Claims (2)
- 하기의 일반식 (I)으로 나타낸 1차 또는 2차 아민 유도체를 triphosgene 과 트리에틸아민 존재하에 트리플루오로아세트산(CF3COOH)과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식 ( II )로 나타낸 아민이 트리플루오로아세틸기로 보호된 유도체를 합성하는 방법.
상기 식에서 R'는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기 또는 또 다른 아릴기를 나타내고, R은 질소(N)에 대해 오르소, 메타 또는 파라 위치에 존재하는 수소 또는 전자를 밀어주는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 전자를 잡아당기는 할라이드류(F, Cl, Br, I), 시아노(CN)기, 나이트로기, 트리플루오로메틸(CF3)기를 나타낸다.
