Abstract

본 발명은 휴대폰 등의 이동통신단말기에 있어서 단말기 소지자가 납치되거나 위험에 처할 경우 긴급 구조신호를 소지자가 설정한 문자신호나 음성신호를 다수 단말기에 동보방법(동시다발 전달방법)으로 신속히 전송한후 특정 전화번호로 이전하여 특정시간 동안 단말기의 현장음과 GPS신호를 계속 발진하여 구조기구에서 현장음을 청취하면서 신속하게 구출할 수 있는 긴급구조신호 전송기능이 내장 설정된 이동통신 단말기 시스템을 제공한다.

Description

비상경보수단이 내장된 이동통신단말기 시스템{MOBILEPHONE TERMINAL SYSTEM HAVING EMERGENCY WARNING MEANS.}
본 발명은 휴대폰 등의 이동통신단말기에 있어서 단말기 소지자가 납치되거나 위험에 처할 경우 긴급 구조신호를 소지자가 설정한 다수 단말기로 동보방법(동시다발 전달방법)으로 신속히 전송하고 구조기구에서 현장음을 청취하면서 안전하게 구출 할 수 있게 하는 이동통신 단말기의 보안 시스템에 관한 발명이다.
본 발명은 출원인이 2008.03.28. 출원한 출원번호 제10-2009-7015108 호의 분할 특허 출원이다.
휴대폰등 이동통신단말기의 비약적인 발달에 따라 단말기에 신용카드나 현금카드데이터를 설정하여 신용카드나 현금카드의 기능을 겸용으로 사용하는 추세가 점차증가 되고 있으므로, 카드의 기능이 내장된 휴대폰등의 단말기를 탈취하려는 범죄가 증가하고 있다.
특히 신용카드나 현금카드용의 USIM 등의 삽입형 칩이 탈취되거나 분실하면 다른 단말기에 삽입하여 사용할 수 있는 문제점이 있었다.
또한 범죄가 점차 포악해지고 있어 부녀자나 기업인이 납치당하는 사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있으므로 불안을 느끼고 있어나 납치당하는 즉시 효과적으로 구조 요청할 수 있는 수단이 없었다.
또한 지금은 어린이도 휴대폰을 소지하고 다니는 시대이나, 어린이 납치 사건이 빈번히 발생하고 있음에도 불구하고 이들 어린이가 휴대폰을 이용한 긴급 구조신호를 효과적으로 전송할 수 있는 방법이 없었다.
뿐만 아니라 노약자가 위험에 처하여 긴급히 구조 요청할 사고가 발생하더라도 원 클릭으로 다수의 보호자에게 구조 요청할 수단이 없었고 별도의 구조신호 발신장치를 휴대하고 다녀야 하는 불편이 있었다.
위와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 본 발명은 휴대폰 소지자가 원클릭으로 긴급 구조 신호를 소지자가 설정해둔 다수의 수신자 단말기로 동보방법(동시다발 전달방법)으로 신속히 전송하는 시스템을 제공한다.
아울러 유사시 구조신호를 전송한 다음 휴대폰을 설정된 시간동안 구조기관의 단말기와 접속한 체로 ON 상태로 유지시켜 구조기관에서 현장음을 계속 청취하면서 안전하게 구출할 수 있는 유용한 기술을 제공한다.
단말기 소지자가 긴급히 구조를 요청해야 하는 사정이 있을 때, 단축버튼을 한번 누른 것만으로 단말기 소지자가 단말기에 설정해둔 다수의 보호자나 구조기관에 단말기의 동보방법(동시다발)으로 신속히 전송되고 구조기관에서 현장음을 계속청취 하면서 GPS의 도움으로 신속하고 효과적으로 구조할 수 있는 수단을 제공한다.
이로서, 기업인이나 부녀자들이나 어린이가 납치되거나 위험에 처할시 대처할 수 있는 유용한 수단을 제공하며 아울러 노약자가 위험에 처했을시 별도의 구조요청 장치를 휴대함이 없이 효과적으로 구조 요청하는 수단을 제공한다.
노약자가 별도의 구조요청 기구를 휴대하고 다닐 필요가 없이 휴대폰으로 신속히 구조요청 신호를 다수의 설정된 수신자에게 동보방법으로 전송함으로서 신속하고 차질없이 구조신호를 전송하는 효과가 있다.
또한 기업인이나 부녀자나 어린이가 납치될 경우 원클릭으로 구조 요청 신호가 전송되고 구조기구에서 현장음을 계속 청취하면서 구조활동을 할 수 있는 유용한 수단을 제공한다.

이하 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명 실시를 위한 발명의 시스템 구성과 그에 따른 작용과 효과를 설명한다.
도2에 의하는 바와 같이, 단말기 소지자가 위기에 처했을 경우 긴급구조 요청하는 보안 설정 방법을 설명한다.
대부분의 이동통신단말기는 녹음수단이나 문자전송수단을 구비하고 있으므로, 본 발명은 긴급 구조 메시지를 녹음메시지나 문자메시지로 설정하고 전송할 다수개의 전화번호를 키패드로 입력하여 메모리수단(204)에 세팅하는 단계와, 긴급상황 발생시 사용자 단말기에 설정된 비상 단축키를 작동시키면 비상단축키 신호를 수신한 단말기의 CPU가 세팅된 다수개의 수신자 전화번호로 비상 메시지를 동시 전송하는 동보방법(동시다발 전달방법)으로 전송하도록 전송 시스템을 구성하는 단계와. 긴급 구조 신호를 동시 전송한 후 특정한 번호에서 시간 설정된 기간 동안 ON상태가 되도록 프로그램하므로서 구조기관과의 통신 상태를 유지시켜 휴대폰의 마이크수단으로 현장의 음 신호를 구조기관에서 계속 청취하거나, 녹음하도록 하여 신속한 구조가 이루어지도록 구성하는 단계와, 비상키 작동시 비상구조신호 전송과 별도로 단말기의 GPS신호를 계속 발진하도록 CPU가 단말기의 기능을 ON상태로 유지시키는 단계로 구성된다.
좀더 구체적으로 설명하면, 도 2에 의하는 바와 같이 사용자가 단말기의 키패드수단(201)으로 문자 구조 메시지를 작성하여 메모리수단(204)에 기억 저장시키거나, 음성 구조 메시지를 메모리수단(204)에 기억저장 시키거나 또는 문자메시지와 음성메시지를 함께 저장시켜 두고, 전송할 다수개의 전화번호 설정하여 메모리 시켜 두면, 그 후 비상시 사용자는 키패드(201)나 또는 별도 구성된 특정키를 누르는 것만으로 즉, 원클릭으로 메모리수단에 기억 저장시킨 긴급 구조 문자 메시지나 긴급 구조 음성 메시지가 동보방식으로 외부로 전송되는 것이고, 이와 같은 기능은 CPU(200)에 설정된 프로그램에 의거 구현되는 것이다.
긴급 구조 메시지를 문자 메시지로 할 것인지, 음성 메시지로 할 것인지, 또는 문자메시지와 음성메시지 둘다로 구성할 것인지는 단말기 소지자의 선택에 따.라 각기 달리 구성될 수 있다.
이때, 긴급 구조 신호를 수신할 수신자의 전화번호는 사용자가 키패드수단(201)으로 설정하는 것이고, 119등 구조전문기관의 전화번호와 보호자나, 가까운 친지 또는 친구의 전화번호를 설정하며, 단말기의 CPU는 사용자가 원클릭으로 긴급 구조신호 전송을 요구하면 동보방법으로 동시에 구조신호를 전송하는 것이다.
위와 같은 방법으로 긴급구조 신호를 전송한 후 사용자가 지정한 전화번호 예컨대 119에서는 CPU에 프로그램된 특정시간 동안, 예컨대 10분이나, 20분등 설정된 시간동안 핸드폰의 음성통신망을 ON상태로 유지시켜 119상황실에서 사용자 핸드폰의 마이크를 통하여 현장에서 발생하는 신호음을 청취하거나, 녹음하여 사용자가 졸도하거나, 또는 강도로부터 위협받고 있다하더라도, 상황실에서 현장음으로 상태를 신속히 파악할 수 있도록 프로그램할 수 있는 것이다.
또한 납치된 경우, 가해자들이 피랍자가 긴급 구조신호를 전송한 사실을 알지 못하도록 긴급 구조용 단축키를 작동시키면 단말기의 외형상 발광이나 음성 수신음이 발성되지 않도록 CPU 에 프로그램을 설정한다.
특히 긴급 구조신호 발진시 단말기 사용자의 위치정보를 휴대폰에 내장된 위성위치확인시스템(GPS)을 통하여 발진하도록 구성함으로서 수신자가 GPS시스템을 통하여 발신자의 위치를 확인할 수 있는 것이다.
따라서 노약자가 별도의 긴급 구조를 위한 신호 발송 장치를 가지고 있지 아니한다하더라도 휴대폰만으로 구조신호를 발송할 수 있게 하는 유용한 기술을 제공한다.
본 발명은 그 정신 또는 주요한 특징으로부터 일탈하는 일없이, 다른 여러 가지 형태로 실시할 수 있다. 따라서 전술한 실시 예는 모든 점에서 단순한 예시에 지나지 않으며, 휴대폰뿐만 아니라 유선전화기나 군용무전기등의 다양한 유무선 통신단말기나 MP3 등의 기기에 적용할 수 있으므로 휴대폰으로 한정 해석해서는 아니 된다. 본 발명의 범위는 특허청구의 범위에 의해서 나타내는 것으로서, 명세서 본문에 의해서 구속되지 않으며 특허 청구범위의 균등범위에 속하는 변형이나 변경은, 모두 본 발명의 범위 내에 귀속된다.
단말기 소지자가 긴급히 구조를 요청해야 하는 사정이 있을 때, 단축버튼을 한번 누른 것만으로 단말기 소지자가 단말기에 설정해둔 다수의 보호자나 구조기관에 단말기의 동보방법으로 신속히 전송되고 구조기관에서 현장음을 계속청취 하면서 GPS의 도움으로 신속하고 효과적으로 구조할 수 있는 수단을 제공한다.
이로서, 기업인이나 부녀자들이나 어린이가 납치되거나 위험에 처할시 대처할수 있는 유용한 수단을 제공하며 아울러 노약자가 위험에 처했을시 별도의 구조요청 장치를 휴대함이 없이 효과적으로 구조 요청하는 수단을 제공 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 긴급구조신호 전송 수단을 내장한 이동통신 단말기 시스템에 있어서,
    녹음수단이나 문자전송수단을 구비한 휴대폰이나 PDA등의 이동통신단말기와, 단말기의 메모리수단에 긴급 구조 메시지를 녹음메시지나 문자메시지를 선택하여 녹음메시지나 문자메시지나 또는 문자메시지와 녹음메시지를 함께 입력하는 3가지 방법 중에서 선택한 방법으로 전송할 다수개의 전화번호와 함께 입력하여 세팅하는 수단과, 긴급 상황 발생시 사용자 단말기에서 설정된 메시지를 설정된 다수의 전화번호로 동보방식(동시다발 전달방법)으로 전송되도록 단말기의 CPU에 신호를 입력하는 원터치 키(ONE TOUCH KEY) 수단과, 긴급 구조메시지 신호를 동시 전송한 후 특정한 전화번호로 이전되어 통신 상태를 특정 시간동안 ON상태로 유지시켜 휴대폰의 마이크수단으로 현장의 음 신호를 구조기관에서 계속 청취하거나, 녹음하도록 프로그램이 설정된 CPU를 포함하는 구성으로 긴급 구조신호 전송 기능이 내장 설정된 이동통신단말기 시스템
  2. 청구항 1 에 있어서,
    긴급 구조메시지신호 전송과 동시에 단말기의 GPS신호를 계속 발진하도록 CPU에 기능 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 긴급구조신호 전송기능이 내장 설정된 이동통신 단말기 시스템.
  3. 청구항 1 에 있어서,
    원터치키 작동시 단말기가 ON상태로 전환된다 하더라도 외형상의 발광이나 수신음의 발성이 없도록 자동 제어하도록 CPU에 프로그램 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 긴급구조신호 전송기능이 내장 설정된 이동통신 단말기 시스템.
