Claims (2)
- 진공인터럽터용 지그에 있어서,
하부면에 단차진 돌기가 형성되며 수직 방향 개구된 상형;
상기 상형 하부에 위치되며 상,하부면에 각각 내측으로 단차지게 함돌된 홈이 형성되며 중심이 관통된 중형; 및
상기 중형 하부에 위치되며 상부면에 단차진 돌기가 형성되며 수직 방향 개구된 하형;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 지그.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 진공인터럽터용 지그는 세라믹 소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공인터럽터용 지그.
