 가볍게 누르더라도 가압부(520)가 가압판(200)을 상당한 힘으로 눌러 하강시킬 수 있다(도 3의 화살표 방향 참조). 결국, 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 후단부를 가볍게 누르더라도 가압판(200)을 하강시켜 화장품용기(100)들의 펌프디스펜서(120)를 동시에 눌러 펌핑동작시킬 수 있게 된다.
한편, 하우징캡(400) 상부에는 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 누름동작을 허용하면서 하우징캡(400) 상부를 덮는 캡커버(600)가 마련된다(도 1과 도 2참조).
<본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체의 동작 및 작용효과 설명>
다음에는 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체의 동작 및 작용효과를 도 2와 도 7을 참조하여 설명한다.
먼저, 도 2에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체의 초기상태에서는 화장품용기(100)들의 펌프디스펜서(120)의 코일스프링(126) 탄성력에 의해 피스톤로드(125)가 상승되어 있고, 가압판(200) 역시 상승된 상태이다.
이러한 상태에서 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이; 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 후단부를 누르면(도 7의 화살표 방향 참조), 가압부(520)가 받침축(250)을 눌러 가압판(200)을 하강시킨다. 따라서 가압판(200)과 결합된 화장품용기(100)들의 펌프디스펜서(120) 피스톤로드(125)가 코일스프링(126)의 탄성 지지력을 이기면서 동시에 하강한다. 피스톤로드(125)가 하강하면 압력실(123) 압력이 높아지며 이에 저장된 내용물이 피스톤로드(125) 내부를 통해 상측으로 분출된다. 화장품용기(100)들의 펌프디스펜서(120)를 통해 분출된 각각의 내용물은 배출유로(220)를 경유하여 배출구(230)를 향하며, 배출구(230)에서 혼합되면서 외부로 배출된다(도 7의 점선 화살표 방향 참조).
그리고 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 후단부에서 누르는 힘을 제거하면, 코일스프링(126)의 탄성 지지력에 의해 화장품용기(100)들의 피스톤로드(125)가 다시 올라가면서 체크밸브(128)가 개방되어 용기에 저장된 내용물이 흡입튜브(124)를 통해 다시 흡입된다. 아울러, 피스톤로드(125)의 상승으로 가압판(200)과 지렛대 누름버튼(500)이 초기 상태로 유지된다(도 2 참조).
이러한 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 후단부의 반복적인 누름 동작으로 화장품용기(100)들에 담긴 내용물은 실린더(122) 압력실(123) → 피스톤로드(125) → 배출유로(220) → 배출구(230) → 노즐팁(240)을 통해 혼합되면서 외부로 배출된다.
결국, 본 발명에 따른 화장품용기 조립체에서는 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 후단부 누름동작으로 가압판(200)이 하강되어 화장품용기(100)들의 펌프디스펜서(120)를 동시에 눌러 각각의 내용물을 동시에 배출시켜 혼합 사용할 수 있다. 특히, 지렛대 원리를 적용한 지렛대 누름버튼(500)의 후단부를 가볍게 누르는 것으로 화장품용기(100)들의 펌프디스펜서(120)를 동시에 펌핑 동작시킬 수 있으며, 단일의 펌핑동작으로 화장품용기(100)들의 내용물이 동일하게 배출되어 잔량이 남지 않게 사용할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는 화장품용기 조립체에 4개의 화장품용기(100)를 적용한 것으로 설명하였지만, 이에 국한하지 않고 2개 또는 3개의 화장품용기를 다양하게 적용할 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명은 서로 다른 용기에 담겨 있는 각각의 내용물을 단일의 펌핑동작을 통해 동시에 배출시켜 혼합 사용할 수 있는 『화장품용기 조립체』 분야에 폭넓게 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 단일의 펌핑동작으로 복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체에 있어서;
    상기 화장품용기 조립체는;
    내용물이 담기며 상부가 개방된 용기(110)와, 상기 용기(110)의 개방부를 통해 장착되며 내부가 중공된 피스톤로드(125)의 반복적인 누름동작을 통해 상기 용기(110)에 담긴 내용물을 펌핑하여 상기 피스톤로드(125)를 통해 상측으로 배출시킬수 있는 펌프디스펜서(120)를 구비하는 복수개의 화장품용기(100)와;
    상기 화장품용기(100)들의 상부에 가로방향으로 배치되며, 하면에는 상기 펌프디스펜서(120)들의 피스톤로드(125) 상단부가 각각 끼워져 결합되도록 연통구(210)들이 일정한 간격으로 형성되며, 가장자리측에는 내용물을 배출시키기 위한 배출구(230)가 마련되고, 내부에는 상기 배출구(230)와 상기 연통구(210)들을 연통시키기 위한 배출유로(220)가 이루어져 있으며, 상면 중앙부에는 받침축(250)이 상측으로 돌출되게 마련된 가압판(200)과;
    베이스(310)에는 상기 복수개의 화장품용기(100)가 일정한 간격으로 세워져 배치되고, 상기 화장품용기(100)들과 상기 가압판(200)을 외곽에서 감싸며 상부가 개방된 통 형상으로 이루어진 용기하우징(300)과;
    상기 화장품용기(100)들과 상기 가압판(200)이 수용된 상기 용기하우징(300)의 상부를 덮도록 결합되며 중앙부에는 상기 가압판(200)의 받침축(250)이 상측으로 관통하도록 축홀(410)이 천공되며 상기 축홀(410)의 전방측에 버튼-지지축(420)이 마련된 하우징캡(400)과;
    선단부에는 상기 버튼-지지축(420)의 상단에 회전 가능하게 축(510) 결합되면서 상기 가압판(200)의 받침축(250)을 누르기 위한 가압부(520)가 마련되고, 후단부 누름동작으로 상기 가압판(200)을 하강시켜 상기 화장품용기(100)들의 펌프디스펜서(120)를 동시에 눌러 펌핑동작시킬 수 있는 지렛대 누름버튼(500)을; 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 배출구(230)는 상기 가압판(200)의 가장자리에서 상기 하우징캡(400)을 관통하여 상측으로 연장되게 마련되며;
    상기 배출구(230)의 상단에는 내용물을 전방측으로 배출시키기 위한 노즐팁(240)이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 내용물을 동시에 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기 조립체.
