Claims (8)
- 제1 기판;상기 제1 기판 상에 위치하는 제1 전극;상기 제1 전극 상에 위치하는 유기 발광층;상기 유기 발광층 상에 위치하는 제2 전극; 및상기 유기 발광층을 커버하도록 상기 제2 전극 상에 위치하며, 외부로부터 상기 유기 발광층으로 조사되는 자외선을 차단하는 자외선 차단 물질을 포함하는 캡핑층(capping layer)을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 자외선 차단 물질은 아연 산화물, 티타늄 산화물, 철 산화물 및 마그네슘 산화물 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 캡핑층은 비정질 상태의 유기막 또는 비정질 상태의 무기막인 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 캡핑층은 a-NPD, NPB, TPD, m-MTDATA, Alq₃, LiF 및 CuPc 중 하나 이 상을 포함하는 유기막인 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 캡핑층은 규소(Si)를 포함하는 무기막인 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 캡핑층은 원자 또는 분자 단위로 증착된 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 캡핑층은 상기 자외선 차단 물질을 포함하는 자외선 차단층을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 자외선 차단층은 상기 제2 전극과 이격되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
