技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种能够排放两种内容物的化妆品容器,且尤其涉及如下一种能够排放两种内容物的化妆品容器,其中,设置在化妆品容器的上部上的混合物排放部件凹形地形成为盘形状(dish shape),以便在排放化妆品内容物时,化妆品内容物可被收集到混合物排放部件的凹形部中,且可通过打开/关闭与混合物排放部件的排放孔连接的喷嘴单元将由于由空气泵(空气泵)的操作引起的排放压力的缘故而上升的化妆品内容物被以低压力排出。
背景技术
在诸如护肤液、护肤霜、凝胶体、香波、漱口液等之类的具有低粘度的液体型化妆品或凝胶型化妆品的情况下,在化妆品容器中设置空气泵以容易排放化妆品并进行使用。
用于容纳具有这种粘度系数的化妆品的化妆品容器被设计成少量地排放所容纳的化妆品,且特别地应用到用于容纳功能性化妆品的容器。
另外,将应用到化妆品容器的空气泵用于异质性内容物混合化妆品容器(heterogeneous-content mixing cosmetic container),这种容器混合并排放具有互不相同的成分的两种内容物。换句话说,存在着在将具有互不相同的成分的两种内容物混合并作为一种功能性化妆品使用时具有增强效果的产品。空气泵可安装在用于功能性化妆品的容器上以排放内容物。

当按钮200和200'被按下时,连接件使活塞杆430和430'向下移动,使得活塞杆430和430'向下移动以打开止回阀451和451',由此通过化妆品排放部120和120'将保持容器400和400'中容纳的化妆品内容物排放到混合部110中。

技术方案

有益效果
根据本实用新型,化妆品内容物在被从化妆品容器排放时被排放到设置在化妆品容器的上部上的混合物排放部件中。在这种情况下,由于空气泵引起的排放压力的缘故而向上移动的化妆品内容物通过低压力被引入到排放孔,从而防止了化妆品内容物由于高压力而像喷泉那样溅撒,由此防止了化妆品内容物落到底板上。因而,化妆位置可以保持清洁。另外,在排放两种化妆品内容物之后,从混合物排放部件排放的两种化妆品内容物可彼此混合使用。

上述本实用新型的操作如下。
如图6a所示,当将一侧的侧按钮500推压至按钮壳体400的内部以便选择性地使用第一和第二存放容器202和203中的一者时,在侧按钮500滑动至按钮壳体400中的同时,形成在侧按钮500的下侧处的倾斜表面向下按压从空气泵300的上部突出的按压突起302。
因而,空气泵300向下移动,且在空气泵300中的内容物传送通道打开的同时,临时存放室S中的化妆品内容物沿着活塞部301的传送通道上升,使得化妆品内容物被传送到排放孔701中。通过空气泵300上升的化妆品内容物的排放压力由于设置至打开/关闭单元702的阻挡件702a的阻力的缘故而转换成低压力,使得化妆品内容物被阻挡件702a分散到两侧,且沿着传送孔702b向上移动。

当在通过混合物排放部件700排放化妆品内容物之后移除侧按钮500上的压力时,空气泵300通过设置在空气泵300中的弹性部件向上移动,且同时按压突起302推压侧按钮500的倾斜表面,以使侧按钮500返回到初始位置。另外,如图9所示,在空气泵300中的活塞部301向上移动的同时,化妆品内容物的传送通道关闭以从空气泵300产生真空压力,使得第一存放容器202中的化妆品内容物向上移动以填充在临时存放室S中,且同时止回阀CV打开。
同时,在使用通过同时排放第一和第二存放容器202和203中存放的两种化妆品内容物以使它们彼此混合而获得的混合物时,同时推压两侧的侧按钮500。在这种情况下,侧按钮500和空气泵300的操作如下。

混合物排放部件(700),其连接到所述按钮壳体(400)的上部以用于排放化妆品内容物,且形成为凹形,
其特征在于,所述混合物排放部件(700)设置有用于借助所述空气泵(300)排放化妆品内容物的排放孔(701),且所述排放孔(701)设置有打开/关闭喷嘴单元,以用于使借助所述空气泵(300)以排放压力排放的化妆品内容物被以低压力排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,还包括排放肋(701'),所述排放肋形成在所述排放孔(701)的内周缘部上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,所述打开/关闭喷嘴单元(702)包括:
阻挡件(702a),所述空气泵(300)直接将所述排放压力施加到所述阻挡件;
传送孔(702b),其用于引导被传送且同时被所述阻挡件(702a)分散到两侧的化妆品内容物;以及
打开/关闭翼件(702c),其用于使通过所述传送孔(702b)向上传送的化妆品内容物被少量地传送。
4.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于,所述打开/关闭 喷嘴单元(702)由弹性材料形成,使得借助所述空气泵(300)排放的化妆品内容物的排放压力降低,且通过所述排放孔(701)以低压力少量地排放化妆品内容物。
