Abstract
니켈 도금이 실시된 평형 도체(4)의 양면에 절연 수지 필름(5)을 접합하여 이루어지는 리드 부재(3)로서, 평형 도체(4)는, 연동의 환 도체를 압연하여 도체 폭이 도체 두께의 40배 이상이 되도록 평탄하게 되고, 압연 후의 도체 표면에 니켈 도금(7)이 실시되어 있다. 이 리드 부재는, 니켈 도금이 실시된 구리의 평형 도체의 에지부에 버어가 없어, 금속박이 버어에 의해 절단되는 일이 없다.

Claims (5)
- 니켈 도금이 실시된 평형(平形) 도체의 양면에 절연 수지 필름이 접합되어 이루어지는 리드 부재로서,
상기 평형 도체는, 환(丸) 도체를 압연하여 도체 폭이 도체 두께의 40배 이상이고, 압연 후의 도체 표면에 니켈 도금이 실시된 것임을 특징으로 하는 리드 부재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 평형 도체의 두께가 0.05mm~0.4mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 리드 부재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 평형 도체의 도체 폭이 도체 두께의 40~1000배인 것을 특징으로 하는 리드 부재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 평형 도체가, 연동선(軟銅線)을 압연한 동박에 니켈 도금이 실시된 것임을 특징으로 하는 리드 부재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 평형 도체가, 알루미늄선을 압연한 알루미늄박에 니켈 도금이 실시된 것임을 특징으로 하는 리드 부재.
