Claims (13)
- 서로 다른 굴절률을 갖는 수지층 A 및 수지층 B가 교대로 적층된 반사층부를 포함하며, 상기 반사층부 내에서 수지층 A 및 수지층 B 각각의 두께 표준편차가 6 내지 30 nm이고 하기 수학식 1로 표시되는 f-비율의 값이 0.01 내지 0.99인, 2파장 반사 다층필름:[수학식 1]f-비율(f-ratio) = d1 / (d1 + d2)상기 식에서, d1 및 d2는 각각 수지층 A 및 수지층 B의 광학두께이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다층필름은, 정면으로부터 15도 이내의 각도에서 관찰시, 600 내지 700 nm 영역의 최대반사율이 50% 이상이고 400 내지 470 nm 영역의 최대반사율이 30% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다층필름은, 정면으로부터 15도 이내의 각도에서 관찰시, 반사 스펙트 럼에 의한 CIE 표색계의 a*가 10 이상이고, b*가 -6 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지층 A와 수지층 B의 두께비는, 1:0.01 내지 1:99인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지층 A와 수지층 B의 각각의 두께는 50 내지 250 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다층필름의 총 두께는, 10 내지 100 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다층필름의 가로 또는 세로 길이 5m 이내에서의 두께편차가 1.5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다층필름은, 상기 반사층부의 일면 또는 양면에 추가로 적층된 보호층을 더 포함하며, 상기 보호층의 두께가 0.1 내지 15 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 보호층으로서, 상기 수지층 A 또는 수지층 B를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지층 A와 수지층 B의 굴절률 차이는 0.03 내지 0.13 이고, 상기 다층필름의 총 적층수는 250 내지 350 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지층 A와 수지층 B의 굴절률 차이는 0.01 내지 0.03 이고, 상기 다층필름의 총 적층수는 500 내지 1,000 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지층 A 및 수지층 B를 이루는 고분자 수지는, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리락트산(PLA), 및 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단일 수지이거나 두개 이상이 블랜딩된 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지층 A 및 수지층 B는, 종방향 연신비가 3.0 내지 3.7 및 횡방향 연신비가 3.0 내지 4.5 로 2축 연신된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 2파장 반사 다층필름.
