Claims (9)
- シンガスから炭素を含むガス(161、188)を収集し、体積で80%を超える二酸化炭素を含有する捕獲された炭素を含むガス(161、188)を生成するように構成された炭素捕獲系(116)と、
捕獲された炭素を含むガス(161、188)を膨張させ、捕獲された炭素を含むガス(161、188)の温度を低下させて、温度が低下した捕獲された炭素を含むガス(161、188)を生成するように構成されたガス膨張器(117)と、温度が低下した捕獲された炭素を含むガス(161、188)を使用して、少なくともガス清浄器の溶剤を冷却するように構成され冷却回路とを含む冷却系(163)と、
少なくともガス清浄器の溶剤の冷却に関連する温度を制御する冷却系(163)を制御する制御系と
を含んでなる系。 - 捕獲された炭素を含むガス(161、188)が、体積で95%を超える二酸化炭素を含有する、請求項1記載の系。
- 炭素捕獲系(116)が、炭素を含むガス(161、188)を圧縮するように構成されたガス圧縮機(164)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の系。
- ガス膨張器(117)が断熱膨張器(117)からなる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の系。
- 炭素捕獲系(116)の上流に配置され、シンガスを清浄化するように構成されたガス清浄器(110)を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の系。
- ガス清浄器(110)が、酸性ガス除去(AGR)装置(158)、イオウ除去装置(192)、窒素除去装置(192)、微粒子除去装置(156)、炭素含有ガス除去装置(172)又はこれらの組合せを含む、請求項5記載の系。
- 溶剤を使用してガス(174)から硫化水素(H2S)及び二酸化炭素(CO2)を除去するように構成されたガス清浄器(110)、
ガス清浄器(110)から体積で80%を超えるCO2(161、188)を受容するように構成された炭素捕獲系(116)及び
冷却回路に接続し、CO2(161、188)の少なくとも一部分を膨張させ、CO2(161、188)の温度を低下させて、温度が低下したCO2(161、188)を生成するように構成されたCO2膨張器(117)を備える冷却系(163)
を含み、
冷却回路が、温度が低下したCO2(161、188)を循環させて、溶剤の冷却を行うように構成されている、系。 - ガス清浄器(110)が、水性ガスシフト反応器、酸性ガス除去(AGR)系(158)、イオウ除去系(192)、窒素除去系(192)又はこれらの組合せを含む、請求項7記載の系。
