Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bed structure for cultivation of nutrient solution, and more specifically, the support is formed to be protruded downward on the outer surface of the bed body, so that the stem and fruit of the plant planted in the bed is sag out of the bed and the stem is bent. It is related to the bed structure for cultivation of nutrient solution, which is supported by the support to reduce the damage to the plant, and thus the early harvest of the fruit and the surface of the fruit are evenly colored to improve crops such as fruit marketability.
In a pure sense, nutriculture means "growing plants by immersing roots in a nutrient-rich culture medium," and using materials other than soil, such as peat moss, rock wool, perlite, etc. Refers to a cultivation method for growing plants using the medium and culture medium.
Here, the nutritional advantage of nutrient cultivation is that the nutrients are dissolved in the culture in a state in which the plant is available, their supply and control can be easily controlled, and there is no risk of any toxic substances appearing at all.
In addition, cultivation of nutrient solution is cultivated in areas where productivity growth is impossible and cultivation is impossible due to the increase in population and the development of industrialization. There is a possible advantage.
The bed used for cultivation of the nutrient solution contains the material used as a medium and the oxygen must be supplied to the roots so that the plant can be stably grown, and the culture medium is supplied to supply the nutrients and moisture for the plant. Flows through the bottom of the bed. At this time, the bottom part of the bed should be made in such a structure that the excess culture fluid can flow well, and must have insulation to block the change of the external environment, and the physical and chemical properties should not easily change, as well as easy installation. It should be semi-permanent.
Here, the styrofoam bed is mainly used as the bed in terms of light weight, heat insulation, moldability and drainage. In addition, the sack cultivation, PE sheet, plastic container considering the workability, and flower pots were mainly used for the cultivation of snow, but all of them were difficult to be introduced in Korean strawberry farms due to the high initial facility cost. This was. Therefore, PE tarpaulin, which is used as a low-cost tent, is a cheap and easily available material in general farmhouses in Korea, and it is suitable for use as a bed material for snow cultivation because it is easy to work because it is waterproof, durable, and light.
However, in the general bed, as the crop grows, sagging of the tent or damage to materials are caused by the fruit (S) and the weight of the crop. For this reason, as the center portion of the tent forming the bed gradually sinks, the slope of the tent is formed rapidly and the stem of the crop is bent, the fruit S and the crop are suspended in the air, and the fruit grows at a low temperature. Not only did it disrupt the process and slow growth, but additional costs were incurred due to the periodic replacement of the tent. In addition, the fruit (S) and the crop is suspended in the air in the state of receiving only a certain direction there was a problem such as uneven coloring of the back.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art,

Here, the nutrient cultivation briefly described, nutrient cultivation (養 液 栽培, nutriculture) is also referred to as solution culture (solution culture). Soil-free cultivation is the principle and includes hydroponic cultivation such as nutrient film technique (NFT), edible hydroponic, spraying, and capillary hydroponic. In addition to supplying nutrients necessary for the growth of crops, crops are grown using solid media made of peat moss, perlite, vermiculite, rock wool, pumice, hultan, sawdust, gravel, sand, etc. It is also called tank farming or bed farming because it artificially creates the environment. In addition, nutrient cultivation can harvest a large amount of crops in a short period of time and can be cultivated even where it is impossible to farm because it is much less controlled by the natural environment compared to soil cultivation.
