Abstract
본 발명에 따른 장기 보존용 조성물은 기존에 임상적으로 이식용 장기의 보존에 사용된 허혈-재관류 손상 방지 효과를 갖는 조성물들의 효과를 탁월하게 증가시킬 수 있어, 이식용 장기의 수급을 보다 용이하게 할 수 있기 때문에, 장기 이식 및 보존과 관련된 의료 산업분야에 유용하다.
Description
도 2는 랫트의 심장을 미세 버블을 포함하지 않은 대조구, 산소 미세 버블을 포함하는 조성물 1 및 오존 미세 버블을 포함하는 조성물 2를 사용하여 체외에서 24시간 보존시켜 얻어진 절편들의 Hoechst 33342 염색, TUNEL 분석 및 이들의 병합 결과를 나타낸 사진이다.
Claims (9)
- 산소 및 이산화탄소가 2:1의 비율로 구성된 활성 기체의 나노 버블이 혼입된 장기 보존용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 기체는 황화수소(H2S)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장기 보존용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아데노신 트리포스페이드(adenosine triphosphate) 공급원, 삼투압 조절제, 항산화제, 항생제, 및 전해질 이온으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장기 보존용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 호르몬, 성장인자, 효소, 및 천연 추출물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장기 보존용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전해질 이온은 나트륨 이온(Na+), 칼륨 이온(K+), 인산이수소 이온(H2PO4-), 인산수소 이온 (HPO4 2 -), 마그네슘 이온(Mg2 +), 황산 이온(SO4 2 -), 염소 이온(Cl-), 및 탄산 이온(H2CO3 -)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장기 보존용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 삼투압 조절제는 포도당(glucose), 락토비오네이트(lactobionate), 라피노즈(raffinose), 하이드록시에틸 전분(Hydroxyethyl starch), 수크로즈(Sucrose), 글루코네이트(Gluconate), 및 만니톨(Mannitol)로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장기 보존용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 항생제는 페니실린(Penicillin), 스트렙토마이신(Streptomycin), 카나마이신(Kanamycin), 겐타마이신(Gentamycin), 네오마이신(Neomycin), 및 아프라마이신(Apramycin)으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장기 보존용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 항산화제는 플라보노이드(Flavonoid), 글루타치온(Glutathione), 카테킨(Catechin), 폴리페놀(polyphenol), 아스코르브산(Ascorbic acid) 및 알로푸리놀(allopurinol)로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장기 보존용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아데노신 트리포스페이드(adenosine triphosphate) 공급원은 글루코즈(Glucose), 아데노신(Adenosine), 및 알파-케토글루타레이트(α-Ketoglutarate)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장기 보존용 조성물.
