Description
도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명에 따라 반사방지층과 김서림 방지층이 구비된 김서림 방지 코팅막과 김서림 방지층만이 구비된 김서림 방지 코팅막의 가시광 영역에서의 반사율과 투과율을 비교한 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른 김서림 방지 코팅막의 제조 공정도이다.

Claims (10)
- 김서림 현상을 방지하기 위한 코팅막에 있어서,
이산화 규소(SiO2), 에틸 알코올(Ethyl Alcohol) 및 초순수(H2O)로 이루어진 김서림 방지층;
상기 김서림 방지층 하부에 형성된 반사방지층;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 반사방지층은,
이산화 규소(SiO2), 에틸 알코올(Ethyl Alcohol) 및 초순수(H2O)로 이루어져 용사코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 김서림 방지 코팅막은,
160 내지 400nm의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 반사방지층은 40 내지 80nm의 두께로 형성되며,
상기 김서림 방지층은 120 내지 320nm의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막.
- (a) 투명 기판을 세정하는 단계;
(b) 상기 투명 기판 상에 반사방지층을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 반사방지층 상에 이산화 규소(SiO2), 에틸 알코올(Ethyl Alcohol) 및 초순수(H2O)로 이루어진 김서림 방지층을 형성하는 단계;
(d) 상기 투명 기판 상에 형성된 김서림 방지 코팅막을 건조시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막 제조 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계는,
이산화 규소(SiO2), 에틸 알코올(Ethyl Alcohol) 및 초순수(H2O)로 용사코팅하여 반사방지층을 형성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막 제조 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계는,
40 내지 80nm의 두께로 반사방지층을 형성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막 제조 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는,
스핀(Spin) 코팅법, 스프레이(Spray) 코팅법, 롤(Roll) 코팅법, 딥(Dip) 코팅법 또는 플로우 코터(Flow Coater) 코팅법 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 김서림 방지층을 형성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막 제조 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는,
120 내지 320nm의 두께로 김서림 방지층을 형성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막 제조 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계의 투명 기판은,
유리(Glass) 또는 플라스틱 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 김서림 방지 코팅막 제조 방법.
