Abstract
따라서, 이산화탄소 제거에 필요한 변성 반응기와 이산화탄소 분리 및 처리기를 설치하지 않으면서도 IGCC에서 최소한의 비용으로 이산화탄소를 제거할 수 있으므로 석탄가스화 복합 발전시스템의 설비 비용을 대폭 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 발전효율은 대폭 증대시킬 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 유입된 공기를 산소와 질소로 분리한 후 산화제로 가스화기에 산소를 공급시켜 줌과 동시에 일부는 가스 터빈의 연소용으로 공급시켜 주는 공기 분리기와;
수증기와 함께 상기 공기 분리기에서 제공하는 한정된 산소로 불완전연소 및 가스화시켜 합성 가스를 생성해 내는 가스화기와;
상기 가스화기에서 생성된 가스를 냉각시켜 가스 정제기로 제공함은 물론 스팀 터빈에 스팀을 제공하는 가스 냉각기와;
상기 가스 냉각기를 통해 냉각된 생성가스를 정제시켜 가스 터빈에 제공하는 가스 정제기와;
상기 가스 정제기에서 제공하는 생성가스와 상기 공기 분리기에서 제공하는 산소 및 이산화탄소 압축기에서 제공하는 이산화탄소에 의해 구동되며 이산화탄소와 물이 대부분을 차지하는 배가스를 배출하는 가스 터빈과;
상기 가스 터빈에서 배출되는 배가스에서 배출되는 배열(폐열)을 회수하여 스팀은 스팀 터빈으로 제공하고 배가스는 제습기 측으로 배출하는 배열회수 보일러와;
상기 가스 냉각기와 배열회수 보일러에서 제공되는 스팀에 의해 작동되는 스팀 터빈과;
상기 배열회수 보일러에서 배출되는 배가스 중 물을 제거하는 제습기와;
상기 제습기를 통과하며 제습된 생성가스 중 이산화 탄소를 압축시켜 파이프 라인을 통해 원격지로 수송해 줌은 물론 그 일부를 가스 터빈 측으로 제공하는 이산화탄소 압축기;로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 제거기능을 갖는 석탄가스화 복합 발전시스템.
